Patients with central diastema disorders often feel shame and less of confident. The disorder can be repaired by a Labial veneer restoration. This restoration is an improvement in the form of a layer on the labial surface of the tooth selected because it gives satisfactory aesthetic results and maintains the tooth structure. At this time, the method of fabricating labial veneer all porcelain growing rapidly, such as making labial veneer all porcelain with base layer using press method like all porcelain E-max press. This paper aims to determine the stages and problem solving of the difficulties that arise in the procedure of fabricating labial veneer all porcelain with the basic layer of labial veneer using press method. The method is based on working model done in dental laboratory, starting from work model preparation, wax contouring (wax up), Sprueing, Investing, Preheating, Pressing, Divesting, Cutting sprue and Build-up porcelain. Results obtained from making this labial veneer all porcelain is a tightly closed diastema that forms a contact of the field, smooth and glossy surface and good aesthetic.

ABSTRACT Loss of tooth structure occurs due to caries, endodontic treatment, or fracture caused by trauma; restoring these teeth is difficult task for a clinician. Post and core is an option for teeth when excessive tooth structure is lost and teeth need to be restored with crown and bridge procedure. They can be prefabricated post with composite built up or a one-piece custom-made post. The custom-made cast metal post and core have disadvantage due to their color that imparts grayish hue to overlying ceramic restorations. Masking the metal core can enhance the esthetic of all ceramic restorations that are placed over the cast post and core. A case report is being presented where the metallic core was masked with ceramic built up on labial surface of metal core. How to cite this article Shah NP, Gaikwad AM, Ram SM, Nadgere JB. Tooth discoloration is defined as extrinsic or intrinsic staining based on localization and etiology, appearance, severity and adhesion to the tooth structure. Tooth discoloration is a cosmetic problem and the teeth whitening procedure is more conservative than the restorative method. Tooth discoloration, especially those treated endodontically is a matter of concern for patients and dentists. Among the various bleaching techniques, the technique of "walking bleach" with hydrogen peroxide stands out because of its superior aesthetic results with less side effects. This paper presents a case of tooth discoloration in non-vital teeth that was successfully bleached using the walking bleach method.

Resin bonded fixed dental prosthesis offers most conservative and cost-effective option with missing teeth in aesthetic zone specially when an implant prosthesis is not indicated. This case report describes a treatment option for the replacement of a missing maxillary central incisor using a double-retainer resin-bonded fixed partial denture (RBFPD), fabricated from zirconium dioxide (ZrO) ceramic. No clinical complications were observed at follow-up examination after placement of the prosthesis. Satisfactory functional and aesthetic results were achieved. A treatment modality using a ZrO ceramic RBFPD is an alternative for single anterior tooth replacement.

The root coverage procedure to treat gingival recessions is the best line of treatment, being the most used the coronal advanced flap.  There have been multiple clinical and aesthetic results that cast doubt on whether this procedure by adding a connective tissue graft will be a more predictable and more aesthetic regarding defect removal. In this case report a patient 24-year-old male refers hypersensitivity and aesthetic discomfort in the area of gingival recession.  An autologous graft with a coronal flap advancement of connective tissue will be used. After six months of healing the patient reports improvements in: sensitivity, plaque control and aesthetics.

Fracture of maxillary anterior teeth is common in young individuals. Conservative management of complicated crown fractures helps in preservation of tooth structure, vitality and esthetics. This case report describes a conservative technique of managing a case of complicated crown fracture by performing partial pulpotomy with biodentine followed by fracture segment reattachment. Key words: Complicated crown fracture, Partial pulpotomy, Fractured segment reattachment.

One of the determining factors for the success of endodontic therapy is understanding the morphological anatomy of the tooth structure and its variants in relation to its template anatomy. The internal anatomy of maxillary first premolars is particularly complex due to their variation in number of roots and canal configuration. However, the bilateral presence of three roots in a maxillary first premolar is of rare occurrence. This case report describes the unusual anatomy bilaterally detected in maxillary first premolars using Cone-Beam Computed Tomography.

Teeth with calcific metamorphosis pose a challenge to the endodontist in achieving proper access, identification, and debridement of the root canal. With the conventional technique, radiographs and bur orientation have dictated the access cavity preparation, which leads to the removal of more sound tooth structure and iatrogenic errors. To overcome these issues, the recent diagnostic imaging techniques such as cone beam computed tomography followed by three-dimensional fabrication of template have been proposed, which aid the clinician to accurately locate and negotiate the obliterated canal. The present case report describes the importance of conservative access cavity preparation with the use of the guided endodontic technique for the treatment of calcified canals in the maxillary central incisor.

Clinical Relevance Adhesive restorations allow clinicians the utilization of significantly more conservative tooth preparation, thus preserving and reinforcing sound tooth structure. In selected clinical cases, these advantages can be used and expanded for extensive restorations.
