Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah adalah suatu badan pemerintahan yang bertugas untuk melakukan penanggulangan dan penanganan bencana alam yang diharuskan untuk selalu memberikan informasi mengenai bencana alam dengan tepat waktu terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu pegawai yang berjumlah 96 orang dengan sampel penelitian 49 orang. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian outer model, pengujian inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan, bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja. Besarnya koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,556 artinya kemampuan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kerja sebesar 55,65%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,35% merupakan variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini seperti lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lain-lainnya.

Abstrak Ketangguhan dan kemandirian masyarakat merupakan dua faktor penting dalam fase pra-bencana karena merupakan salah satu bentuk persiapan menghadapi bencana. Ketangguhan terbentuk dari internal masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan eksternal. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh faktor internal terhadap empat komponen fase pra-bencana. Analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil estimasi inner model pengaruh langsung faktor internal terhadap eksternal menunjukkan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3.495 (α=0,05), sehingga terdapat pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan antara faktor internal terhadap eksternal. Faktor eksternal dengan loading factor terbesar adalah population protection (0,380). Loading factor terbesar faktor internal adalah repetisi pengalaman (0,602). Masyarakat menaruh kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah desa terkait program kebencanaan. Pengalaman telah berhasil mengubah persepsi masyarakat tentang bencana sehingga terlaksanalah program pengurangan resiko bencana. Program dan kegiatan yang didasarkan pada pengalaman dan kepercayaan pada pemerintah dapat dikembangkan dalam rangka mengurangi kerentanan.   Kata Kunci : ketangguhan masyarakat, bencana alam, pengurangan resiko bencana.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh adversity quotient dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai Intervening terhadap produktvitas karyawan. Penelitian ini kami lakukan di PT. Gloria Jaya Sejahtera Medan-Indonesia dengan pengumpulan data melalui pendekatan survei yang menyebar kuesioner kepada 40 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dan Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Pengujian dengan model struktural (inner model) dapat diperoleh bahwa nilai R square untuk variabel komitmen organisasi (Z) dan produktivitas karyawan (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel adverstiy quotient (X1), dan komunikasi interpersonal (X2), sebesar 75,3%, dan 83,3 % sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh varibel lain. Untuk uji kesesuain model (uji goodness of fit) dapat diketahui bahwa nilai Q2 = 0,958 > 0 yang berarti model penelitian adversity quotient (X1), komunikasi interpersonal (X2), komitmen organisasi (Z), dan produktivitas karyawan (Y) di PT. Gloria Jaya Sejahtera Medan memiliki kesesuaian. Hasil penelitian dengan uji-t dapat diketahui bahwa adversity quotient berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai t satistik sebesar 1,069 lebih kecil dari t-tabel 1,96, komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan nilai t satistik sebesar 4,259 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,96, adversity quotient berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktvitas karyawan dengan nilai t satistik sebesar 2,632 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,96, komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktvitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai t satistik sebesar 2,900 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,96, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktvitas karyawan dengan nilai t satistik sebesar 4,399 lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,96.

§0. Preface. There has been an expectation that the endgame of the more tenacious problems raised by the Los Angeles ‘cabal’ school of descriptive set theory in the 1970's should ultimately be played out with the use of inner model theory. Questions phrased in the language of descriptive set theory, where both the conclusions and the assumptions are couched in terms that only mention simply definable sets of reals, and which have proved resistant to purely descriptive set theoretic arguments, may at last find their solution through the connection between determinacy and large cardinals.Perhaps the most striking example was given by [24], where the core model theory was used to analyze the structure of HOD and then show that all regular cardinals below ΘL(ℝ) are measurable. John Steel's analysis also settled a number of structural questions regarding HODL(ℝ), such as GCH.Another illustration is provided by [21]. There an application of large cardinals and inner model theory is used to generalize the Harrington-Martin theorem that determinacy implies )determinacy.However, it is harder to find examples of theorems regarding the structure of the projective sets whose only known proof from determinacy assumptions uses the link between determinacy and large cardinals. We may equivalently ask whether there are second order statements of number theory that cannot be proved under PD–the axiom of projective determinacy–without appealing to the large cardinal consequences of the PD, such as the existence of certain kinds of inner models that contain given types of large cardinals.

AbstractWe investigate the cofinality of the partial order κ of functions from a regular cardinal κ into the ideal of Lebesgue measure zero subsets of R. We show that when add () = κ and the covering lemma holds with respect to an inner model of GCH, then cf (κ) = max{cf(κκ), cf([cf()]κ)}. We also give an example to show that the covering assumption cannot be removed.

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of deceptive behavior as a moderating variable of trust in purchasing through e-commerce purchase intentions. The data of this research were obtained from the results of collecting a questionnaire of 100 respondents who were consumers who had made transactions through e-commerce sites. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the measurement model (Outer Model) and structural models (Inner Model) with the application of Partial Least Square (PLS). The PLS program used is SmartPLS version 3.02.8. The results of this study indicate that trust has a positive effect on purchase intentions. However, with deceptive behavior as moderation, deceptive behavior weakens the relationship between trust in purchasing through E-Commerce and purchase intention as a mediating variable. Purchase intention is proven to be a mediating variable that mediates trust in mentally buying. The government should be more assertive in handling cases of e-commerce crime that are rife to create security and comfort for e-commerce site users.

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Fintech Peer to Peer (P2P) lending based on the perception in the new normal era of Covid-19 as a financial inclusion for the recovery of the MSME financial sector. The population of this research is MSMEs in Central Java and East Java Provinces. The survey method was carried out by collecting data using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. In addition, researchers also use purposive sampling method to determine the sample. The analysis hypothesis is used the outer model and EViews 10 for the evaluation of the inner model. The results of this study are that peer to peer  lending together has a significant effect on the interests of MSME actors in East Java in The New Normal Era of the Covid-19, this is also supported by the Adjevtive R value which shows the number 87%.

Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Dosen di Universitas Widyagama Samarinda. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk melihat kinerja Dosen tetap Universitas Widyagama Samarinda yang berjumlah 97 orang atau responden. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah Structural Equation Model. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis multivariate yang dijalankan melalui program SmartPLS. Analisis data melalui partial Least Square dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu: Pertama, Menilai outer model atau model pengukuran. Kedua, Menilai Inner model atau model structural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kompetensi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. AbstractWe determine the consistency strength of determinacy for projective games of length ω2. Our main theorem is that $\Pi _{n + 1}^1 $-determinacy for games of length ω2 implies the existence of a model of set theory with ω + n Woodin cardinals. In a first step, we show that this hypothesis implies that there is a countable set of reals A such that Mn (A), the canonical inner model for n Woodin cardinals constructed over A, satisfies $$A = R$$ and the Axiom of Determinacy. Then we argue how to obtain a model with ω + n Woodin cardinal from this.We also show how the proof can be adapted to investigate the consistency strength of determinacy for games of length ω2 with payoff in $^R R\Pi _1^1 $ or with σ-projective payoff.

AbstractOne of the basic concepts of set theoretic geology is the mantle of a model of set theory V: it is the intersection of all grounds of V, that is, of all inner models M of V such that V is a set-forcing extension of M. The main theme of the present paper is to identify situations in which the mantle turns out to be a fine structural extender model. The first main result is that this is the case when the universe is constructible from a set and there is an inner model with a Woodin cardinal. The second situation like that arises if L[E] is an extender model that is iterable in V but not internally iterable, as guided by P-constructions, L[E] has no strong cardinal, and the extender sequence E is ordinal definable in L[E] and its forcing extensions by collapsing a cutpoint to ω (in an appropriate sense). The third main result concerns the Solid Core of a model of set theory. This is the union of all sets that are constructible from a set of ordinals that cannot be added by set-forcing to an inner model. The main result here is that if there is an inner model with a Woodin cardinal, then the solid core is a fine-structural extender model.

Abstract.We construct, assuming that there is no inner model with a Woodin cardinal but without any large cardinal assumption, a model Kc which is iterable for set length iterations, which is universal with respect to all weasels with which it can be compared, and (assuming GCH) is universal with respect to set sized premice.
