Ergonomics is the key to make the machine “worker friendly”. In this paper, the humble effort is carried out to present the outline of the tractor industry of India as well as Ukraine for the subsequent analysis of the operator's working conditions and negative production factors that affect his health. Experiment was conducted in Ukraine for three different tractor models i.e. HTZ-181, HTZ-200, HTZ-200B. Vibrations were measured at frame between cab brackets (on left side member), cab floor at the operator's feet and cab frame (on rear crossmember at the rear window base) for plowing and harrowing operations. Research of structural elements vibration parameters of some tractor models (for harrowing and plowing operation) showed that the cab frame has the highest vibration activity in the vertical direction with a peak in the octave band with a geometric mean frequency of 16 Hz. In the transverse direction, the tractor frame has the highest vibration acceleration amplitude, while the maximum vibration acceleration amplitude falls on the octave band of 16 Hz, but its value is two times lower than in the vertical direction. It was also observed that the amplitudes of vibration accelerations of the elements of the tested tractors during plowing the field had higher values than during harrowing, but these excesses were not significant. Analysis of the test results shows that the tractors' suspensions have practically the same vibration characteristics, and therefore, it is recommended to conduct further studies of the parameters of general vibration (on the operator's seat) and local vibration (on the steering wheel) in order to assess the tractor operator' working conditions, his safety and develop technical solutions to improve the devices/machines. The study practical value and originality consists in identifying the structural elements of mobile agricultural machinery (for example, tractors) that have the highest vibrations, which affect the operator for their further improvement, but not for replacing the machinery. This approach to improving the working conditions of mobile agricultural machinery operators is driven by the country's weak economy and can be beneficial for developing countries in the face of a lack of funds to purchase new ergonomic machines.

This article evaluates agricultural operator´s stress, mental strain and generally fighting with driving difficulties during operating agricultural machinery sets by means of a heart rate indicator. Different drivers driving different tractors with implements were chosen and evaluated during different field jobs, namely soil tillage and sowing. Machinery position on the field was precisely monitored by a GPS receiver and the heart beat rate was observed by means of a chest belt special device with a heart rate sensor. The output data from the sensors were monitored during conventional manual steering of the tractor-implement set and also when using the complete automatic guidance steering without any driver´s intervention to steering wheel – all by using the DGPS guidance signal. The data were further processed with a special software for the heart rate sensor and detailed statistical evaluation was performed. All described trials were measured at different farms in the Czech Republic. The final outcomes from the experiment showed a statistically significant difference between two experimental variants and confirm our hypothesis that the guidance systems bring a great benefit for drivers concerning mental strain and relief of their workload.

Vibration exciting theory of working engine was analyzed based on dynamic method. Model of engine system and mounts was established and simulated in multiple working conditions by Power Unit module of dynamics software excite. Vibration acceleration of points on engine block adjacent to each mount was extracted to characterize and evaluate the vibration excited by engine in different working condition.

The article discusses the modernization of the running wheel due to the introduction of an elastic element. The structure, which consists of three layers, the outer ones of which consist of strong steel material, and the middle layer consists of low-strength lightweight aggregate, which can significantly reduce dynamic forces, vibrations and shocks, which increases the reliability of cargo transportation. Calculations have shown that the stress state of a wheel with an elastic insert is less than that of an old-design travel wheel. The decrease in force and elastic factors in the travel wheel, which has an elastic insert, is explained by the fact that the use of an elastic ring leads to an increase in the bending stiffness of the outer ring of the shell. The obtained solution to the problem of the strength of a three-layer structure makes it possible to determine the stresses in the shell depending not only on its geometric parameters, but also on the shear modulus of the filler, which improves the reliability of the design and operation of such structures. Theoretical studies of the stress state of a three-layer cylindrical structure, taking into account the shear energy of the filler, makes it possible to assess the strength of such a structure and give certain recommendations for its use. Experimental studies that were carried out on an operating overhead crane fully confirmed a very significant reduction in oscillatory processes in travel wheels. The level of vibration acceleration in the vertical direction on the modernized drive wheel is almost 3 times less than the level of vibration acceleration on the drive wheel at idle speed of a conventional design.

In this paper, the Abaqus model of an 8 layer isolation structure is established, and the connector element provided in the software is used to simulate the stiffness multilinearity in the horizontal and vertical direction of the isolation bearing. In the numerical analysis, six kinds of working conditions are set up to compare the vertical displacement, the peak acceleration and the interlayer displacement etc, and the effect of bearing failure on the superstructure is obtained.

The choice of the most effective option for using the machine and tractor fleet in relation to specific operating conditions, considering the real volumes and the existing age structure of the park, is a complex optimization problem, in which value of the rational service life of the equip-ment and the necessity for a differentiated assessment of its consumer properties in three main groups are important: an ability of agricultural machinery to follow the technological require-ments determined by working conditions; productivity and efficiency of equipment; properties that ensure the safety and comfort of the driver. The solution to the problem is to develop a model that allows for the scientifically grounded size of the current renewal of agricultural machinery, adapted to modern operating conditions.

The loader's steer-by-wire system combines the automatic control system and hydraulic system. The system cancels the mechanical or hydraulic connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels, which existed in the original steering system, optimizing the adaptation of the loaders steering systems road feeling to its working conditions, convenient for the integration with other systems, and harmonization of control. This paper puts forward a new measurement of a steer-by-wire system steering angel. It aims at more accurate corner detection, will design to optimize loader's steer-by-wire hydraulic system signal detection, and better meet the actual needs.

The paper describes abrasive kind and granularity change impact to technology head vibration generating during cutting of seven selected investigated kinds of steel by means of AWJ technology. The investigation of abrasive granularity impact is carried out for three speeds of the technology head shift. A set of 3D comparative graphs of vibration parameter relations for seven analyzed kinds of steel from graphical records of vibration acceleration amplitude to frequency relation was created. On the base of the comparative graphs a discussion about results is generated and conclusions are defined. The work presents a thematically integrated part of a dissertation results and completes a group of recent knowledge focused on production systems working state diagnostics with the water jet technology.

When working with agricultural mobile aggregate, the traction force of equipment and the speed of the real movement vary due to actual terrain irregularities, appearing also vibration of the gears axes and of the tractor chassis. Starting from these considerations, the paper presents results of experimental tests to move on agricultural land of a aggregate consists of a U-650M tractor and of a trees vineyard attachment RPV-2, on the push force of the attachment on the gear-shift bar to the tractor, traction force, vibration acceleration in three points on the tractor and tractor skidding for three different speeds of travel. It shall, also the testing equipment and how to catch the gage for acquisition the necessary data records. Using known relations in the study of the dynamics of the mobile aggregates, was achieved a modelling program of the traction parameters, in MathCad program, with which help were determined and set graphic the variations of the push force on the gear-shift bar, the traction force and the vibration acceleration to the steering wheel of the tractor. Based on experimental results obtained, the calculation program was checked and improved. The results presented in the paper are of interest to specialists in the study of the dynamic agricultural mobile aggregate, and the modelling program developed can be used to determine the parameters for the traction and for other types of aggregates to the movement on land with other features than used and tested.
