The article evaluates the reliability indicators of telecommunication system equipment, which can be represented by multi-mode objects of continuous and episodic use with a time reserve operating under conditions of a priori uncertainty. Particular attention is paid to consideration of the process of functioning of the system with a replenished time reserve. The telecommunication system includes an object represented by one structural element and used in different modes of operation. In each mode, the object can be used continuously or episodically (the object performs tasks that occur at random times), herewith only a certain part of its equipment is operating. The restoration of the facility's operation in each mode is based on the "quick" recovery scheme ("quick" recovery means that the repair time is much less than the average working time of the element between failures). Also, some cases of the transition of an object from one mode to another are considered, and the control system operates according to the method of sequential control of parameters. In this case, the system, after waiting mode, begins to analyze the first parameter of the monitored complex, then the second and so on. After analyzing the parameters, the system enters the waiting mode. These calculated ratios allow for a comprehensive assessment of the reliability of telecommunication equipment, taking into account the totality of the main factors that significantly affect the reliability of the equipment in real conditions of operation, make it possible to solve important practical problems which arise from the improvement of existing equipment and development of existing equipment.

Today, there is a significant increase in the number of cyber-attacks in the world. At the same time their technological complexity increases proportionally. In the near future, new potentially dangerous cyber-attacks will appear, which in turn may lead to a deterioration of their detection and neutralization and, as a consequence, adversely affect the level of security of information and information and telecommunication systems of critical information infrastructure. Based on the mentioned in the article is solved the urgent task of identifying and neutralizing potentially dangerous cyber-attacks, which boils down to the development of differential-game model of their pattern. The basis of the created pattern of potentially dangerous cyberattacks is proposed to put the Denning`s model of information protection and the method of differential-game simulation of cyber-attack on information processes. The article shows that the pattern of a potentially dangerous cyberattack is modeled under the a priori uncertainty of the input data, since the potential cyberattacks that will take place may be quite diverse. In view of this, it is proposed that the hybrid model be used as a generic template for a potentially dangerous cyberattack due to the inability to make the correct input requirements for the model. This approach provides the evolving model that is being developed, that is, convergence with real physical phenomena and processes in information and information and telecommunication systems. As a result of the application of the differential-game modeling method in analytical form, a generalized differential-game model of a pattern of potentially dangerous cyber-attacks is generalized. Thus, the article further developed a generalized differential-game model of a potentially dangerous cyber-attack pattern, which is based on a Denning's model of information protection and methods of differential-game modeling of the attack on information, which, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the intensity of the offender and the protected party. It allows to estimate the level of insecurity of the information and telecommunication system in the conditions of a priori uncertainty of the input data. The application of the model in practice allows the creation of effective information security systems that will be able to detect potentially dangerous cyber-attacks in the critical infrastructure information and telecommunication system with minimal errors of the first kind.

The scientific research of reliability of combinatorial-metric algorithm for multi-dimensional group point objects recognition in hierarchically organized features space is considered in the paper. The nature of reliability indicator change is examined, as an example, using multilevel descriptions of simulated and real objects under the condition that recognition results obtained at one hierarchy level are used as input data at  next level. A priori uncertainty of a view angle, composition incompleteness and coordinate noise of objects determine the combinatorial procedures of quantifiable estimation of proximity of multidimensional GPO, presenting the object of recognition to a particular class. The stability of the recognition algorithm is achieved by the possibility of changing  strategy of making a classification decision. For this purpose, we use the representation of a group point object at the lowest level of the hierarchy in the form of: sample, composition of sample elements or a complex a priori indicator. In order to increase the recognition accuracy, it was proposed to use the search of recognition results at  low levels of the hierarchy. The experimental dependences of a priori and a posteriori reliability indicators for various conditions for measurements and states of recognition objects are provided in the paper.

The paper analyzes the effectiveness of computer networks with SDN in conditions of incomplete reliability information. In order to ensure the specified indicators of the reliability of the computer network, it is recommended to use their guaranteed estimates. To increase the level of security of information systems and introduce the concept of time reserve in the process of packet transmission, it is necessary to separate the functions of traffic transmission from management functions. This is the basic principle of SDN. When using SDN technology in computer networks, it is possible to enter a time reserve when transmitting messages. This makes it possible to more accurately determine the reliability. The evaluation of the data transmission system of the computer network takes into account the possibility of entering a time reserve and obtained the basic calculated ratios for reliability indicators in terms of incomplete information about their distribution laws. A priori information is limited by knowledge of the first initial moments of mathematical expectation and variance. These results are a justification for the structure of computer networks that are designed or upgraded. You can also use this information to build highly reliable networks or technical facilities that exist in a single implementation.

This paper is devoted to the presence of distortions in a speech signal transmitted over a communication channel to a biometric system during voice-based remote identification. We propose to preliminary correct the frequency spectrum of the received signal based on the pre-distortion principle. Taking into account a priori uncertainty, a new information indicator of speech signal distortions and a method for measuring it in conditions of small samples of observations are proposed. An example of fast practical implementation of the method based on a parametric spectral analysis algorithm is considered. Experimental results of our approach are provided for three different versions of communication channel. It is shown that the usage of the proposed method makes it possible to transform the initially distorted speech signal into compliance on the registered voice template by using acceptable information discrimination criterion. It is demonstrated that our approach may be used in existing biometric systems and technologies of speaker identification.

The paper considers the spatial filtering methods of signals with spectrum overlapping under conditions of a priori uncertainty of the directions of arrival from radio sources. The estimates of the directions of signals arrival obtained by ESPRIT or MUSIC are used in order to build a spatial filter. It is shown that when using ESPRIT, unlike MUSIC, an additional calculations of filter coefficients based on estimates of the directions of signals arrival are not required, and the quadrature components of the signals are formed simultaneously with estimates of the direction of their arrival. The probability of error performances of minimum shift keying signals which were divided by spatial filtering on the basis of ESPRIT and MUSIC using seven-element circular and angular antenna arrays are given.

Designing the content and scale of maintenance of machines and equipment by a priori and posterior reliability methods in considered crucial to reducing the cost of the machine's life cycle, maintaining high operational readiness and reducing the consequences of failures. In the presented paper, attention is paid to the analysis of the calculation methods of posterior reliability for calculation indicators of reliability and to the use of the specified Weibull model for reliability calculations. The obtained results are further developed for models of optimal process calculations to perform scheduled maintenance interventions. Calculations of the other RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) indicators that are critical to the design of an optimal engineering design with regard to maintenance and which do not receive sufficient attention in technical practice are also assessed.
