Dukungan kepada masyarakat sangatlah penting terlebih pada masa pandemi covid-19ini. Kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan universitas dapat memeberikan kontribusi dan dukungan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini secara spesifik ditujukan kepada para ibu sebab para ibu memiliki peran sentral dalam keluarga termasuk dalam hal pengaturan keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dan tali kait masker sebagai usaha pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Kedua produk, yaitu sabun dan tali masker sebagai objek untuk diproduksi dan diharapkan bisa dijual sehingga bisa membantu keuangan keluarga di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Selanjutnya juga diadakan pelatihan bagaimana mempromosikan produk serta membukukan keuangan usahanya. Promosi produk sangat penting supaya bisa menggait pelanggan dan diharapkan bisa memiliki pelanggan setia. Pembukuan keuangan juga tak kalah penting agar uang usaha bisa diatur dan diketahui peredarannya, sekalipun itu dalam lingkup usaha kecil.   Kata Kunci: pelatihan, sabun, tali kait masker, promosi, buku kas   ABSTRACT   Support for the community is very important, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Good cooperation between the community and the university can contribute and support the community. This service is specifically aimed at mothers because mothers have a central role in the family, including in terms of financial arrangements. The activities carried out were providing training in making soap and mask hooks as an effort to develop the creative economy. The two products, namely soap and mask straps, are objects to be produced and are expected to be sold so that they can help family finances during this COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, training was also held on how to promote products and record business finances. Product promotion is very important so that it can attract customers and is expected to have loyal customers. Financial bookkeeping is equally important so that business money can be regulated and its circulation known, even if it is within the scope of a small business.   Keywords: training, soap, mask hook rope, promotion, cash book

UMKM merupakan pelaku ekonomi yang mendukung perekonomian negara memiliki banyak kendala dalam usaha peningkatan kinerja perekonomiannya. Penghambat bagi mereka umumnya dikarenakan belum optimalnya kemampuan dalam berwirausaha. Dalam pengabdian dosen kali ini target yang ingin dicapai adalah merubah mindset, mengajarkan bagaimana membuat keuangan keluarga terkendali, demikian juga dalam menjaga kesehatan dalam era pandemi Covid 19. Hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah membukakan wawasan mengenai kemungkinan untuk melakukan ekonomi kreatif dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kata kunci: Mindset, Keuangan Keluarga, Kesehatan, Ekonomi Kreatif ABSTRACT SMEs are economic actors that support the coutry’s economy and face many obstacles in effots to improve economic performance. Most of the obstacles for them due to their inadequate entrepreneurial skills. In this training, the target to achieved is to change the mindset, teach how to keep family finance under control, as wel as maintaining health in the era of teh Covid 19 pandemic. It is also important to open up insignts about the possibility of carrying out a creative economy in an effort to improve the family economy. The family is a collection of people consisting of father, mother, and children who have similar problems in the field of household economy and these problems must be solved together. In order for each household to live in prosperity, its members must strive to improve their household's economy. These efforts are mainly family financial arrangements. This financial arrangement means that you can adjust your money in with money out. Family financial management is a way of managing family finances regularly and carefully through the stages of planning, implementation, and supervision/assessment. This management skill is very important to be owned by every family because the adequacy of family income depends on how to manage the family's economy. The results of the training evaluation revealed that participants stated that training was very useful to improve understanding regarding the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in managing family finances.

In order to meet the needs of living which consists of primary as well as secondary needs, human can work in either a formal or an informal job. One of the informal jobs that is became the subject of this research was to become an ojek driver. Ojek is a ranting motorcycle.  Revenue of ojek drivers, accordingly, should be well managed following the concept of financial management. This research was conducted for the driver of the online motorcycle drivers as well as the regular motorcycle drivers they are called “The Ojek”. Ojek’s location is in Kecamatan (subdistrict) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta with 70 drivers of ojeks. The online ojeks earn an average of Rp 100,000 per day, can save Rp 11,000 to 21,000 per day, while, the regular ojek has an average income per day slightly lower amounted to Rp 78,500, this kind of ojeks generally have other businesses and always record the outflow of theirs money. Both the online and regular ojeks feel a tight competition in getting passengers, but their income can help the family finances and both ojeks want a cooperative especially savings and loans, especially to overcome the urgent financial difficulties. Almost all rivers, do not dare to borrow money. They are afraid of can not refund the money as scheduled.

Abstract The aim of this research was to determine to what extent different variables describe the style and way of life present within the student population in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this sense, in addition to general data on examinees, gender differences were identified, the assessment of parental dimensions of control and emotion, overall family circumstances, level of empathy, intercultural sensitivity, role models, preferences of lifestyles, everyday habits and resistance and (or) tendencies to depressive, anxiety states and stress. The survey included a sample of 457 examinees, students of undergraduate studies at the University of Zenica and the University of Sarajevo, with a total of 9 faculties and 10 departments covering technical, natural, social sciences and humanities. The obtained data give a broad picture of the everyday life of youth and confirm some previously theoretically and empirically justified theses about the connection of the family background of students, everyday habits, with the level of empathy, intercultural sensitivity and preferences of the role models and lifestyles of the examinees.

This is a study of the trajectory of a Jewish converso who had a brilliant career at the University of Mexico in the 16th century: he received degrees from the faculties of arts, theology and law and was a professor for more than 28 years. He gained prestige and earned the respect of his fellow citizens, participated in monarchical politics and was an active member of his society, becoming the elected bishop of Guatemala. However, when he tried to become a judge of the Inquisition, a thorough investigation revealed his Jewish ancestry back in the Iberian Peninsula, causing his career to come to a halt. Further inquiry revealed that his grandmother had been burned by the Inquisition and accused of being a Judaizer around 1481; his nephews and nieces managed, in 1625, to obtain a letter from the Inquisition vouching for the “cleanliness of blood” of the family. Furthermore, the nephews founded an entailed estate in Oaxaca and forbade the heir of the entail to marry into the Jewish community. The university was a factor that facilitated their integration, but the Inquisition reminded them of its limits. The nephews denied their ancestors and became part of the society of New Spain. We have here a well-documented case that represents the possible existence of many others.

This reflection is based on the notes recorded in a field journal and its objective is to systematize the experience acquired as an educator in the Diagnostic and Derivation Center, operated by the University of Antioquia through the Grow with Dignity Project (Zuluaga, 2015-2016), attached to the Unit of Childhood, in the City of Medellín, Colombia, whose purpose is the immediate protection of children and adolescents in situations of violation of rights. We will analyze, here, the power relations that are established within the adult-centered paradigm; we will reveal the genesis of child abuse in these relations, and we will see how these normalized practices in the upbringing of children by their families of origin permeate the protection institutions that have been created to accomplish processes of restoration of rights. When unequal power relationships are instituted and legitimated within the family, the hegemony of adults over childhood is consolidated, and the latter ends up being objectified, like this normalizing their abuse. These relational paradigms are also susceptible to reproduction in educational institutions, including those aimed at the protection of children in situations of violation of rights. We will suggest a proposal called humanized reeducation, which is indicated for group leadership in protection institutions, a task entrusted to educators.

I had recently the pleasure of receiving from Mr. J. I. Beaulne of Quebec City an interesting dipterous insect for identification. The locality label attached to the specimen read “Lachine, Que., 4, IX, 43, J. I. Beaulne.” The insect belonged to the genus Acrocera of the family Acroceridae and did not match any of the specimens in the collection of the University of Montreal. I sent it to Mr. G. E. Shewell of the Department of Agriculture, Ottawa, for identification. Mr. Shewell kindly replied, stating that the fly was Acrocern steyskali Sabr., a new record for Quebec. He further stated that the species was described quite recently from northeastern United States material and that he did not think it had been recorded from anywhere in Canada.
