This study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees at Batam University, which consisted of dosons and employees. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) of 60 people by proportional random sampling technique. 20 lecturers and 40 Batam university employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Emotional Intelligence, Self-Efficiency, Working Spirit, Work Satisfaction to work achievement of Batam University employees. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a  small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques, based on the reasons this study aims to confirm the theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees of the Riau Islands Province Secretariat Public Relations Protocol Bureau, which consists of employees with a sample of 174 employees, because the population limited from all members of the sample population so this study uses saturated samples taken through census techniques using proportional random sampling when collecting technical data using variable measurements using a questionnaire instrument in which each employee is given five questionnaire instruments for the source of the measurement variables studied In addition to research instruments that use questionnaire, the instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and total statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign exchange standards. In the process of public policymaking, it is recommended to use system dynamics (SD) and Big Data in e-government. SD could assist in viewing problems in complex system holistically, while Big Data in e-government is for collecting data and information which are used for developing model of system dynamics and its equations. On this occasion, partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to validate the relationship between public policymaking (PP), system dynamics (SD) and Big Data in the e-government. Brief explanation about survey and PLS-SEM are discussed. Some of the statistic parameters, such as path coefficients or beta coefficients, P values, R Square coefficients and effect size are shared and analyzed. These terms are parameters for us to see how strong the relationship between PP, SD and Big Data.

Research Objectives to prove the influence of the complexity of the tasks faced by the Auditor on performance in carrying out duties as an Auditor. The complexity of tasks related to various problems in the company requires locus of control from internal and external to maintain independence and competence. The first auditor performance case occurred in 2002 with the disclosure of the Enron case involving the KAP in the big five, Athur Anderson. In 2008 the Telkom case affected the closure of KAP Edy Priyanto, and there were still many other cases which were violations of the accountant's code of ethics. This research is in the form of quantitative, with proof of the complexity of the task and locus of control on the performance of the auditor. Sample 46 Junior auditors from several KAPs in Surabaya, using the Partial Least Square test, the result that the complexity of the task affects the performance of the Auditor and the interaction of the complexity of the task with locus of control does not affect the performance of the Auditor.
