Examining influence, the “E” phase of the VECTOR virtual coaching process, focuses on locus of control. Many conditions and circumstances influence an educator's life and practice; however, the external influences are often outside the educator's control. In this chapter, the authors describe a variety of these influences, and they use examples and anecdotes to guide the reader to a better understanding of this phase. They also offer practical tips for working with educators to determine the things in their sphere of influence so that precious coaching time is not wasted on issues, circumstances, and conditions outside their control. Finally, the authors explain why this phase is essential before a goal can be set in the C-commit to change phase.

Any citizen can be involved in a situation that requires basic first aid knowledge. For this reason, it is important to be trained in this kind of activity. Serious games have been presented as a good option to integrate entertainment into the coaching process. This work presents a video game for mobile platforms which facilitate the formation and training in the PWA (Protect, Warn, Aid) first aid protocol. Users have to overcome a series of challenges to bring theoretical concepts closer to practice. To easily change the point of view of the game play, Augmented Reality technology has been used. In order to make each game looks different, neural networks have been implemented to perform the behavior of the Non-Playable Characters autonomous. Finally, in order to evaluate the quality and playability of the application, as well as the motivation and learning of content, several experiments were carried out with a sample of 50 people aged between 18 and 26. The obtained results confirm the playability and attractiveness of the video game, the increase of interest in learning first aid, as well as the greater fixation of the different concepts dealt with in the video game. The results support that this application facilitates and improves the learning of first aid protocols, making it more enjoyable, attractive, and practical.

<p><em>Coaching is a partner of development in which a coach supports a learner in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by training and counselling. The pumping HR Model is one of the HR development models based on the iceberg theory, which is divided into the areas of the unconscious (unconscious region), pre-conscious (pre-conscious region) and conscious (conscious region). The pumping HR Model places the unconscious as a function of the heart, the pre-conscious as a function of the brain and the conscious as a sensory function of human resources (HR). In practice, Pumping HR Model touches on 3 basic components of human resource development, namely character development, competency development and behaviour development. This research goal is the purpose of this study is to prove that the Pumping HR model can be used as a model in the coaching process. The method used is </em><em>qualitative descriptive &amp; Integrating theory. Research data were obtained through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and post-workshop questionnaire.  The results of this research: Pumping HRM Coach is unique and can be one of the human resource development models with a coaching approach.</em><em></em></p>
