UMKM merupakan pelaku ekonomi yang mendukung perekonomian negara memiliki banyak kendala dalam usaha peningkatan kinerja perekonomiannya. Penghambat bagi mereka umumnya dikarenakan belum optimalnya kemampuan dalam berwirausaha. Dalam pengabdian dosen kali ini target yang ingin dicapai adalah merubah mindset, mengajarkan bagaimana membuat keuangan keluarga terkendali, demikian juga dalam menjaga kesehatan dalam era pandemi Covid 19. Hal yang tidak kalah penting adalah membukakan wawasan mengenai kemungkinan untuk melakukan ekonomi kreatif dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Kata kunci: Mindset, Keuangan Keluarga, Kesehatan, Ekonomi Kreatif ABSTRACT SMEs are economic actors that support the coutry’s economy and face many obstacles in effots to improve economic performance. Most of the obstacles for them due to their inadequate entrepreneurial skills. In this training, the target to achieved is to change the mindset, teach how to keep family finance under control, as wel as maintaining health in the era of teh Covid 19 pandemic. It is also important to open up insignts about the possibility of carrying out a creative economy in an effort to improve the family economy. Training on making new herbal drinks in containers has been carried out at the Mojolangu Health Center, Malang city. The aim of the training on making new herbal drinks is to provide skills to partners in order to help improve the family economy through the creative economy. So the products produced can be marketed in public facilities such as schools and food stalls and grocery stores. The output of the training activities is to provide solutions to problems faced by the community in partner villages in an integrated manner to increase the economic value of the local community. Besides that, there is a noble value to be conveyed by the author, namely that herbal medicine is better known globally by not reducing its usefulness. Training on making new herbal drinks can be used as product ingredients/industrial development by partners as entrepreneurs. Issuance of certificates given to residents who took part in training as a form of appreciation, they have participated in training in making new herbal drinks, increased knowledge, skills, and confidence of health center cadres in the field of traditional medicine in tackling health in the community quickly and accurately. These community service activities will include experiences that are not only useful for the partner community but also the immediate family and the surrounding environment.

 This study aims to analyze the digitalization of the creative market on the economic growth of the family and to see the role of the family in the economic resilience of the community. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that is field research. Sources of data from creative markets in two districts, namely Metro City and East Lampung. The results of the study indicate that the creative market is able to encourage family economic growth towards a more established direction, and build family relationships in economic resilience. The digitalization of the creative market has also been proven to be able to improve the family’s economy, such as meeting secondary and tertiary needs, education savings and retirement savings, fulfilling education costs, and fulfilling kitchen utensils. Another indication of the progress of the family economy is also marked by the development of fundamental aspects that support the creative economy, such as creativity, innovation, and invention. These three aspects can then affect creative business opportunities that are more wide open, more diverse livelihoods, easier to find additional income, souvenirs typical of tourist areas, and the title of a tourist city.

This study aims to describe how the process of empowering housewives in Harapan Makmur Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, which has been successfully carried out by Mega Souvenir since 2012 to 2017 through the creative economy, namely processing banana fronds and how housewives' income is due to empowering the stages that must be passed. The researcher used a qualitative approach by observing, interviewing, and documenting as a data collection tool and Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques which emphasize 3 aspects in processing data obtained in the field. The results showed that the stages of empowerment carried out by Mega Souvenir succeeded in making 10 housewives able to become independent individuals by dividing time between discipline in work and household care. These housewives also have an income through the creative economy in the form of processed banana fronds into high-value items. So that income can support the family economy which has been relying on income from her husband. Even the income of 4 people from 6 housewives in this time period is commensurate with the UMR set by the Bengkulu provincial government.

               Iek Mesak , Ratang sarlota, 2019,  perception of creative economy in supporting family Peekonomian in Jayapura city. (case study on culinary and craft subfields)                With 51 respondents creative economic actors on sub-fields of culinary and sub-field of crafts in Jayapura city. The purpose of this research is to analyze the perception of creative economic actors (Asar fish and noken bags) in supporting the family economy in Jayapura City., analyzing the influence of capital and Labor on the income of business actors (culinary target fish and A noken bag maker) in Jayapura City. The results of the study are: 1) for the characteristics of the respondent indicates that the average age of respondents showed that most at the age of 31 – 40 years as much as 30 respondents or 58.8%. It shows that the creative business in Jayapura is at a productive age. While seen from the most genders, women who do creative effort 40 respondents or 94.1%. This shows that women are a very important role in the creative business in Jayapura City. And the last is the type of business that is Almost balanced between the culinary creative effort one of them is the making of the target fish and from the side of the craft is making a noken bag. 2). For the factor that affects the income there are 2 namely capital and labor. And the analysis shows that the capital (X1) has a significant influence between the capital to the income of Business (Y).. While the workforce (X2) has a weak and insignificant impact on the income of businessmen

This community service aims to provide training in making flannelette crafts to encourage the creative economy of the community, especially mothers of fatayat in the Way bungur District. Based on the results of a survey in the field, we found that many Fatayat mothers did not have the skills to make flannelette crafts. On the basis of this matter, the community service training team tried to provide training in the hope that the fatayat mothers could make handicrafts from flannel cloth to encourage the family economy especially and society in general. Thus, they are expected to be able to develop their potential in order to build soul independence in entrepreneurship, this training was given to 40 fatayat women in Way Bungur Subdistrict, during the training we found several mothers who were able to make flannel cloth , but there are still many other mothers who have not been able to make flannel cloth. They collaborated to make handicrafts from flannel cloth to form a product of a bouquet of flowers, a tissue box, and a jar.

Women in Minangkabau traditional culture are Limpepeh Rumah Nan Gadang which are symbols of the existence of harmonization of households; guarantee of the quality of human resources both in terms of inheritance and descendants, and guarantee of knowledge and availability of family food. This research is conducted in the Minangkabau community within Luhak Nan Tuo area, particularly in the Tanah Datar Regency community. By using the interview method, it reflects three stages of women’s position in Minangkabau descriptively. These stages are (1) in decision making to determine assets in the family economy, (2) in the working distribution, and (3) in managing family finances. From the result of the study, it can be seen that the position of women in making decisions is still in the second position even though in the end the women who act as bundo kanduang are still being asked for opinions in terms of protecting reproductive health which indicated in decreasing point. There has been a change in working distribution in which the women are allowed to work not only in domestic sectors but also in public sectors. However, women’s position in managing family finances are getting decreased. This is as a result of culture and its values in structural, solidarity, existence of the society. Bundo kanduang institution in Nagari is the basis for empirical empowerment and local wisdom on women's rights. It is just a sub-section of the institution that deals with women's, social, children, youth and women's issues. The social reality where the domestication of discrimination has implications for women. There is still a strong gender bias of community leaders. At least, there are female figures who are able to act as agents for women's empowerment in cultural studies.

Keberdayaan kaum perempuan di bidang ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan.  Kaum perempuan juga mempunyai andil besar dalam kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satunya kaum perempuan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha produktif  rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi dan menjual makan rumahan. Peluang bisnis makanan rumahan masih terbuka karena makanan rumahan merupakan makanan pokok masyarakat, dimana makanan tersebut dibutuhkan setiap saat. Bisnis makanan rumahan tidak terlalu sulit dilakukan, karena ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi atau memasak sekaligus untuk keluarganya dan bahan bakunya mudah diperoleh di pasar-pasar tradisional.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini, bertujuan untuk (1) memanfaatkan potensi ibu rumah tangga untuk memperoleh penghasilan tambahan guna menopang ekonomi keluarga. (2) Meningkatkan perekonomian/kesejahteraan keluarga. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga RW 04, Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, Cirendeu, dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha dan mencari peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus meninggalkan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Keluarga, Ibu Rumah Tangga, Pemberdayaan, Usaha RumahanEmpowerment Of Household Mothers In Efforts To Improve The Family Economy Through Management Of Home Business In South TangerangABSTRACTThe success of women in the economic field is one indicator of welfare. Home-based food business opportunities are still open because home-based food is community food, where food is needed all the time. Home-based food business is not too difficult to do, because housewives can do production or cooking activities at the same time for agriculture and raw materials are easily obtained in traditional markets. This community service activity aims to (1) utilize the potential of households to obtain additional benefits to support the family's economy. (2) Improve family finances / welfare. Dukungan kepada masyarakat sangatlah penting terlebih pada masa pandemi covid-19ini. Kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan universitas dapat memeberikan kontribusi dan dukungan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini secara spesifik ditujukan kepada para ibu sebab para ibu memiliki peran sentral dalam keluarga termasuk dalam hal pengaturan keuangan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pembuatan sabun dan tali kait masker sebagai usaha pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Kedua produk, yaitu sabun dan tali masker sebagai objek untuk diproduksi dan diharapkan bisa dijual sehingga bisa membantu keuangan keluarga di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Selanjutnya juga diadakan pelatihan bagaimana mempromosikan produk serta membukukan keuangan usahanya. Promosi produk sangat penting supaya bisa menggait pelanggan dan diharapkan bisa memiliki pelanggan setia. Pembukuan keuangan juga tak kalah penting agar uang usaha bisa diatur dan diketahui peredarannya, sekalipun itu dalam lingkup usaha kecil.   Kata Kunci: pelatihan, sabun, tali kait masker, promosi, buku kas   ABSTRACT   Support for the community is very important, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Good cooperation between the community and the university can contribute and support the community. This service is specifically aimed at mothers because mothers have a central role in the family, including in terms of financial arrangements. The activities carried out were providing training in making soap and mask hooks as an effort to develop the creative economy. The two products, namely soap and mask straps, are objects to be produced and are expected to be sold so that they can help family finances during this COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, training was also held on how to promote products and record business finances. Product promotion is very important so that it can attract customers and is expected to have loyal customers. In order to meet the needs of living which consists of primary as well as secondary needs, human can work in either a formal or an informal job. One of the informal jobs that is became the subject of this research was to become an ojek driver. Ojek is a ranting motorcycle.  Revenue of ojek drivers, accordingly, should be well managed following the concept of financial management. This research was conducted for the driver of the online motorcycle drivers as well as the regular motorcycle drivers they are called “The Ojek”. Ojek’s location is in Kecamatan (subdistrict) Duren Sawit, East Jakarta with 70 drivers of ojeks. The online ojeks earn an average of Rp 100,000 per day, can save Rp 11,000 to 21,000 per day, while, the regular ojek has an average income per day slightly lower amounted to Rp 78,500, this kind of ojeks generally have other businesses and always record the outflow of theirs money. Both the online and regular ojeks feel a tight competition in getting passengers, but their income can help the family finances and both ojeks want a cooperative especially savings and loans, especially to overcome the urgent financial difficulties. Almost all rivers, do not dare to borrow money. They are afraid of can not refund the money as scheduled.

Wanita memiliki peran yang signifikan untuk ikut  berperan aktif dan produktif dalam perekonomian. Masyarakat menjadi produktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat dan taraf hidup serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.Berwirausaha menjadi pilihan perempuan untuk dapat bekerja membantu perekonomian keluarga dan koperasi merupakan salah satu perwujudannya.Koperasi merupakan salah satu bentuk nyata dari pengamalan pancasila.Untuk mendukung majunya koperasi perlu adanya sosialisasi kewirausahaan ke anggota koperasi khususnya wanita.Koperasi wanita mempunyai karakteristik khas yang berbeda dengan koperasi pada umumnya sehingga membutuhkan pendekatan strategi pengembangan yang berbeda pula. Hal ini tak bisa terlepas dari karakteristik anggotanya di dominasi oleh ibu rumah tangga yang menyebabkan keunggulan tersendiri dibandingkan koperasi lain.Adapun tujuannya untuk membuka dan  menumbuhkan jiwa usaha sehingga anggota dapat membantu mensejahterakan dirinya serta keluarga. Studi ini diawali dengan observasi kepada anggota koperasi yang bekerja hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga.Sosialisasi diberikan dalam satu tahap mengenai motivasi usaha dan wirausaha.Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan motivasi, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan anggota koperasi wanita Tanah Abang. Women have a significant role to play an active and productive role in the economy. The community becomes productive so that it can improve the degree and standard of living and improve family welfare. Entrepreneurship is the choice of women to be able to work to help the family economy and cooperatives is one of its manifestations. Cooperatives are one of the real forms of Pancasila practice. To support the advancement of cooperatives, there needs to be entrepreneurial dissemination to cooperative members, especially women. Women's cooperatives have distinctive characteristics that are different from cooperatives in general so that they require a different development strategy approach. This cannot be separated from the characteristics of its members who are dominated by housewives which causes its own superiority compared to other cooperatives. The purpose is to open and grow the business spirit so that members can help the welfare of themselves and their families. This study begins with observations to cooperative members who work only as housewives. Socialization is given in one stage regarding business motivation and entrepreneurship. This training has a positive impact on increasing the motivation, knowledge and skills of members of the Tanah Abang women's cooperative.Keywords: Women; Cooperative; Entrepreneurship
