This research to determine how much influence the e-servicescape dimension has on repurchase intention through trust as an intervening variable. The object of this study is the food-delivery service on mobile applications, Grab Food. The population used in this study were users of Grab Food services in Indonesia with a sample of 400 respondents who had purchased products through Grab Food in Indonesia obtained using purposive sampling techniques. Samples were obtained from distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. The independent variables used in the study are the e-servicescape dimensions, namely: aesthetic appeal, layout and functionality, and financial security. The dependent variable used in this study is repurchase intention and trust as intervening variables. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Based on the results of research that has been done, E-servicescape has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through trust variables.

The drive-through fast-food industry has been one of the fastest businesses growing over the past decades in developing countries, including the Philippines. The purpose of this study was to evaluate factors influencing costumers’ repurchase intention in a drive-through fast food in the Philippines by utilizing the structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. A total of 305 Filipinos answered the online questionnaire, which contained 38 questions. The results of SEM indicated that subjective appetite (SA) was found to have a significant direct effect on menu options (MO). Consequently, MO was found to have significant direct effects on imagery elaboration (IE), vividness (VV), and convenience (CO), and an indirect effect on order accuracy (OA). Finally, SA, MO, IE, VV, OA, and CO were found to have significant effects on satisfaction (S), which subsequently led to loyalty (L) and repurchase intention (RI). Interestingly, MO was found to have the highest indirect effect on RI, indicating that MO is an important consideration for RI. This is the first comprehensive study evaluating drive-through fast food in the Philippines. The causal relationships of the present study can be applied and extended to evaluate the repurchase intention of drive-through fast food in other countries.

The current research is empirically investigated the impact of country of origin and consumer ethnocentrism on growing customer trend directly also through global marketing as mediating variable. It is also assessed the impact of global marketing on growing consumer trend. By deploying Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS, three independent variables were analyzed, country of origin (CoC), global marketing (GM), consumer ethnocentrism (CE) and growing consumer trend (GCT) as dependent variable. The findings showed that both country of origin (CoC) and consumer ethnocentrism (CE) have significant effect on global marketing (GM) as well as on growing consumer trend (GCT). Further, global marketing (GM) successfully mediated and showed significant effect of both country of origin and consumer ethnocentrism. Finally global marketing has significant impact on growing consume trend.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="Isiabstract">As for this research aims to determine the level of satisfaction of myindihome mobile application users. As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. While based on the website quality (webqual 4.0) instrument identify quality based on three variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. PLS (Partial Least Square) model of calculation which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling is used to test research hypothesis. Reliability and validity have also been tested. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the impacts of financial literacy and financial attitude towards financial satisfaction. This research uses primary data by spreading online google form questionaire, with non-probability sampling. The samples used in the research are Go-Pay users based in West Jakarta. There are 264 respondents in total, but the usable data was as many as 240 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS program version 3.3.2. The result of this study show that there is a positive positive impacts between financial literacy and financial attitude towards financial satisfaction of Go-Pay user in West Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh dari financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui proses pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner secara online menggunakan google form serta menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Go-Pay yang berdomisili di Jakarta Barat. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan berjumlah 264 responden, namun data yang dapat digunakan adalah sebanyak 240 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial satisfaction pada pengguna Go-Pay di Jakarta Barat.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge and Risk Tolerance on Financial Satisfaction. The sample in this study is all residents who already have income or income in the Jakarta area. The sample was chosen by the non-probability sampling method, amounting to 190 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is assisted with the assistance of the Smart-PLS program.3.3.2. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence of Financial Attitude on Financial Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Financial Behavior on Financial Satisfaction, and there is a positive influence of Financial Knowledge on Financial Satisfaction. While the results obtained in this study indicate there is no effect of Risk Tolerance on Financial Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti mengetahui pengaruh Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge dan Risk Tolerance terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penduduk yang sudah memiliki pendapatan atau penghasilan di wilayah Jakarta. Sampel dipilih dengan metode non-probability sampling yang berjumlah 190 responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Teknis analisis data digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dibantu dengan bantuan program Smart-PLS.3.3.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Attitude terhadap Financial Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Behavior terhadap Financial Satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Knowledge terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sedangkan hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh Risk Tolerance terhadap Financial Satisfaction.


Ability to easily search and then compare items is an advantage that online platforms have over bricks and mortar formats. In such an intensely competitive airline market, this paper investigates if this exploration experience satisfies the traveler during air ticket booking, by applying the stimulus organism response model. An empirical study is used to test the proposed model by applying the structural equation modeling and interaction effects. The model describes the extent by which traveler’s repurchase intention is influenced by four important factors – search and compare assortment satisfaction, social influence and overall satisfaction. The paper extends the satisfaction to online repatronage intention and customer loyalty. This empirical study also establishes that the relationships are moderated due to civil status and ticketing number of platforms used by the customers.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of spirituality and religious values on the intention to use mobile apps. The study proposed an extension to privacy calculus theory to identify the effectiveness of religion and spirituality on the intention to use mobile apps. A self-administered questionnaire was created to collect data. Sample size is 1,031 Kuwait communication market mobile users. Structural equation modeling technique is used to measure the fitness of the research model. The results show that religion and spirituality significantly affect privacy and benefits. However, results also show that privacy has no effect on the intention to use mobile apps, but benefits do have a significant effect.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of time pressure perceived by users of the airport duty-free shop on impulsive purchasing behavior, satisfaction, and repurchase intention. For the purpose, we have carried out a questionnaire survey with users of the duty-free shop at the Incheon International Airport who are waiting to get on-board after purchasing duty-free goods at the airport duty-free shop as target. A total of 203 questionnaires were analyzed using structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, time pressure turned out to have a significant effect on impulsive purchasing behavior and repurchase intention, and satisfaction turned out to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. On the other hand, the effect of impulsive purchasing behavior on satisfaction and repurchase intention turned out to be insignificant statistically.
