This futsal field booking application is used to make it easier for tenants to know the empty futsal court schedule, to provide convenience in the process of renting a futsal field schedule without having to come directly to the futsal venue. Making this application is done by the System Development Life Cycle Method. This application is implemented with the Codeigniter framework, PHP programming language, MySQL database as a data storage medium and testing methods using black box testing. As for the  futsal field schedule rental uses Gammu and modem as media. This application can be used by 3 users, namely admin, provider and tenant. Admin can do provider approval. Providers can process field data, rental rates, tenants, bookings, payment confirmations, galleries and providers. Tenants can book via Mobile and  see available field schedule information, activation and payment confirmation

Pesantren Mahasiswa Internasional KH Mas Mansur (Pesma) has a shuttle facility for everyone who lives there. However, the use of the shuttle is not optimal because the ordering procedure still uses manual techniques. It contrasts with the rapid development of industry 4.0 and the mission of Pesma to get digitalization. This paper describes the effort to improve Pesma shuttle bookings by developing an application. The application is built upon the Android Studio 3.5.1 platform and uses Firebase real-time database. The development method implements the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Waterfall. The research results in an application called “Pesma Apps” that can be used by staff and mahasantri. Testing the Pesma apps, we obtained sufficiently good results where the black box testing proves that all functions work well. A usability testing using SUS with 30 respondents produces a good result at the level of 72.6, which suggests that the application is accepted.

In sidoarjo area more and more badminton court rental with quality standards that make fans play badminton more and more. in booking badminton courts still use a manual system. Then it takes innovation in technology to help in booking badminton courts. In the creation of the application using waterfall method so that the creation of the application can be completed according to the planning so as to produce the appropriate application. Implementation of the results of the study using android studio software using java programming language and using firebase database as data storage in the application in realtime. Badminton court booking application based on android can provide user convenience in booking badminton court does not have to come to the field. The application has been tested using the black box testing method on all features of the application shows a percentage of 100% so that arguably the application runs well. Similarly, can be seen in the test using the likert scale questionnaire method for UAT results get a result of 85%.

The implementation of guidance in two directions is carried out by discussing, conducting questions and answers, providing input and other activities. However, sometimes the guidance process carried out face-to-face experiences many obstacles so the coaching process does not run optimally and it is not as expected. The most common obstacle is when the supervisor is unable to attend the final assignment guidance. Communication barriers between students and supervisors also affect the success of the final assignment. Hence, it is necessary to develop a way to have the obstacles can overcome better. The method used to solve these problems using the system development life cycle method. The solution is currently using sms or online facilities such as email, social media, or the cloud from a third party. With this system, if face-to-face guidance activities are not possible, the process of preparing student final assignments can be carried out in order to be on time for the graduation of students in the institutions.

Pertumbuhan industri kreatif di Indonesia terus mengalami kenaikan. Industri kreatif diharapkan dapat menjadi sektor strategis yang mampu meningkatkan perekonomian di masa yang akan datang. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh industri kreatif terutama di Kabupaten Cilacap adalah pencarian lokasi industri kreatif yang sulit ditemukan. Industri kreatif mengalami kesulitan didalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan masalah diatas perlu dibuat sistem informasi geografis yang mampu menunjukkan lokasi industri kreatif dengan akurat serta mampu membantu industri kreatif dalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara deskriptif serta mengambil dari jurnal penelitian terdahulu. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yaitu salah satu pengembangan sistem berbasis System Development Life Cycle dengan kelebihan waktu yang lebih cepat. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black-box testing. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi geografis yang mampu menunjukkan lokasi industri kreatif dengan lebih cepat, serta mampu membantu industri kreatif dalam mengenalkan produk yang dihasilkan.

Notary Office / PPAT I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. is a Land Deed Making Official who makes deeds related to land. In carrying out this work, records are still carried out manually, namely still using a recording system in the book which consists of a file monitoring management process, payment for services, and does not provide information regarding the reporting of files that have been completed. This results in each service requiring time from the time the application is submitted to the completion of the file, besides that proof of payment for services can be lost if not recorded. Based on these problems, needed a system to facilitate the management of the file being executed and facilitate business processes that exist in this study created a system with the title Design of Information System File Management in the Office of Notary / PPAT which include data management of the applicant, the data in the file status request , payments and report. This research process uses a linear sequential model method, starting from determining needs, analyzing needs and designing CDM and PDM for the next steps. Furthermore, the authors build and design a system using the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this research is a file management information system at the Notary Office I Gusti Rai Daniel Ari Putra, SH., M.Kn. and testing has been carried out on the system using black box testing whose results are in accordance with the system design.

Pamulang University is a successful and growing private university located in South Tangerang City. Of course, University of Pamulang has many assets to support its activities. But currently the University of Pamulang does not yet have an internal information system to control the assets owned. There is no asset management information system that will certainly experience difficulties in tracking asset data. Solution to overcome existing problems, of course, it requires an asset management information system that can run asset management more efficiently and structured, and facilitate the data collection of assets, data collection of assets based on their conditions, grouping assets based on their types and making it easier to search asset data. The system development used is waterfall. This model consists of requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit system, system testing, operation and maintenance. The tools used in this research are Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system, sublime text 3, and the database used as data storage is XAMPP. The final results of this research resulted in an Asset Management Information System at the Web-Based University of  Pamulang.

Prototipe executive dashboard monitoring produksi  untuk pengambil keputusan pada PT KMK Global Sports merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dalam rangka mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem executive dashboard yang dapat membantu manajemen PT KMK Global Sports mengambil keputusan dalam kegiatan produksi. Pada saat ini PT KMK Global Sports belum memiliki pengelolaan data/informasi  pembelian material dan proses produksi sepatu secara cepat dan tepat untuk keperluan rekapitulasi kegiatan harian dan bulanan, sering terjadinya keterlambatan dalam pembelian material, serta infrastruktur jaringan komputer, perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang belum memadai. Pembangunan executive dashboard dibangun berdasarkan model pengembangan dashboard berbasis user centered design. Pengembangan sistem executive dashboard monitoring produksi  menggunakan model prototipe berbasis SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan OOAD (Object-oriented analysis and design). Prototipe diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian ISO 9126 yaitu  black box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe executive dashboard monitoring produksi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu referensi pimpinan PT KMK Global Sports dalam mengambil keputusan dan diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi, contoh bagi lembaga atau perusaahan  di kota lain.   Kata Kunci: Dashboard,Monitoring, ISO 9126, black box testin

Emergency management theory based on existing research results is studied, and a flexible solution of emergency management information system is proposed. It is divided into five layers: data storage layer, business logic layer, presentation layer, integration web service layer and integration communication interface layer, mainly involving computer software, network communication, information system development and other technologies. The solution proposed will be benefit for developing and achieving the flexibility and integration of emergency management information.

Batik adalah kain bergambar yang pembuatannya secara khusus, yang mana oleh UNESCO telah ditetapkan sebagai Warisan Kemanusiaan untuk Budaya Lisan dan Nonbendawi sejak 2 Oktober 2009. Pembuatan aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mulai dari motif – motif Batik, filosofi sejarah setiap motif, cara pembuatannya serta untuk melestarikan kebudayaan Batik itu sendiri. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem berbasis aplikasi Android adalah dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan proses pendekatan waterfall yang diawali analisa kebutuhan hingga proses pemeliharaan sistem. Pengembangan sistem ini memerlukan beberapa software pendukung, yaitu Sistem Operasi Windows 10 64Bit, Blender, Unity, Visual Studio Code, Android SDK, Google Cardboard SDK, bahasa pemrograman C#, CorelDraw X8, dan Ringtone Maker. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi Museum Batik Danar Hadi VR berbasis Android yang mana didalamnya terdapat fitur-fitur antara lain menu Museum VR, Permainan Tebak Motif Batik, Daftar Motif Batik beserta keterangan Batik, Petunjuk, dan Tentang. Berdasarkan hasil Black Box Testing, fitur dalam sistem dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Kemudian, Usability Testing dengan metode SUS memperoleh skor rata-rata 75,5 menunjukkan hasil yang Baik dan Dapat diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan terkait Batik mulai dari motif – motif batik, filosofi sejarah, hingga cara pembuatannya serta untuk melestarikan kebudayaan batik yang merupakan salah satu warisan budaya paling mendalam di Indonesia yang diakui dunia.

Sistem pembukuan keuangan merupakan sistem informasi yang berbasis website yang dikembangkan untuk membantu pembukuan keuangan di Kelurahan Lalung. Pembukuan keuangan di Kelurahan Lalung saat ini masih dilakukan secara menual, sehingga masih banyak memakan waktu dalam pembukuannya, dengan permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah sistem pembukuan keuangan di kelurahan berbasis website, dimana sistem pembukuan keuangan ini dibuat untuk membantu pegawai kelurahan dalam melakukan pembukuan keuangan dengan mudah, cepat, dan tepat. Website ini juga digunakan sebagai sarana transparansi dana desa dan sebagai media promosi usaha yang dimiliki warga. Website ini dibangun menggunakan Metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan framework Laravel, dan database MySQL serta pengujian program menggunakan black-box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa website sistem informasi pembukuan keuangan Kelurahan Lalung yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh staff Kelurahan Lalung dalam mengarsipkan dan membukukan riwayat uang masuk dan keluar, sebagai sarana transparansi dana kelurahan, dan dapat membantu warga Kelurahan Lalung untuk memromosikan usahanya untuk mendapatkan konsumen yang lebih luas dan lebih banyak.
