This article deals with image and data analysis of the recorded video-sequences of strabistic infants. It describes a unique noninvasive measuring system based on two measuring methods (position of I. Purkynje image with relation to the centre of the lens and eccentric photorefraction) for infants. The whole process is divided into three steps. The aim of the first step is to obtain video sequences on our special system (Eye Movement Analyser). Image analysis of the recorded sequences is performed in order to obtain curves of basic eye reactions (accommodation and convergence). The last step is to calibrate of these curves to corresponding units (diopter and degrees of movement).

This article deals with the consideration of functioning of graphic means on the basis of the English-language expressive compressed texts. The types of abbreviations as well as other graphic peculiarities of the information presentation in the text have been investigated, using examples of English advertising texts, anecdotes, aphorisms, and contemporary American literature. English-language compressed texts have both leading and subordinate features. Their leading feature is increased informational saturation, while the subordinate signs usually include abbreviations, lack of auxiliary and emotionally coloured words. Among the main graphic means used in the English-language compressed texts, various cuts of words in the form of abbreviations, traditional or specific reductions should be noted. One can also mention a special system of the location of the material, which allows to highlight the main information and omit the secondary, significantly reducing the volume. The use of footnotes also helps to save a certain amount of text array. Punctuation marks in compressed text not only make it possible to reduce a certain part of the information, but may also carry additional information load. In general, the use of the mentioned graphic means in English-language compressed texts have been analyzed, the peculiarities of their functioning have been revealed in the article. As the perspectives of the research, it was offered to identify and investigate the existing graphic means in other types of the English-language compressed texts.

Guna mempercepat pengisian ISAP dan Pemeriksaan ISAP, Perguruan Tinggi Raharja membutuhkan fitur yang dapat memonitoring perkuliahan, kehadiran dosen, dan kelengkapan silabus mata kuliah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada ISAP iLearning Plus di Perguruan Tinggi Raharja belum ada sistem khusus yang berbasis online untuk memonitoring kehadiran dosen, maupun kesesuaian materi perkuliahan yang diberikan dengan Isian Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (ISAP) yang sudah di rencanakan. Dalam pengisian ISAP dosen masih datang ke koordinator iLearning Plus dan masih harus mengisi ISAP secara manual. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses pengisian ISAP dan memonitoring kehadiran menjadi tidak berjalan optimal. Oleh karena itu, rinfo form membantu memaksimalkan pengisian ISAP khususnya dosen iLearning Plus. Kata Kunci: isian satuan acara perkuliahan (ISAP), Rinfo form, monitoring In order to speed up charging and Inspection ISAP, Higher Education Prog requires features that can monitor the course , the presence of lecturers , and the completeness of the course syllabus. Based on the results of research on ISAP iLearning Plus in Higher Education Prog no special system for monitoring the presence of an online-based lecturer , as well as the suitability of the lecture material given by the Field Unit Class Events (ISAP), which has been planned. In charging ISAP lecturers still coming to Plus coordinator iLearning and still had to manually fill ISAP. This resulted in the charging process ISAP and monitoring presence into not running optimally. Therefore , rinfo form helps maximize charging ISAP especially lecturers iLearning Plus . 1. Book-keeping by Double Entry is now universally admitted to be the only complete and satisfactory system, and its general principles have been shown to be adapted to all kinds of commercial or public accounts. The work of the accountant in arranging a special system adapted to the purposes of a Life Assurance Office, is therefore principally confined to fixing the number and forms of the subsidiary books which serve either to receive the original entries of transactions, or to relieve the Principal Ledger of the particulars of individual accounts.In Life Assurance Book-keeping, as in that of Mercantile Houses, Banks, or Government Departments, these subsidiary books must be specially adapted to the various classes of transactions or other financial facts which occur in the business. I have therefore found it convenient to deal with the subject of Life Assurance Book-keeping by considering in succession the various classes of financial facts that fall to be recorded in conducting the business, and in the case of each class, describing the books required for receiving the original entries, and the subsequent progress of these entries through the books.

Abstract The excess free enthalpy of quasiternary systems of type M (X, Y, Z) with two sublattices, a mixed one (X, Y,Z) and a pure one (M), will be described in two ways: (1) by the interaction parameters of the three subregularly treated quasibinary subsystems and by one ternary parameter, and (2) by the cluster energies of 10 pyramidal clusters. It is shown that, for the spinodal miscibility gap in the special system Pb (S, Te, Se), both versions yield satisfying accordance of experiments and calculated results

The paper proposes a new concept of system management as a promising theoretical and methodo-logical basis for the organization, coordination and management of socio-economic processes in Russia. The main principles of system management are formulated. A new structuring of the subject area of management, based on the idea of the economy as a sphere of creation, interaction and transformation of social and economic systems are proposed. The necessity to focus managers on a special system complexes, which include all the basic types of socio-economic systems. It is shown that the maintenance the functioning of these complexes with timely updating of their composition provides a stable development of the economy as a whole. Recommendations are given for the tran-sition to systems management, a supply close to the strategic management of the the economy.
