The present study examines the evaluation models of strategic management (SM) programs in business academies and evaluates a sample program based on Stufflebeam's context, input, process, product (CIPP) program evaluation model. When evaluation studies used in Turkey were scrutinized, Stake's countenance model and Provus's discrepancy model were also discovered; however, the CIPP Model has generally been used. Further, this study explores (1) the history of SM education and (2) SM education within the perspectives of business academies, (3) a sample of SM education developed by a private education consulting service and (4) a theoretical background and a practical method to evaluate the program of business academies.

Abstrak Ada beberapa model evaluasi yang dikenal dan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi di bidang pendidikan. Pada kesempatan ini tidak semua model akan dibicarakn. Hanya beberapa model saja, diantaranya: Model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), Model Kesenjangan, Model Evaluasi Formatif, Model Evaluasi Sumatif, Model Pengukuran, Model Persesuaian. Teknik evaluasi adalah cara yang dilakukan dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar. Sedangkan yang dimaksud evaluasi hasil belajar adalah cara yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengevaluasi proses hasil belajar mengajar. Sedangkan tes adalah suatu cara atau alat untuk mengadakan penilaian yang berbentuk suatu tugas atau serangkaian tugas yang harus dikerjakan oleh siswa atau sekelompok siswa sehingga menghasilkan nilai tentang tingkah laku atau prestasi siswa tersebut. Bentuk tes terdiri dari tes lisan dan tes tulis.

Based on context-input-process-product (CIPP) model, this paper proposed an evaluation system of the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship in high vocational education schools, and applied the proposed system to evaluate the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship in an example school H. The research findings of this study revealed that, on the one hand, it will greatly improve the quality of cultivated talents if the talent cultivation objectives are kept in line with the requirements of employer companies, the apprenticeship system is built according to the law of student growth and development, and there’re good apprenticeship project resources, support and management; on the other hand, it will have an adverse impact on the effect of apprenticeship projects if students’ employment willingness has not been fully motivated, or the implementation environment is poor for the apprenticeship, or the tutors in enterprises change frequently. Based on these findings, this paper proposed a few countermeasures for improving the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship, that is: fully consider students’ appeals and boost their desire for employment; forge a team of enterprise tutors capable of and good at teaching; improve the quality of apprenticeship projects for junior year students; deepen the integration between industry and education and provide strong guarantee for both school education and enterprise training.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik kerja industri (prakerin) Kompetensi Keahlian Pemasaran SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 siswa, 7 guru, dan 5 instruktur. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK N 1 Pengasih dan dunia usaha/dunia industri (DUDI). Pengumpulan data dengan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan bantuan seri program SPSS versi 19,0. Validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas konstruk dan isi. Penentuan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) aspek konteks menurut guru,siswa, dan instruktur termasuk dalam kategori sangat relevan; (2) aspek input menurut guru dan siswa termasuk dalam kategori kurang baik, menurut instruktur masuk dalam kategori baik; (3) aspek proses menurut guru dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, menurut siswa masuk dalam kategori baik; (4) aspek produk menurut guru, siswa dan instruktur masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; 5) secara umum kelemahan pelaksanaan prakerin adalah: kurangnya keterlibatan siswa dan instruktur dalam perencanaan program, kurangnya kontrol sekolah,dan kurangnya kesempatan bagi siswa untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperoleh dari DUDI. AN EVALUATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL JOB PRACTICUM PROGRAM IN THE MARKETING EXPERTISE COMPETENCY IN SMK N 1 PENGASIH, KULON PROGOAbstractThis study aims to investigate the evaluation of the industrial job practicum program in the Marketing Expertise Competency in SMK N 1 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. This was an evaluation study employing the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The subjects comprised 75 students, seven supervising teachers, and five field instructors. The study was conducted in SMK N 1 Pengasih and the Business and Industrial Sectors as a partner for he industrial job practicum. The data were collected through a questionnaire, observations, interviews, and documentation. The quantitative data were analyzed by means of the descriptive technique using the SPSS Version 19.0 program. The instrument validation employed the construct and content validity through expert judgment. The reliability was assessed using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The context aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (2) The input aspect is in the poor category according to the teacher respondents, in the good category according to the instructor respondents, and in the poor category according to the student respondents. (3) The process is in the very very good category according to the teacher and instructor respondents, and in the good category according to the student respondent. (4) The product aspect is in the very good category according to the teacher, instructor, and student respondents. (5) In general, the weaknesses in the implementation of the industrial job practicum include: the lack of the students’ and instructors’ involvement in the program planning, the lack of the school control, and the lack of opportunity for the students to acquire the competencies from the business and industrial sectors.

This research is motivated by the problem of children with special needs in inclusive schools. This study aims to reveal the process to the evaluation report using the ABK CPIP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Whereas the subject to be discussed is to focus on the subject of fiqh as one of the subjects of PAI that is applied at MTs Wahid Hasyim Surabaya. The object of this study is the principal, ABK assistant teachers, and the inclusive class coordinator, accompanied by data in the field that can support this research. The results of this study conclude that the evaluation of learning with the CIPP model provides optimal supervision between subject teachers and ABK companion teachers for mastery of material for children with special needs, ranging from planning, learning processes, evaluations and products, so that ABK does not miss lessons with special attention through the process of achieving learning objectives

Abstract Modeling and laboratory simulation can help overcome of cost obstacle, time, safety and other constraints in laboratory experiments. Many skills also had the opportunity to be fostered and promoted, especially in connection with the construction of thinking skills. However, the implementation of this program required an evaluation, in order to decided whether the program will be continuing or not, in addition its needed to found the focused of on overall quality of learning in order to make a recommendation in the decision making. This research was conducted by the mixed-method approached with triangulation design, in order to evaluate the effectiveness, problems or any obstacles of the implementation of the program. The population in this study was the third semester of pre-service chemistry students at UIN Syarif Kasim Sultan Riau, which was supported by lecturers, assistant laboratory and staf. The sample selection was done using random sampling techniques. Program evaluation in this study was conducted by the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results showed that the program was running quite effective when viewed from the overall average grades. The evaluation about context, inputs, processes and products had the good and very good score, in which the evaluation score of context and input, get the better score than process and product evaluation. This study recommends to be a continuing improvement program of modeling and simulation laboratories, both as an exercise before the experiments or replace the real experiments. Keywords: modeling; simulation lab; chemistry experiment Abstrak Pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium dapat membantu mengatasi kendala biaya, waktu, alasan keselamatan dan kendala lainnya dalam praktikum di laboratorium kimia. Beragam kemampuan lain juga berkesempatan untuk ditumbuh-kembangkan terutama dalam kaitannya dengan konstruksi berfikir. Meskipun demikian, implementasi pelaksanaan program ini memerlukan evaluasi, guna memutuskan apakah program ini layak dilanjutkan ataukah tidak, selain karena diperlukannya penemuan terhadap fokus peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh guna menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam menentukan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method desain triangulasi, guna mengevaluasi sebab-sebab efektifitas, kendala ataupun kegagalan pelaksanaan program. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III jurusan Pendidikan Kimia UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, yang didukung oleh dosen, asisten laboratorium dan laboran dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Evaluasi program dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berjalan cukup efektif jika dilihat dari rata-rata keseluruhan nilai, mulai dari context, input, proses dan produk yang berada pada skor baik dan sangat baik, di mana skor evaluasi context dan input, lebih baik dibanding proses dan produk. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium kimia, baik sebagai latihan sebelum praktikum maupun menggantikan praktikum yang sesungguhnya.
