This research was aimed to p rove some factors affecding disclosure policy of corporate social responsibility on company’s annual report. These factors are leverage, profitability, supervisory boards size, company size, managerial ownership, and foreign stock ownership. This research used purposive sampling to get sample was 11 manufacturing companies which has registered in Indonesia stock exchange since 2007 until 2011. The analysis design of this research was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The result of this research showed that foreign stock ownership has significant effect toward disclosure policy of corporate social responsibility. While leverage, profitability, supervisory boards size, company size, managerial ownership do not have effect toward disclosure policy of corporate social responsibility

This study aims to prove the influence of corporate social responsibility, investment decisions and managerial ownership on value of the company. Theories used in this research are agency theory and signal theory. This research was done on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership have no influence on value of the company, while investment decisions have a positive influence on value of the company. Few suggestions for the further research are adjust research periods, use other criteria of sample, use other indicators such as funding decisions, company size, other corporate governance indicators, or use other methods to measure value of the company.

AbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, audit committee, and institutional ownership on the level of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure. The objects of this research are the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange years 2015- 2017. The study employes multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The samples comprise a total of 93 companies that have met the predetermined criteria. The hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that only company size has a positive and significant effect on the level of CSR disclosure. Meanwhile, audit committees and institutional ownership do not have significant effect on the level of CSR disclosure.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, komite audit dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap derajat pengungkapan tangung jawab social perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility = CSR). Objek penelitian ini adalah  perusahaan manufatur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 93 perusahaan yang memenuhi ketentuan kriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier beganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Sedangkan, komite audit dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR.Kata Kunci: kepemilikan institusional; komite audit; pengungkapan csr; ukuran perusahaan

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of tax avoidance, earnings management, and political connection on the corporate social responsibility disclosure (case studies on manufacturing companies listed on the idx for the period 2016-2017). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016-2017. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially, tax avoidance and earnings management had no effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure, and political connections had a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. While simultaneously, tax avoidance, earnings management and political connection have an effect on jointly on corporate social responsibility disclosure

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and financial performance on firm value with managerial ownership as an intermediary variable. Corporate social responsibility and financial performance are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, firm value is used as the dependent variable. Managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable in this study. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2018 period are the population in this study. Purposive sampling method is a sampling method used in this study by producing 27 companies with 2 observations to produce a sample of 54. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are the analytical methods used in this study. This research shows that corporate social responsibility and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Then corporate social responsibility and financial performance with managerial ownership as the moderating variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan pada nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel perantara. Corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan digunakan sebagai variable Independen. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan digunakan sebagai variable dependen. Kepemilikan manajerial yang digunakan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2018 merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling merupakan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menghasilkan sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 2 sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 54. Regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

PurposeThis study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure that consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the extensive of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure.Design/methodology/approachThe population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), as the manufacturing companies are considered to have great potential on environmental damage (Mathews, 2000). The selected sample were the companies which meet certain criteria (purposive sampling) which published the complete annual financial statements from 2011 to 2015. This study used an analysis method using partial least square (WarpPLS) to assess the effect of the structure of ownership consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the extent of the CSR disclosure.FindingsThe results showed that there is a direct effect of a negative and significant correlation between managerial ownership on CSR disclosure, and there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation between institutional ownership on CSR disclosure.Originality/valueOriginality of this paper shows PLS (WarpPLS) that applied to determine the effect between variables managerial and institutional ownership on CSR disclosure. This research is collected data financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM), which is located in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which there has not been research by the methods and the same location.

The variables examined in this study are company size, profitability, political connections and disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical results regarding the effect of company size, profitability, political connections and disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on tax avoidance. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples taken as many as 38 manufacturing companies with nonprobability sampling method, especially purposive sampling. The research period is 2014-2017. Data collection is done by non-participant observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that company size, political connections and disclosure of corporate social responsibility have no effect on tax avoidance while profitability has a negative effect on tax avoidance. The amount of profit obtained by the company is very influential on the company's actions to practice tax avoidance. This research is using quantitative study aimed to see whether there are influences of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, and Managerial Ownership on Tax Aggressiveness. In this research, tax aggressiveness is measured using Cash Effective Tax Rates, corporate social responsibility disclosure is measured using Corporate Social Responsibility Index, leverage is measured using Debt to Total Assets, and Managerial Ownership is measured using dummy variable. This research uses consumer goods industry sector in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 financial year. Number of observation of 81 samples obtained through non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study was used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 analysis tool with a significant level of 5% (0,05). The results of these tests indicate that (1) corporate social responsibility disclosure has a positive significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (2) leverage has no significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (3) managerial ownership has a negative influence on tax aggressivenessKeywords : Tax Aggressiveness, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, Managerial Ownership

The purpose of this study is to provide evidence of the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and earnings management of corporate social responsibility disclosure. The sample used was 15 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017. The study results found that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and earnings management have no significant impact on corporate social responsibility disclosure. However, foreign ownership has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2020. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study amounted to 181 companies and after going through the purposive sampling method, the number of samples used in this study became 30 companies for 4 years with a total of 120 samples. The type of data used in this research is quantitative by using online document collection techniques in the form of annual reports that have been officially published by the IDX in 2017-2020. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, and Leverage had a significant effect on firm value.
