The DKI Jakarta Regional Research Council (DRD) was formed to empower research and development institutions as well as science and technology for the development of research and development activities. The implementation of DRD duties and functions is not accompanied by the role of intermediation or technology transfer, which is relatively vital, in which there is an audit function and clearing of the feasibility of the technology produced or to be adopted through technology readiness level assessment activities. It is worth considering changing the structure and institutions, so that the use of technology to improve services and the welfare of the people of DKI Jakarta Province can run well.

Communication has an important role in every family especially. Imagine what happens when in a family far from the word communication, of course misunderstandings will continue to occur. Because there is no good communication between each other. Family communication exists to provide order and help overcome stress levels in children, especially in doing online learning at home after the Covid-19 pandemic. Where the child also feels that his freedom in learning is limited without any friends in class. Information provided if this online learning period will be permanent. This is certainly homework for parents in dealing with stress on children. The Technology Readiness Level (TKT) in this study is expected that parents can receive suggestions from the author to make alternative learning at home by bringing some of their friends, teaching parents to use video call technology in the learning process with the child's teacher and school friends, if all this time learn only to use WA (whatsapp) only. This research was conducted in Si Rotan Village, to be precise Dusun I and Dusun II, because in these areas there are more than other hamlets. From the research conducted it shows that the role of family communication in overcoming the stress of online learning can be done well by parents.

Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) is a newly emerging industry focus, as well as a research and development discipline. Innovations and technologies resulting from AAM will change the way that we move cargo and people in and around cities. Industry is moving fast with excitement to deploy AAM solutions. However, there are multiple technical challenges that need to be overcome before AAM becomes a reality. This article takes a closer look at the technology readiness level of AAM solutions, identifies open research problems and directions to address them.

People discuss very seriously on an issue about the connection between research and commercialization, and the science and impact at the end. Some theories dichotomize both ends, i.e.: Death Valley, technology readiness level, research and commercialization, science and technology, and so on. Gap between scientific and impact should not be a big issue since research might only result in science, not technology, technology could be composted from several sciences, and not every technology goes directly to commercialization. However, efforts are needed to encounter the issues. On Agriculture, a long journey/sequence on Research and Development (R&D) might also contribute to the gap between scientific and impact recognition. Balancing could be done through a research consortium that able to shorten the research sequence, strengthen the concept, redesign the R&D concept, and conduct commercial research and the involvement of the private.

The article presents the issues of qualitative and quantitative assessment of readiness for research and development in the field of aviation technology.

Technology united with research and development has evolved as a grave differentiator of the agriculture sector in India including production, processing, and agriculture packing and marketing of given crops. Near about 50 percent of the Indian workforce was engaged in the agriculture sector but its share in GDP was only 14 percent, much lower in comparison to former. Though, certain agriculture items showed a steady annual increase in terms of kilograms per hectare. Agriculture transformed significantly over the past few decades but when it comes to investment in research and development there is a lot more which needs to be done. The paper analyzes the role of various research and development institutions in boosting the growth of the agriculture sector that helps in attaining sustainable agriculture development and self-sufficiency in the production process since independence. It also focusesed on the various issues faced by these development institutions. The findings unveiled that since independence a lot more was done to boost the research and development in the agriculture sector at both the center and state levels but a proper implementation of these policies along with transparency could bring more desirable outcomes than were gained at present.

To move out of the lab, service robots must reveal a proven robustness so they can be deployed in operational environments. This means that they should function steadily for long periods of time in real-world areas under uncertainty, without any human intervention, and exhibiting a mature technology readiness level. In this work, we describe an incremental methodology for the implementation of an innovative service robot, entirely developed from the outset, to monitor large indoor areas shared by humans and other obstacles. Focusing especially on the reliability of the fundamental localization system of the robot in the long term, we discuss all the incremental software and hardware features, design choices, and adjustments conducted, and show their impact on the performance of the robot in the real world, in three distinct 24-h long trials, with the ultimate goal of validating the proposed mobile robot solution for indoor monitoring.
