The article presents the author's method of estimating the complex indicator of ID-profiles of the company's personnel, developed on the basis of the economic approach. It is proved that the concept of "personnel security" is a process of identifying and neutralizing the impact on the economic security of the enterprise of various risks and threats associated with the actions and / or inaction of staff. It is established that the "personnel security system" is a set of interrelated relations between staff and owners (managers) to neutralize threats to the economic security of the enterprise. The concept of "personnel security management" is proposed, which should be understood as management actions of owners (management) to identify and neutralize the impact on the economic security of the enterprise of various risks and threats associated with the actions and / or inaction of staff. The own scheme of a technique of estimation of a complex indicator of ID-profiles of personnel of the enterprise which consists of four stages is offered that allowed to give offers on improvement of stages of an estimation of interdependence of the personnel enterprise which is built on set of departments of the enterprise. Developed adequate methods for assessing and modeling indicators of the personnel security system of the enterprise, in terms of structure and dynamics of personnel, wages and productivity, social indicators, level of education and qualifications, job organization and labor process and indicators related to the personnel component information security.

The necessity of formation of an effective information security system of the enterprise is substantiated. It is emphasized that when designing an information policy, the firm must comply with the requirements of the current legislation, take into account the level of technical support, especially the regulation of employees' access to confidential information, etc. It is stated that the costs of organizing information security measures should be appropriate to its value. The article identifies major threats that could be breached by confidential information. The list of the main normative legal acts aimed at bringing to civil, administrative and criminal responsibility for illegal collection, disclosure and use of information constituting a trade secret. The main stages of building an information security policy are summarized, the most common types of information threats related to the use of modern computer technologies are described. The necessity of developing a domestic original accounting (management) program that could be used in the long term by the vast majority of Ukrainian enterprises is pointed out. There are three groups of tools that are applied in the theory and practice of information security of the enterprise (active, passive and combined), emphasizing the need for planning and continuous monitoring in real time of all important processes and conditions that affect data security. It is noted that even if the information security system is built taking into account all modern methods and means of protection, it does not guarantee one hundred percent protection of the information resources of the enterprise, but a well-designed information security policy allows to minimize the corresponding risks. Key words: information security, information policy, information security, confidential information, information threats, information and communication technologies, software.

The present article consists in the brief analysis of the evolution of the Brazilian General Regime Social Security, depicting its frailty against subsequent legal reforms through which it has passed in recent years. It also deals with the impact of socioeconomic changes on the current and future financial sustainability of the Brazilian pension system. In fact, the evolution of the statistics concerning such social indicators can be quite decisive for the future sustainability of the Brazilian social security system. For this, we used the phenomenological method - hermeneutics, by privileging theoretical studies and analysis of documents and texts. Such research is very important in order to provide a glimpse of the general social security regimen in Brazil and its future prospects. The main results show that there is a budgetary concern due to the growth in life expectancy and declining birth rate. Even with the absence of the current financial deficit proclaimed by the media and the federal government, there will be the need for reform to fit the budget of Brazil’s future Social Security System. According to our analysis, the improvement of Brazilian Social Security requires legal autonomy of the Social Security Revenue (thus preventing the withdrawal of it funds to defray social security benefits belonging to another public sectors), the increase of minimum wage in the country, and public policies to stimulate the entry of informal workers in the General Social Security Regimen. Furthermore, this article suggests that, as a matter of immediate public policy, the Brazilian government should focus more energetically in improvement of educational systems, which presents itself as a strong indicator for the improvement of social welfare budget.

This article presents simulation modeling process as the way to study the behavior of the Information Security system. Graphical Network Simulator is used for modeling such system and Kali Linux is used for penetration testing and security audit. To implement the project GNS3 package is selected. GNS3 is a graphical network emulator that allows you to simulate a virtual network of more than 20 different manufacturers on a local computer, connect a virtual network to a real one, add a full computer to the network, Third-party Applications for network packet analysis are supported. Depending on the hardware platform on which GNS3 will be used, it is possible to build complex projects consisting of routers Cisco, Cisco ASA, Juniper, as well as servers running network operating systems. Using modeling in the design of computing systems, you can: estimate the bandwidth of the network and its components; identify vulnerability in the structure of computing system; compare different organizations of a computing system; make a perspective development forecast for computer system; predict future requirements for network bandwidth; estimate the performance and the required number of servers in the network; compare various options for computing system upgrading; estimate the impact of software upgrades, workstations or servers power, network protocols changes on the computing system. Research computing system parameters with different characteristics of the individual components allows us to select the network and computing equipment, taking into account its performance, quality of service, reliability and cost. As the cost of a single port in active network equipment can vary depends on the manufacturer's equipment, technology used, reliability, manageability. The modeling can minimize the cost of equipment for the computing system. The modeling becomes effective when the number of workstations is 50-100, and when it more than 300, the total savings could reach 30-40% of project cost

The need to form a system of economic security for the effective operation of financial institutions is determined. Peculiarities of ensuring economic security of different types of financial institutions are found out, characteristic features of functional systems of economic security of financial intermediaries are revealed. It is offered to understand the management of economic security of financial institutions as a direction of management activities aimed at achieving a high level of protection of the institution's resources from the negative impact of internal and external threats by implementing a wide range of management decisions to use available opportunities and resources while providing financial services. The basics of the mechanism of economic security management of financial institutions are formed. It is assumed that the organization of the economic security system of a financial institution is carried out in several stages, such as the formation of the economic security system, ensuring the economic security system, identification, assessment, ranking of threats, and development of countermeasures; assessing the level of readiness of institutions to implement a mechanism for managing economic security; assessment of the level of economic security, development of management decisions. It is determined that the purpose of economic security management is to achieve the maximum possible level of realization of the institution's interests and meet the interests and needs of clients with optimal resource costs to minimize the impact of threats that accompany the activities of institutions.

The article demonstrates the impact of digitalization security on implementation of modernengineering technologies, substantiates their connections with provision of the strategic economic security of anenterprise, presents enhanced methods of assessing the current economic-information security of an enterprise’sinterests. The developed methods of digitalization security assessment have been tested at machine buildingenterprises of Ukraine. The security level has proved to be medium or low at most enterprises under study. Thework substantiates that absence of the systematic personnel policy aimed at personnel’s acquiring competences4.0, deficit of financing technologies 4.0 implementation, a low level of IT capital make it impossible to ensurea high level of strategic economic security at Ukraine’s machine building enterprises.

The article outlines the concept of maintaining the required security level of the information system in the organization (SIO) through appropriate control of the security configurations of the security system. The security system (SS) model was proposed and its basic elements characterized to maintain the current security level of the information resources. The desired current security feature of the SIO shall be obtained by generating appropriate security technical and organizational configurations from the set of permissible solutions. The proposed concept, which takes into account the impact of not only basic security elements of the information resources (e.g. types of resources, security attributes, risks, vulnerability), but also changes in the working conditions of the information system and security system as well as the entire security and quality management environment of the organization, constitutes own proposal of the authors.
