The Turkish Republics of the Caspian region have maintained their importance throughout history and are still important for a variety of reasons. Always having strategic importance, this region is sometimes commercially military-friendly. At present, the world is on the agenda thanks to rich oil and natural gas reserves, and has not been stable for many years. The search for alternative hydrocarbon resources is to meet the growing population in the world today and thus meet growing energy needs. In this case, the countries of the Caspian region have become the countries attracting attention to the rich energy resources of Western energy and global energy companies.

The article is dedicated to the life and work of Seyfaddin Ganiyev, a well-known folklorist, scientist and pedagogue of Shamakhi, his long-term research in the field of music, mugam and ashug art in Shamakhi region and the essence of many books created from this research. The attitude to music, mugam, ashug art in the mentioned works is from the point of view of folklorist, philologist. However, at the same time, S. Ganiyev added the views and memories of a professional master to his thoughts, further enhanced the scientific nature of the writings, and enriched his research with important facts encountered during the research. Also, the article provides an explanation of the points related to music in the book and scientific writings of the valuable scientist of Shamakhi S. Ganiyev about the traditional musical environment of Shamakhi from the point of view of ethnomusicologist.

The geographic history of Borchali sultanate

Some toponims and ethos belonging to historical administrative-territorial devision of feudal Borchali Soltanate (Modern Georgia and Lori province of Armenia) from XVII-to XIX centuries are explored in this article. The analyses of the names Borchaly (Marneuli), Garayazı (Gadabany), Garachop (Sagaraco) give us proofs that they are of turkic-oghuz origin.

The influence of the Sheki theatre in the formation of the literary-cultural environment in Sheki in the 50-90s of the XX century

The article discusses the role of the Sheki Theater in the development of literary and cultural ties among the Azerbaijani, Russian, Tatar, Hungarian and Turkish peoples who have ancient and rich traditions. The researcher has taken the tours of the Sheki Theatre, which is one of the administrative parts of the Azerbaijan Theater in the 50s and 90s of the XX century, to Moscow, Tashkent and Istanbul as a main object and analyzed the achievements and failures in this area. The author's analysis also focuses on strengthening the state's care for the development of the Sheki Theater, the theater's professional performance, and the role of the plays on repertoire in the promotion of moral education, family relations, and patriotic education. The author also highlights the activities of Mammadkabir Hajioglu, Huseynaga Atakishiyev, Jahangir Novruzov, Nazim Bilalov and Mirbala Salimli, who worked as directors of the theater in different years, which was aimed at the development of literary and cultural relations between Russian, Tatar, Turkish and other peoples. One of the most important qualities that ensure the scientific nature of the article is the mentioning of valuable opinions about the high appreciation of the activities of the Sheki Theater by prominent Russian and Azerbaijani theater critics. The article also highlights the role of the Sheki Theater in the development of Azerbaijani culture and literature and its integration into the world and in the promotion of Azerbaijani culture among Tatars, Turks and other peoples, especially the development of literary and cultural relations between Russia and Azerbaijan. The article also discusses the decline in the performance of the Sheki Theater caused by socio-political events of the late twentieth century, and the cultural policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev to regulate the activities of the theater and the country's cultural development. Comparison and analysis methods have been used in the scientific analysis process to obtain the required results.

The main feature of the deposit policy here is that the initiative in transactions does not belong to the bank, but to the customer, and therefore it is impossible to manage the operations entirely by the bank.
