This research presents the missiological role of the mothers of the GKE Kanaan Palangka Raya congregation. The role of mothers in church ministry during the Covid-19 pandemic is needed, because of the involvement and loyalty of mothers in serving. To discuss the subject of this study, researchers used qualitative methods. This method is strengthened by literature review and documentation data in the field. The results reveal the practical role of the maternal missionary in mission service at GKE Kanaan. The role is that mothers become a fundraiser section in order to support the mission service at the PI Post built by the GKE Kanaan congregation. Then the mothers of the Canaanite church testified to the community by doing social services to distribute sembako to the lesser people. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. To encourage and enhance the role of the mothers of the GKE Kanaan congregation in the ministry of mission, supported by the coaching factor of the church and the commitment of loyalty possessed by the mothers themselves. Loyalty includes the value of witnessing, fellowship, and serving God.

For a long time, the role of women was restricted and even prohibited from being involved in church ministry. Even more specifically, there are still views that prohibit or reject the role of women as pastors in the church. Some have used the text of 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 and 1 Timothy 2:9-15 as a biblical foundation to strengthening this views. However, the I see that these two texts can’t be used as a biblical foundation to prohibiting or rejecting the role of women as pastors in the church. Therefore, I will reinterpret these two texts by paying attention to the context of the text and its literary elements. This is necessary to find the true meaning what Paul told in both of texts. Based on this interpretation, it will found that Paul did not prohibit the involvement of women in church in every place and time. Paul's words in the text were responded to the problems faced by the church in each text and cannot be applied absolutely in every place and time

The Position of the Polish Episcopal Conference on the Parliamentary Elections in 1991The purpose of this article is to show the position of the Conference of the Polish Episcopate on the parliamentary elections in 1991. In official pronouncements of the Conference of the Polish Episcopate on this issue, as well as in the statements of individual bishops you can find two common elements. Firstly, noticeable is the identification of the category of the Polish nation, Catholics and society. Hence the belief that the institutions of a democratic state should uphold Christian values and national. Secondly, the Conference of the Polish Episcopate harbored the misconception by unanimity Catholics in Poland in terms of political views. It quickly turned out that the majority of the population does not recognize the role of the Church as the subject of political life. Already in the early nineties, and especially after the parliamentary elections in 1991, there have been numerous discussions on clericalism and anti‑clericalism.

Abstract: This study discusses the role of Christian leaders in improving the quality of harmony between pluralist religious communities. Researchers use qualitative methods or literature review to examine this topic. In conclusion, the researcher found that there are two factors that cause difficulty in creating religious harmony, namely: fanaticism and the spread of religion.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang peranan pemimpin Kristen dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerukunan antar umat beragama yang pluralis. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif atau kajian pustaka untuk meneliti topik ini. Pada kesimpulan peneliti menemukan bahwa ada dua faktor yang menyebabkan sulitnya terciptanya kerukunan beragama, yakni: fanatisme dan penyebarluasan agama.

The title of this research is to apply the gallery session method in Arabic learning to improve speaking skills at the Madrasah Al-Machfudzoh Sidoarjo. Discuss how the implementation of the method in Madrasah Al-Machfudzoh and its superiority in increasing students' speaking skills. Here, the researcher examines the extent of the role of the application of the gallery session method in Madrasah Al-Machfudzoh, especially the 7th-grade Tsanawiyah, to improving the speaking skill. Here the researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. This research is library research that relies on a descriptive-analytical approach (al-manhaj al-washfi at-tahlili). The descriptive approach is to analyze scientific material that is related to the subject, through library research and then presented and explained systematically. The results of this study show that the gallery session method has many advantages. Students are trained to understand the contents of reading and then be able to visualize it in the form of images to express it with communicative language then.

Despite the importance placed upon the concept and act of formulation across multiple therapeutic approaches, there is a lack of literature from within the profession of counselling psychology directly on the role, use and practice of formulation, with existing literature predominantly emanating from the related yet distinct therapeutic fields of counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology or psychiatry. This, in conjunction with the controversies and lack of consensus on the subject, as well as the demands of the professional and regulatory bodies, have led to this paper. Our aim is to shed light on the role that formulation plays within the profession under the lens of counselling psychology’s philosophical underpinnings. More specifically, this systematic review investigates whether formulation may be considered as fact or opinion; whether formulations across therapeutic approaches may be cohesive or divisive within counselling psychology practice; whether formulations should be undertaken inclusively with clients and other professionals or exclusively by the practitioner. Such exploration uncovers key areas of debate and potential considerations for the profession regarding how formulation is approached, utilised in clinical practice and, taught by training institutions.

Purpose: This article looks at the role played by agents: the people responsible for articulating and implementing inculturation in Africa. The article asks the simple question of are these agents useful or a hindrance in the process of inculturation? The article begins by identifying these agents then discusses the challenges they face in the process of inculturation. The article concludes by giving a way forward and that is an integrated approach in inculturation.Methodology: This study will review the available literature on the subject with a view to examining what previous research says concerning the role of the agents, that is human beings, in the process of inculturation. This was done with the main objective of examining the challenges that he agents of inculturation face, and concluding by exploring an integrated approach to inculturation, where all the agents are brought on board. Findings: This study found out that if inculturation is to truly take root in African Christianity, it must bring on board all actors, not just Church leaders, and trained theologians, but also the laity. All these actors also need to overcome some of the challenges that have hindered the prospects of inculturation which include but not limited to fear of syncretism, lack of enthusiasm by some Church leaders, answering the question of culture in a post-modern and globalized world.Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: This paper will offer unique contributions to policies and practices governing the attempts to make the Church in Africa truly African by proposing a re-evaluation of the way inculturation has been carried out in the past. This has tended to be spearheaded by professional theologians and some church leaders, neglecting the biggest constituency in the entire process, and that is the consumer of inculturational processes; the laity.

The subject of this article is the first pilgrimage by John Paul II to Poland in 1979. An analysis of his speeches delivered during this pilgrimage and the historical circumstances of the pilgrimage itself (the first pilgrimage by a Pope to Poland, a country with a socialist system at that time which promoted atheism; a visit by a Polish Pope to his home country shortly after his election to the Holy See; a visit to a Pope’s homeland other than Italy – a phenomenon unknown in the history of the papacy for the previous 455 years) allows us to capture its special character in the history of Poland and in the life of Karol Wojtyła / John Paul II. The Pope was faced with a difficult pastoral and diplomatic task, which was to fulfil his religious mission (strengthening the Christian faith in Poland and in other Slavic nations; showing the path of development for the Church in Poland; showing gratitude to the Polish Church for her heroic perseverance in the People’s Republic of Poland; emphasising the cultural role of Christianity in the world) and also to change the image of Poland in the world (while carefully avoiding any escalation of tensions between the Church and the state authorities and the influence of the USSR in Poland). This was accompanied – from a sociopsychological perspective – by his taking up the role of leader of the universal Church, a role which he had to learn, and, at the same time, maintaining the style of communication with his countrymen which he had developed earlier while a church dignitary in Poland.

This text deals with the issue regarding discipline and indiscipline in the context of teaching Brazilian education, the role of didactics in teacher education, as well as the role of school and family along with the issue that permeates teaching which is discipline and indiscipline. In this way, the text deals with a literature review on the subject, through an analytical descriptive dialectic, with the objective of identifying, analyzing and reflecting the issues of discipline and indiscipline. The discussion showed that indiscipline is one of the biggest and most serious problems in the school environment, as it has the contribution of the school, teachers, students and family. The undisciplined behavior of the student is present throughout the school trajectory and stage, thus indicating indiscipline as one of the deficiencies of the pedagogical process due to compromising the students' learning, affecting their emotional stability and the performance of the teachers and the student.

The experience was carried out with the students of the optional subject “Wine and Health”, taught in 4th year of Degree of Oenology. This Degree has a low number of students, due to that, in the first year of teaching (2013/14) only three students enrolled in the subject, so we considered it was necessary to do something “different” to motivate students to enroll in this subject. This was carried out by inviting them to do a literature review on some topics, such as the relationship between moderate wine intake and Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Cancer or Allergy. In addition, they had to make an audiovisual presentation and expose it in the Conference of Viticulture and Oenology that are celebrated in Almendralejo (Badajoz, Spain), every year at the beginning of May. In general, after five years it has been observed that this methodology has increased the interest of students for this subject, which is reflected in more students in class, more class attendance and great interest. In addition, they have developed transversal skills such as public speaking, which has provided them with security and will probably be useful when conducting job interviews.

This chapter summarizes the main results of the comparative study, How are digital games used in schools? (European Schoolnet, April 2009), representing the most recent and comprehensive attempt to understand the current situation regarding games-based learning in schools across Europe. The study’s various elements are described, including: a literature review, teachers’ survey, case studies, and interviews with educational policy makers and experts. It concludes that some teachers do indeed use digital games (educational as well as commercial) in schools regardless of their gender, age, number of years in the profession, familiarity with games, age of their pupils, or the subject they teach. However, the use of games-based learning in schools across Europe remains limited. The study sheds some interesting light on the facilitators and barriers to using digital games in the classroom, the necessary conditions for their successful integration into the school context, and the role of the teacher. Recommendations for the education sector and industry are put forward, and new projects at European level aimed at further integrating games-based learning in schools are documented.
