The objective of this research is to know the effect of emotion and job stress toward contra productive work behaviour of the teachers at State Elementary School at Bekasi District. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 134 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 100 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analysed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the emotion has positive direct effect to contra productive work behaviour; (2) the job stress has positive direct effect to contra productive work behaviour; (3) the emotion has positive direct effect to job stress. The contra productive work behaviour can be improved through improvement of emotion and the job stress.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational culture and self-esteem toward teacher’s achievement junior high school in east of Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 200 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 133 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to achievement; (2) the self-esteem have positive direct effect to achievement; (3) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to self-esteem. The achievement can be improved through improvement of organizational culture and self-esteem

The objective of this research is to know the effect of self efficacy and trust toward organizational commitment of employee of the education department at the Province of West Papua.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 80 employees. Research samples selected as much as 67 employees using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) self efficacy have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (2) trust have positive direct effect to organizational commitment; (3) self efficacy have positive direct effect to trust. The organizational commitment can be improved through improvement of self efficacy and trust.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of work life balance and job sastisfaction toward teacher’s loyalty of the private vocational high school at cakung district east Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 772 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 263 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the work life balance have positive direct effect to loyalty; (2) job sastisfaction have positive direct effect to loyalty; (3) the work life balance have positive direct effect to job sastisfaction. The loyalty can be improved through improvement of work life balance and job sastisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and work environment toward teacher’s job quality private senior high school north of Jakarta. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 117 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 91 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to job quality; (2) the work environment have positive direct effect to job quality; (3) the transformational leadership have positive direct effect to work environment. The job quality can be improved through improvement of of transformational leadership and work environment.

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of communication and trust toward the effectiveness of teacher’s teamwork. Data collection done toward 80 from 100 teachers of teacher’s teamwork Dewi Sartika in the district Koja, North Jakarta. The methodologhy of this research used the survey method. Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result of this analysis is concluded that (1) there is the postive direct effect of communication toward team effectiveness, (2) there is positive direct effect of trust toward team effectiveness, and (3) there is positive direct effect of communication toward trust.

The objective of this research is to get about the effect of integrity, work culture, knowledge of audit techniques, and task commitment toward the performance of customs and excise auditors. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach. The size population in this research is 210 at customs and excise auditors. Research sample were selected as mush as 140 auditors using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionnaires and test. The data analyzed using path analysis technique.  The finding show that integrity, work culture, knowledge of audit techniques and task commitment have positive direct effect toward the performance of customs and excise auditors. Integrity, work culture and knowledge of audit techniques have positive direct effect toward the task commitment.  Integrity and knowledge of audit techniques have positive direct effect toward work culture.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of gender relation and decision making toward job performance of the teachers at State Junior High School at south Bekasi district, Bekasi City. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 201 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 134 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the gender relation have positive direct effect to job performance; (2) the decision making have positive direct effect to job performance; (3) the gender relation have positive direct effect to decision making. The performance can be improved through improvement of gender relation and the decision making.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of (1) personality, (2) motivation, (3) task performance of teachers in private elementary school subdistrict Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using Path Analysis Technique was used to in this research. This survey involving 84 teachers as a sample using simple random sampling technique by Slovin formula. The findings of this study indicated: first, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward task performance teachers in school. Second, there is a positive direct effect of motivation toward task performance teachers in school. Third, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward motivation teachers in school.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek dari (1) kepribadian, (2) motivasi, (3) tugas kinerja guru pribadi SD Kecamatan Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-kausal dengan teknik analisis jalur. Survei melibatkan 84 guru sebagai sampel yang menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap motivasi guru di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Motivasi, Kinerja Tugas
