This research aimed for the inpatient medical resume  information system design completeness at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Writer did the research observation at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Method research were used qualitative methode with descriptive approach, Development methode used waterfall development method. From result of this research couducted found problems: checking process of medical resume s was not effective so that completeness system of medical resume s did not run properly, there was a the inpatient medical resume  was not complete, there was often implementation has been delayed return inpatient medical record. Therefore, the authors make the design of information system medical resume  inpatients Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method, using Hypertext Processor (PHP)as a program application and MySQL as database.The suggestions from writer is there should have been the development of medical resume  information system design completeness to ease process of the required information, having a sosialization to all health officer about filling medical resume s, need to remind to an officer of the room on must of filling medical resume s

ayroll systems in every company vary, most have used computer-based information systems, but there are still some companies that have not implemented it as in SD KUMNAMU SCHOOL. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that guides lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. that the study program has been determined. RPS is needed to meet and adapt to users' needs because the RPS is regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer under current conditions. However, what is often a problem is that the RPS input is still using Microsoft Excel, so that it is not well documented, and the RPS made are not following the material given by the lecturer. Because of these problems, in this study, a web-based RPS adjustment information system will be designed and built using the Laravel framework that can assist the study program in documenting the RPS and knowing the suitability of the material provided by the lecturer's predetermined RPS. The system development method used in this study uses the SDLC method, and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS compatibility information system using the Laravel framework, which can facilitate the management of RPS and its compatibility with the material provided by the lecturer.

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Apples are one of the fruits that much post-harvest processing can do. Apples can be processed into drinks or snacks. The need for information about nutritional content is needed by consumers. Therefore, a traceability information system is needed that can enable consumers to know the nutritional content involved. This research uses the Waterfall model information system development method and the Unified modeling language (UML). This method allows for the sequential development of information systems. The results of this research will be in the form of an information system that has been tested using the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Response for a Class (RFC) method. The resulting Response for a Class (RFC) value is 5.17, meaning that this information system will be easy to adapt later

Web service is actually a collection of functions and methods contained on a server that can be called by the client remotely, then to call those methods we are free to use applications that will be created with any programming language that run on any platform. The existence of web service technology can bridge the technological differences of each source. The purpose of this system design is to build a mediation system that can integrate different information systems platforms, databases and functions, so that can communicate between systems. Software development methods used include three main parts of the method of analysis, design and literature study. Methods of analysis include the collection of data using samples, learning on existing systems, and analysis of the results of interviews aimed at the parties concerned. Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The result is a system-based mediation system design using the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) protocol. An android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system. Registration for a comprehensive exam is a requirement that must be done by students to conduct a comprehensive trial. The problems of this research are (1) How to design a comprehensive online registration information system based on Android? (2) How to make a comprehensive online registration information system application. The objectives of this study are (1) to produce a comprehensive online registration information system design (2) to produce an android-based comprehensive registration information system application. A website-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system to improve services in comprehensive registration. This system is built using the Model Prototype methodology, modeling Unified Modeling Language, Java programming language, Android Studio framework, and SMBD MySQL. This research resulted in the application of an Android-based comprehensive exam registration verification and validation information system that can be utilized by the Bina Darma University in the process of students who will carry out a comprehensive trial.

The marketing team in PT. Bangun Cakra Mandiri </em><em>Developer </em><em>still using conventional methods to promote their home or by spreading brochure. Some of the weakness of that method to sale a their house, first the customer should come to the office to booking the house. Second, the customer don't know </em><em>the exact location of that housing. The last, there is not information about the house that already booked by other customers</em><em>. </em><em>From the above problems, the researcher designed an information system for booking an Android-based housing that is accompanied by a location plan and can book a house at the same time to attract customer interest. In this research, it is expected that the new system is more effective and efficient so that it can accelerate the process of collecting data for prospective buyers and sales data at PT. Bangun Cakra Mandiri using Android for one of its application developments using the Waterfall development method.
