Web service is actually a collection of functions and methods contained on a server that can be called by the client remotely, then to call those methods we are free to use applications that will be created with any programming language that run on any platform. The existence of web service technology can bridge the technological differences of each source. The purpose of this system design is to build a mediation system that can integrate different information systems platforms, databases and functions, so that can communicate between systems. Software development methods used include three main parts of the method of analysis, design and literature study. Methods of analysis include the collection of data using samples, learning on existing systems, and analysis of the results of interviews aimed at the parties concerned. Design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The result is a system-based mediation system design using the SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) protocol. Along with the development of current technology that has been very sophisticated and rapidly happening in this world, namely in a company, agency, even the world of education as well. At PT Sintech Berkah Abadi has an obligation to give permission to employees who submit. At this time, the management of employee exit permits is still running manually and has not been centralized computerized. Therefore, it requires papers in each process and is less efficient and it is difficult to control permit approval by employees if the HRD and the Chair are outside the office. The method used to develop an information system is to apply the analytical method using SWOT analysis, as well as data collection methods, there are three stages that must be done in collecting data, namely, Observation, Interview, and determining Literature Review (Literature Study) with the journal. The design method is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Notepad ++, XAMPP and the web browser used to open the web that has been designed, Google Chrome. With the licensing system in and out of employees at PT Sintech Berkah Abadi can make it easier for employees to permit and more efficient in its use because they do not have to wait for HRD or leaders when outside the city.

ayroll systems in every company vary, most have used computer-based information systems, but there are still some companies that have not implemented it as in SD KUMNAMU SCHOOL. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

This research aimed for the inpatient medical resume  information system design completeness at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Writer did the research observation at RSUD Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Method research were used qualitative methode with descriptive approach, Development methode used waterfall development method. From result of this research couducted found problems: checking process of medical resume s was not effective so that completeness system of medical resume s did not run properly, there was a the inpatient medical resume  was not complete, there was often implementation has been delayed return inpatient medical record. Therefore, the authors make the design of information system medical resume  inpatients Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design method, using Hypertext Processor (PHP)as a program application and MySQL as database.The suggestions from writer is there should have been the development of medical resume  information system design completeness to ease process of the required information, having a sosialization to all health officer about filling medical resume s, need to remind to an officer of the room on must of filling medical resume s

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

<p>Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu pusat informasi, sumber ilmu pengetahuan, penelitian, rekreasi, dan pelestarian khasanah ilmu pengetahuan. Informasi mengenai lokasi perpustakaan dan waktu pelayanan di Kota Bogor belum dikelola dengan baik, dan masih bersifat tertutup. Akibatnya masyarakat Kota Bogor sulit untuk mengakses informasi-informasi berkaitan dengan ketersediaan perpustakaan, lokasi dan waktu pelayanan. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi  yang mampu menyajikan informasi perpustakaan di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai penerapan teknologi informasi dalam manajemen informasi perpustakaan melalui pengembangan <em>web service </em>dengan pendekatan SOA yang memiliki sifat <em>interoperability </em>dalam proses transmisi data yang dapat diakses oleh berbagai aplikasi dan platform. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>linear sequential model</em>. Bahan Penelitian terdiri dari data berupa data koordinat lokasi perpustakaan, informasi  berkaitan  perpustakaan  dan  informasi  pelayanan. Aplikasi  memiliki fungsi sebagai media pertukaran informasi antara admin perpustakaan  dengan pengunjung perpustakaan. Sehingga pengguna sistem dikategorikan menjadi dua yaitu Admin dan Pengunjung yang memiliki hak akses tertentu. Perancangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang menggambarkan  hubungan,  interaksi,  aktivitas,  dan  kolaborasi  antar elemen- elemen yang terkait dengan proses manajemen data sebaran lokasi perpustakaan. Layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi dibuktikan dengan API perpus, API <em>service</em>, API <em>node</em>, API <em>neighboring node, </em>API <em>manage library, </em>API <em>manage service, </em>API <em>manage User</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh layanan yang terdapat dalam aplikasi berjalan dengan baik. Penerapan teknologi informasi meningkatkan efisiensi dari proses pertukaran informasi perpustakaan dan dapat diakses oleh berbagai aplikasi dan platform.</p>

PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

<p><em>Abstrak - <strong>Sistem pendidikan dan pelatihan pada PMI Kota Tangerang yang berjalan saat ini masih semi komputerisasi. Pengetesan dan penilaian materi masih manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan input nilai peserta, memerlukan proses dan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui kelulusan peserta diklat yang mengakibatkan terlambatnya laporan panitia kepada Kadiv SDM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis menggunakan metode analisis PIECES. Pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan secara visualisasi, yang selanjutnya diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL-Server sebagai database. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi diklat relawan PMI berbasis web yang terdatabase untuk membantu dalam hal pengelolaan data mulai dari pendaftaran, pemberian materi, keadiran, pengetesan, dan penilaian.</strong></em></p><p><em>Abstract</em> – <strong>The education and training system at the PMI Kota Tangerang that is currently running is still semi-computerized. The testing and evaluation of material are still manual so that there are often input errors in the participants' scores, it requires a long process and time to find out the graduation of the training participants which results in the delay of the committee's report to the Head of HR Division. The research method used consisted of interviews, observation, and literature study. The analytical method uses the PIECES analysis method. Modeling the system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize, which is then implemented with the PHP programming language with the MySQL-Server database as a database. The results obtained from this study are a web-based PMI volunteer education and training system database that is assisted regarding data management ranging from registration, material delivery, presence, testing, and assessment.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords - </em></strong><em>Education and Training, Systems, Volunteers</em></p>

The process of a minimarket retail business needs a system infrastructure so that the management process is easier to do and business processes can run more effectively. In this research, a system design process is carried out to give an overview of the business units at the Surya Mart minimarket retail, to create a system design object-oriented system analysis by making a UML diagram (unified modeling language) including making use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagram, and class diagram. From the results of the analysis, the results of this study obtain the results of a design or system design in the form of user interface design, database structure and structured query language to become a reference in the development process of the business to become a product application for the Surya Mart retail minimarket business process.
