The success of the application of patient safety in hospitals, among others, is measured by how much the productivity of nurses in providing quality nursing care to patients and their families. Factors that influence patient safety: organization (safety culture), work environment, individual factors and citizenship behavior, work behavior, teamwork structure and (servant) leadership. In this regard, the purpose of this literature review study is to prove the influence of servant leadership, organizational safety culture and work environment on OCB in the application of patient safety with affective organizational commitment in hospital. This literature review is based on literature sources and related scientific research journals. The method used in this paper is to search from the EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases using keywords servant leadership, organizational safety culture, work environment, OCB, and patient safety. The study population was health workers in the hospital, which measures in the construction are 54 respondents, with a random sampling technique as the sample of the population. The data were analyzed using parametric and non-parametric statistics with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The research proves that: Servant leaders and organizational safety culture that is applied, as well as a supportive work environment, have a positive influence on OCB in the application of patient safety in hospitals. Furthermore, it is expected that nurse managers will be able to implement servant leadership and safety culture as well as adequate work environment support so that OCB in implementing patient safety can run optimally, this can be assessed based on patient safety incidents and service quality as hospital brand equity.

This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques, based on the reasons this study aims to confirm the theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees of the Riau Islands Province Secretariat Public Relations Protocol Bureau, which consists of employees with a sample of 174 employees, because the population limited from all members of the sample population so this study uses saturated samples taken through census techniques using proportional random sampling when collecting technical data using variable measurements using a questionnaire instrument in which each employee is given five questionnaire instruments for the source of the measurement variables studied In addition to research instruments that use questionnaire, the instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and total statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign exchange standards. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and transactional leadership  style on extra-role behavior or often called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Regional Government  Secretariat of Karimun Regency. Extra role behavior performed by civil servants cannot be separated from the  patterns and abilities of each employee's character. This character can be called the work culture of each of these  employees. Are the two leadership styles namely the Transformational leadership style, Transactional leadership and  Charismatic leadership can increase extra-role behavior or often called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  where work culture is an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional  Government of Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The population in this study was 50 employees. By using the census  method where the number of research samples will be taken as a whole from members of the population. Data were  analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, personal value, and organizational commitment on  the performance of millennial employees with motivation as an intervening variable on millennial employees of internet  service provider companies in Batam. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using  a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is three internet service provider  companies domiciled in Batam Center. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least  Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The analysis was assisted with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study  indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of  millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam while personal value has no significant effect.  transformational leadership has no significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational  commitment have a significant effect on motivation. The transformational leadership, personal value, and  organizational commitment indirectly have insignificant effect on the performance of millennial employees of internet  service provider companies in Batam with motivation as an intervening variable. transformational leadership has no  significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational commitment have a significant effect on  motivation. The purpose of this study is to analyze effective work from home on leadership,  competency, taining, and facility and technology to teacher performance. The design used is  hypothesis testing using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The population  and respondents in this study was teachers in Batam city. The results of the study show that  the leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance with significant = 0.360 and  competency has significant effect to teacher performance with significant value = 0,036  results on training has significant effect on teacher performance with significant 0,005, and  facility and technology also has significant effect on teacher performance with value of  significant is 0,000. The results show that between leadership, competency, training, facility  and technology together influence teacher performance with significant 0,000. Based on  the two tests above between the Uji t and Uji F test and the direct test, it can be concluded  that the rules of the leadership do not have a significant impact on the performance of  teachers for that the schools, management and education offices focus on competency of  teacher on conduct class on line or PJJ. Based on the result for adjusted R square can be explained  at 51,7% is influenced by the four variables (Leadership, Competency, Training, Facility and  Technology) to teacher performance, the other 48.3% is the contribution of other variables  not included in this research. According to results testing in this research training, facility and  technology significantly impact on teacher performance in PJJ class, which means governance  and school management, provide some course training to increase teacher performance. Next research model can be explain with mediating variabel to make sure and increase adjusted R  square results for example variabel the role of organizational commitment in organizational  structure, organizational strategy and management.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Competence, Job Sress, and Perceptual Organizational Support on Performance with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable on Tanjungpinang City government employees. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires from government agencies in the Tanjungpinang City Government. The population of this study was all Regional Apparatus Organizations in Tanjungpinang City Government, totaling 31 Regional Apparatus Organizations, consisting of 97 sample respondents including the Head of Financial Subdivision, Head of Program Subdivision, Program Subdivision Secretary, Secretary, Development and Development Division of Control Programs in the Planning Agency, Development, Research and Development of Tanjungpinang City, and Inspectorate auditors. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on performance, work stress and perceived organizational support has no significant effect on performance. Competence does not significantly influence organizational commitment. Job stress and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on performance. Indirectly, organizational commitment mediates the relationship of competence and organizational support, but does not mediate the relationship between work stress and performance
