The article discusses scientific approaches to the social psychological features of the formation of creative thinking skills in adolescents. The components and results of experimental trials on the development of creative thinking in adolescents were also analyzed. Besides, in the research has shown that the formation of independent creative thinking skills in adolescents, who are the future of any state, is one of the important factors in the development of society. Creativity allows teenagers to be creative, not to be afraid of responsibility in making unconventional decisions, to be able to encourage their own thoughts and opinions.

Often we find the fact that skills gaps begin with the basic idea that many jobs exist, but skilled workers do not. The relationship exists between labor readiness, business and industrial development, and educational institutions have been around for a long time. However, this relationship cannot refute the fact that prospective employees are not ready to enter the workplace in the future. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia concerning the national education system addresses the importance of training in creative thinking skills by stating that the education system must develop the potential of students to be religious, respectful, well-educated, and competent in thinking creatively, independently, democratically, and responsibly. While empirical studies show that Indonesian students have unsatisfactory creative thinking skills. This study aims to describe how to train Creative Thinking Skills through project-based learning in preparing the Workforce to face global competition. From the results of the discussion it was concluded: 1) The government needs to be more serious in entering tertiary education and setting targets for maximum workforce readiness. 2) Educational institutions in their learning activities need to improve their mastery of high-level thinking skills in determining their educational success by improving high-level cognitive functions (metacognition, metamemory and metacomprehension, or assessing the truth of one's own memories; solving problems, or taking appropriate steps when dealing with unknown things, and think critically, or evaluate the quality of ideas). 3) For most educators today who are well connected and driven by technology, the mastery of technology literacy in education is still lacking, therefore mastery of technology literacy needs to be improved at the level of the teachers in this country. 4) Potential to integrate Project Based Learning (PBL) in the classroom to improve students' soft skills which in turn will ensure greater results for them in the future. To achieve that, their soft skills need to be improved by using the PBL approach. This approach is relevant to the concept of 21st century learning, especially in education.

If correctional evaluation research is to contribute to the accumulation of practical knowledge, it should be designed to test abstract behavioral science principles that explain why a particular type of program should change the future conduct of a specific category of clientele. Focus on such theory leads to nontraditional types of sampling, designed to apply principles to only those cases for which they are relevant rather than to whatever mix one happens to encounter at a particular setting at one moment in its history. In addition, organizational theory must be applied and tested to see whether—in the social, psychological, and political context where a program is studied—the clients have the experience that the behavioral science theory assumes the program is giving them.

Abstract. The cluster approach is now a credible proven tool for improving the competitiveness of the regional and national economies. For the economy, clusters represent growth points when one or more economic entities reach absolute competitiveness in the market, they affect the immediate environment, resulting in a cluster formation — a community of entities that contribute to each other’s competitiveness. The social and psychological factors, the system of motives and interests of individual members of the cluster in the merger play an important role in the formation of the cluster. Awareness of mutual benefit, interest of participants in cooperation, overcoming stasis of loss of leadership positions, desire to develop together, remaining competitors ensures achievement of resultant synergistic effect of cluster cooperation. Appointment. The purpose of the study is to analyze the socio-psychological features of cluster interaction. Methods. The following methods were used in the study: logical generalization, synthesis, analysis, comparison — to determine the essential characteristics of the concept of «cluster»; analysis and comparison to identify social-psychological biases and prompt participants to cluster interaction. Results. The article analyzes the social-psychological obstacles, prejudices, and cluster interaction preferences that are characteristic of the leader of the cluster-leading company, the manager of the enterprise responsible for cluster specialization, but not the market leader, of the employees of these companies; the head and employees of scientific institutions, authorities, and the public. It has been established that maintaining competition between the cluster participants is a key aspect that causes the greatest number of social and psychological prejudices when establishing cluster interaction. Conclusions. The research showed an awareness of mutually beneficial, participatory interest in cooperation, overcoming the stasis of losing leadership positions, the desire to develop together while remaining competitors ensures the achievement of the resulting synergistic effect of cluster cooperation. Understanding the importance of socio-psychological factors in establishing cluster interaction enables facilitators of such cooperation to not only identify and understand key psychological barriers of individuals, but also to develop tools to motivate the integration of potential entities into the cluster. Throughout the knowledge-based human society development, the human factor in organizational management has become a competitive factor due to its professional competence and social skills. The authors of this research have set the aim of characterizing the entrepreneur from the social-psychological perspective that influences his/her ethical behavior. The authors have dealt with the typological and psychological traits from a theoretical perspective, have summarized the concept of temperament and character showing that there is interaction between them; also, they have characterized and classified them into groups, providing several examples. In the practical part, the authors conducted tests on students at the Technical University of Moldova using psychological evaluation tests of temperament and character, proposed by scholars well-known in this field.

Abstract Using undergraduates in two Nigerian Universities, namely the University of Ilorin and the University of Jos, we have examined attitudes towards Received Pronunciation (RP). Employing the multivariate theoretical trend, based on the social psychological approach as explicated by BAKER (1992), we have examined the extent of influence by instrumental, integrative and nationalistic judgements on those attitudes held toward RP by the undergraduates. The methodological devices used were the questionnaire, matched guise, and observation. Employing the chi-square statistical measure at an alpha critical value of <.05, the instrumental judgement was found to exert greater influence on the favourable attitudes expressed toward RP by the sampled undergraduates. This result seems to bear significant implications on the future of RP in Nigeria. RP is likely to linger on in Nigeria, playing both personal, sociolinguistic and educational roles.

In this introduction to the special issue of Group Processes & Intergroup Relations on “Culture and Collective Action” we emphasize the importance of the special issue topic for the development of the field. Specifically, we highlight the globalization of collective action and the internationalization of the social-psychological study of collective action, both of which point to culture as a missing link for this field. We thus propose that the next step is to move toward a proper cultural psychology of collective action—a social psychology in which culture is an integral part. This special issue provides a first step toward such a broad and integrative psychological understanding of collective action, but comes with promises as well as problems. We discuss both the exciting synergies and some lessons to learn for the future, and conclude that a focus on culture will facilitate the development of the rich and fascinating field of the social psychology of collective action.

Psychosomatic illnesses create a negative psychological state that causes tension in all areas of our lives. Medications can be used for these diseases, but if the psychological problem is not solved, they can recur. As a result, this situation leads to stress, tension and certain problems in the social and personal life of a person, affects his personal development, self-realization. This article examines psychosomatic illnesses, their effects on self-realization, and how these conditions can be overcome through therapy.

The study aimed to reveal the degree of horizontal integration in life skills in the second grade curriculum in Jordan. To achieve the objective of the study، the researcher used the analytical descriptive method.The study sample included the Arabic and Islamic education books and social and national education. The results of the study indicated that manual in its first and second section. The life skills to be included in the sample study books included (51) skills divided into five basic skills: creative thinking skills، problem solving، the communication، dealing with others، decision making. Results also included a harezontal integration in the skills of life between the Arabic language and Islamic educationby (38.3%) ، which is high according to the criterion of the study. There is also a horizontal integration in life skills between the Arabic language book and the social and national education guide by (37.7%)، High percentage، and finally the existence of horizontal integration is very weak in the skills of life between the book of Islamic based on education and the huide of social and national education by (24%). The study came out with several recommendation، the most important of which are: Enrichment of the curriculum on the subject of life skills، and their inclusion in an integrative manner baser on a standard of integration developed by the directorate of curriculum. And taking into account problem solving skills during the construction and design of the curriculum.
