The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

Buaran Indah urban village office located in Tangerang district, Tangerang City. Personnel data processing system that is running at Buaran Indah village office has not been computerized. This has an impact on data retrieval process which takes longer time. So to overcome this it is necessary information system personnel who can overcome the existing problems in order to present personnel information quickly and accurately. This research uses prototype method and system design is implemented with Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected final result is that the proposed personnel information system can overcome the existing problems on the current system, including more leverage in the process of data processing employees and payroll calculations that require a high level of accuracy and ease in preparing reports and search personnel data. With this research is expected to help Buaran Indah village office to manage personnel data.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Abstract— Mauritaniyyah Islamic Primary School in the midst of the Muslims answered about the importance of Islamic education. Strengthen and thicken faith, provide a good and correct understanding of Islamic teachings in accordance with the understanding of Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. The purpose of this research is to create an administrative system that simplifies and speeds up the performance of admin staff. The method used in designing the posyandu administrative data processing system is the method of analysis and design of an object-oriented system (Object Oriented Modeling) using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system development tools. The tests carried out are validation testing, questionnaire testing and application testing. The results of research on school administration information systems can help admins process data processing and reports at SDIT Mauritaniyyah to be fast, and accurate. After the authors design and analyze the administrative system, the authors can draw the conclusion that administration does not always develop with this program. Building this administrative application really takes time so that the results can be satisfactory.

Information systems have a positive impact on the advancement of life in the technology industry, making it easier for corporate human resources to be fast and precise. For example, companies that currently use applications in their electronic devices or software and drivers to streamline their products and products. All of that is done in order to achieve a goal that is to facilitate the performance of humans, organizations or companies in exchanging data and information and its distribution. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is in need of an accounting information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for its members. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is a cooperative engaged in several fields, one of which is a loan unit on credit. For this reason, researchers designed the Loan Accounting Information System. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari method used by the buyer is swot analysis for the design method using unified Modeling language (UML) and blackbox testing system testing methods. This study makes it easy to record loan applications, member loan data, payments, data input, calculations and report generation.

Aam Cell's management information system aims to provide convenience in customer serving, selling, stock reporting and financial reporting. The selling process is doing by  online system on the web, so customers do not need to the counter to buy the goods. This selling information system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Waterfall design method. The proposed design system is described in four UML stages, they are context diagrams, use case diagrams, Activity  Diagrams and class diagrams. While the waterfall design method through the process of planning, modeling, construction, and deployment, which results in continuous support for a complete software. The tools used in developing this system are the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, and using the MYSQL database. The security techniques used in designing this system are encryption, session and restrictions on the access rights of each user. With this system, it would be expected to assist customers in buying goods online, can help counter owners in managing goods stock and counter finance, so that the counter owner can estimate the profit correctly.Keywords: Management Information System, Counter, PHP, Laravel, MySQL.

Association of Bag and Shoes Traders in Padang City has difficulties in the field of data processing for the purchase and sale of goods. Because the processing of this data still uses Microsoft Excel so that to find the necessary files need to be long and also is data redundancy on each file, then an information system is used to provide fast and accurate data. Research conducted directly using interview techniques, then by giving books, literature related to the problems discussed. After the data is collected, the data are grouped and analyzed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the analysis are applied in a phpmysql-based data processing information system application program. By designing a new system, making reports related to sales information can be made quickly, precisely and can be solved with errors.

This research aimed for the inpatient medical resume  information system design completeness at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Writer did the research observation at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Method research were used qualitative methode with descriptive approach, Development methode used waterfall development method. From result of this research couducted found problems: checking process of medical resume s was not effective so that completeness system of medical resume s did not run properly, there was a the inpatient medical resume  was not complete, there was often implementation has been delayed return inpatient medical record. Therefore, the authors make the design of information system medical resume  inpatients Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method, using Hypertext Processor (PHP)as a program application and MySQL as database.The suggestions from writer is there should have been the development of medical resume  information system design completeness to ease process of the required information, having a sosialization to all health officer about filling medical resume s, need to remind to an officer of the room on must of filling medical resume s

The paper gives a report on the Karolinska Hospital Information System in three parts.In part I, the information problems in health care delivery are discussed and the approach to systems design at the Karolinska Hospital is reported, contrasted, with the traditional approach.In part II, the data base and the data processing system, named T1—J 5, are described.In part III, the applications of the data base and the data processing system are illustrated by a broad description of the contents and rise of the patient data base at the Karolinska Hospital.
