“Information Systems of Attendance Detection and Media Submission of Lecturer Announcement by Using Engineering Introduction QR Code "is an application that serves to support the process of disseminating information on the campus of Muhammadiyah University of Riau to become more effective and efficient and facilitate students in obtaining information. This application can be used by Lecturers and Students as recipient of information. The results of this study is a web-based application that can support the process of disseminating information on the campus of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. The research was built using the Waterfall software development method, using UML to document, specify, and model the system. Implemented using PHP programming language using Laravel Framework and using MySQL database and other supporting software.

This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

The rapid development of computer technology and information greatly helps work in storing, accessing to data processing becomes faster and easier, this has triggered various fields in utilizing this with the use of computer-based information systems, especially for intelligence units in western security police. The system that will be created uses access to the virtual host-based client server. Modeling used UML modeling, this system is built using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Abstract The organization is a unit that is a means to achieve various goals or targets carried out through joint activities. In achieving organizational goals certainly will not be separated from various problems. One way to solve the problem is to discuss the problem in a meeting. Meetings are used to find solutions to problems that are expected to reach consensus, resolution, and decision. In this study will develop an application that is used for meeting management. The meetings that have been held will be grouped according to their main activities. So it can be seen how many times a meeting has been held and what the results will be. Office internal applications for documentation of web-based meeting results are built using the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. The framework used is Laravel. System development method with a waterfall model. From the results of testing with the blackbox method it is known that the office's internal application for the documentation of the results of the web-based meeting is 100% as planned. Dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi tentunya tidak akan lepas dari berbagai permasalahan. Salah satu cara untuk memecahkan permasalan adalah dengan mendiskusikan permasalahan tersebut dalam suatu rapat. Rapat digunakan untuk menemukan solusi dalam suatu permasalahan yang diharapkan dapat mencapai suatu mufakat, penyeleseian, dan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan rapat. Rapat-rapat yang telah dilakukan nantinya akan dikelompokkan sesuai dengan kegiatan utamanya. Jadi dapat diketahui sudah berapa kali mengadakan rapat dan hasilnya seperti apa. Aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Framework yang digunakan adalah Laravel. Metode pengembangan system dengan model waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian dengan metode blackbox telah diketahui bahwa aplikasi internal kantor untuk dokumentasi hasil rapat berbasis web 100% sudah sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. The development of information technology is increasingly rapidly and constantly changing year after year requires us to constantly innovate and make a creative work, as well as Higher Education Prog desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, and efficient to support the sustainability of academic activity future. The author conducted research on SIS Information Systems in college Prog. The research method used was observation, library research and documentation. Development method used is the waterfall method. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and the problems encountered in the use of the SIS is still menggukan sweep sweep card card if the card is damaged / lost then the student can not use the SIS, the SIS is still accessing performed locally where the student must come in person to the SIS Box to take care of matters related to the students academic activity and as one of the alternative solutions, then be made to the proposed development of the SIS system itself. SIS+ software is a web-based information systems and made by Yii Framework using the PHP programming language. Database management system (DBMS) used in this software is MySQL. This information system will display the data that include academic values list data, student biographical data form and the form needed by the students, in addition, an information system is also expected to boost the quality and service to students.

This study aims to create a design of information systems the acquisition and depreciation of web-based fixed assets using php mysql database at PT. Hasil Damai Textile Bandung.  Software development method using waterfall. From the research conducted, it was found the problem that the process of recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets still uses Microsoft excel so it requires a relatively long time and the calculation results are less accurate, and data storage is less secure and irregular so it is difficult to identify fixed assets that will expire depreciation.

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Additionally, data storage has been using a database that can be accessed easily by users. Keywords        : Information systems, web, PHP, MySQL, MD-5 and session.

This study aims to design and build a sales information system at web-based Omg stores in Empang Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency, which makes it easy for consumers or customers to obtain information on purchasing and ordering products sold by Omg stores and providing convenience in processing product data and reporting reports. . The method used in this study is qualitative and uses qualitative methods and uses the waterfall method as a method of software development. This system is designed and built using the PHP programming language by using MySql as a database. With the existence of this sales information system can facilitate buyers or customers in the process of ordering and buying at the Omg store and can facilitate shop owners in checking product data available on the store through reports provided by the shop admin.

The scrum method is the most important thing in building software. The following research builds a management information system on Ma'had Huffadz Bilingual Darul Hikmah under Darus-Sa'adah Al Mardliyah Foundation. The institution, which is one of the Boarding Schools Tahfidzul Qur'an located in the city of Malang, East Java. The following research uses the Scrum framework. The implementation of the scrum method in the following research uses three sprints. The process of working on each sprint takes no more than a month. The software development in this research is web-based. Work on application programs using the Laravel framework using the PHP programming language. The results showed that the scrum method is very effective in building a boarding school management information system. Scrum is more dynamic, and the results of this scrum implementation can be seen from the system that has been developed. So that by implementing Scrum can produce a system that suits the requirements of the user.
