EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMODELAN DAN SIMULASI LABORATORIUM KIMIA PADA MAHASISWA CALON GURU

Abstract Modeling and laboratory simulation can help overcome of cost obstacle, time, safety and other constraints in laboratory experiments. Many skills also had the opportunity to be fostered and promoted, especially in connection with the construction of thinking skills. However, the implementation of this program required an evaluation, in order to decided whether the program will be continuing or not, in addition its needed to found the focused of on overall quality of learning in order to make a recommendation in the decision making. This research was conducted by the mixed-method approached with triangulation design, in order to evaluate the effectiveness, problems or any obstacles of the implementation of the program. The population in this study was the third semester of pre-service chemistry students at UIN Syarif Kasim Sultan Riau, which was supported by lecturers, assistant laboratory and staf. The sample selection was done using random sampling techniques. Program evaluation in this study was conducted by the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The results showed that the program was running quite effective when viewed from the overall average grades. The evaluation about context, inputs, processes and products had the good and very good score, in which the evaluation score of context and input, get the better score than process and product evaluation. This study recommends to be a continuing improvement program of modeling and simulation laboratories, both as an exercise before the experiments or replace the real experiments. Keywords: modeling; simulation lab; chemistry experiment Abstrak Pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium dapat membantu mengatasi kendala biaya, waktu, alasan keselamatan dan kendala lainnya dalam praktikum di laboratorium kimia. Beragam kemampuan lain juga berkesempatan untuk ditumbuh-kembangkan terutama dalam kaitannya dengan konstruksi berfikir. Meskipun demikian, implementasi pelaksanaan program ini memerlukan evaluasi, guna memutuskan apakah program ini layak dilanjutkan ataukah tidak, selain karena diperlukannya penemuan terhadap fokus peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran secara menyeluruh guna menghasilkan rekomendasi dalam menentukan keputusan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan mixed-method desain triangulasi, guna mengevaluasi sebab-sebab efektifitas, kendala ataupun kegagalan pelaksanaan program. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester III jurusan Pendidikan Kimia UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, yang didukung oleh dosen, asisten laboratorium dan laboran dan pemilihan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Evaluasi program dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berjalan cukup efektif jika dilihat dari rata-rata keseluruhan nilai, mulai dari context, input, proses dan produk yang berada pada skor baik dan sangat baik, di mana skor evaluasi context dan input, lebih baik dibanding proses dan produk. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan pemodelan dan simulasi laboratorium kimia, baik sebagai latihan sebelum praktikum maupun menggantikan praktikum yang sesungguhnya. Abstract- Extracurricular program is a learning process in which performed outside of school. The study attempts to explore the components of context, input, process and product of extracurricular program at Al-Khoir Islamic boarding school. In this study, the evaluation model used by Stufflebeam namely the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model. This study used mixed method; qualitative and quantitative. interviewing was carried out with the teacher (qualitatively) while scoring students’ test result (quantitatively). The findings showed that the components of context, input, process, product and results of extracurricular program at Al-Khoir Islamic boarding school were categorized as good. Therefore, Al-Khoir boarding school could maintain the extracurricular program and continue to improve any perceived shortcomings after evaluating the program. Thus, in this study, students are suggested to be more active and serious in extracurricular programs because it is very useful for them to add their knowledge and skills. It is suggested to make the improvements to each component of the context, input, process and product and to be more active and innovative in designing curriculum and planning before doing the extracurricular programs.   Keywords : Mixed Method, CIPP, Extracurricular Program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) relevansi pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek konteks; (2) kesesuaian pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek input; (3) efektifitas pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek proses; dan (4) pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Program Talent Scouting Guru SMK tahun 2013 ditinjau dari aspek produk. Jenis penilitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian: (1) pencapaian relevansi program termasuk dalam kategori “sangat relevan” dengan persentase pencapaian 85%; (2) kesesuaian input SMK sasaran program, peserta program dan penyelenggara program termasuk dalam kategori “sesuai” dengan persentase pencapaian 76,38%; (3) keefektifan proses sosialisasi, seleksi dan pembekalan, proses pelaksanaan program serta proses monitoring dan pelaporan termasuk dalam kategori “efektif” dengan persentase pencapaian 74,52%; (4) pencapaian produk teaching dan non teaching termasuk dalam kategori “sangat tercapai” dengan persentase pencapaian 84,35%. AN EVALUATION OF THE TALENT SCOUTING PROGRAM FOR SMK TEACHERS IN 2013 DIREKTORAT P2TK DIKMEN KEMDIKBUDAbstractThis study aims to know: (1) the relevance of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teachers in 2013 in terms of the aspect of context, (2) the appropriateness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of input, (3) the effectiveness of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of process, and (4) the attainment of the Talent Scouting program for SMK teacher in 2013 in terms of the aspect of product. This research is an evaluation of the program using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The results of this study: (1) the relevance of the program achievement is included in the category of “very relevant” with the achievement percentage of 85%, (2) the input appropriateness of vocational program targets, program participants and program providers are included in the category of “appropriate” with the percentage achieved is 76.38%, (3) the effectiveness of the process of socialization, selection and provisioning, implementation process, monitoring and reporting process are included in the category of “effective” with the achievement percentage of 74.52%, (4) teaching and non-teaching product attainment are included in the category of ”very attainable” with the achievement percentage of 84.35%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan evaluasi kesiapan pelaksanaan program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di Desa Ciderum Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Teori yang dipakai peneliti didasarkan pada evaluasi input (masukan) dari Model Evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) Stufflebeam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan jawaban-jawaban yang diberikan responden dalam kuesioner, data-data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan rumus Weight Mean Score untuk memperoleh skor rerata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di Desa Ciderum Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor dipersepsikan baik. Penilaian baik ini dilihat dari skor rerata pada jawaban responden pegawai sebesar 3,92 yang dikategorikan baik dan masyarakat sebesar 4,01 yang dikategorikan baik. Dengan demikian, evaluasi kesiapan pelaksanaan program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah secara umum menunjukkan nilai rerata 3,97 yang dikategorikan baik, yang berarti bahwa kesiapan pelaksanaan program bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dilaksanakan dengan baik.

This research aims to present the evaluation result of a remedial program using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model based on Technical Guidance by High School Directorate year 2010 in Physics Study in SMAN 1 Sekadau Hulu. This study is evaluative research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used are by employing a questionnaire to the students of the MIA (Mathematics and Natural Sciences) Program, interviews with the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, and one teacher of Physics, as well as documentation. The research data analysis is through steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validation techniques used are the source and technique triangulation. The findings showed that (1) context evaluation carried out results in a percentage of 74.73%, categorized as sufficient. (2) Input evaluation carried out results in a rate of 56.88%, classified as low. (3) Process evaluation conducted results in a value of 74.07%, categorized as sufficient. (4) Product evaluation administered results in a percentage of 78.70%, categorized as high. The overall score of assessment on the remedial program in Physic instructions using CIPP evaluation is 71,09% with a category corresponding to the technical guidelines for the remedial program by the directorate of high school development year 2010. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to improvements in remedial programs as a continuous effort in improving the quality of education programs.Keywords: CIPP Model, Evaluation, Remedial Program

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi komponen konteks, masukan, proses, dan hasil pada implementasi pembelajaran Keterampilan Komputer dan Pengolahan Informasi (KKPI) berbasis e-learning di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode yang digunakan yaitu Mixed Method dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara urutan pembuktian (sequential explanatory). Penelitian ini dicirikan dengan pengumpulan data dan analisis kuantitatif pada tahap pertama dan diikuti dengan pengumpulan dan analisis kualitatif pada tahap kedua untuk memperkuat hasil temuan pada pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komponen konteks, masukan, proses dan hasil pada implementasi pembelajaran KKPI berbasis e-learning di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping berada pada kategori cukup

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor di SMK. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kombinasi (Mixed Method Research) dengan jumlah responden penelitian 36 orang, informan data kualitatif 8 orang sedangkan data kuantitatif menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 28 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yautu teknik analisis data kualitatif dan teknik analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komponen konteks tergolong kategori baik dengan perolehan persentase (82,80%). Komponen masukan tergolong kategori baik dengan perolehan persentase (81,70%). Komponen proses tergolong kategori baik dengan perolehan persentase (82,62%), dan komponen hasil tergolong kategori cukup dengan perolehan persentase (76,28%). Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan program pembelajaran pemeliharaan kelistrikan sepeda motor sudah berada pada kategori baik, tetapi beberapa aspek masih terdapat kekurangan, maka dari itu untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal harus lakukan perbaikan terhadap aspek tersebut.

Diabetes Gymnastic program is a system organized by a clinic in implementing Social Insurance Administration Organization for Health (thereafter called BPJS Kesehatan) and proactive approach conducted in integrated manner by involving patients developing some diseases, one of which is type-2 diabetes mellitus, to achieve the optimum quality of life with efficient and effective healthcare service.CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation consisted of Context, a basis of evaluation aiming to provide reasons in setting out the objective. Input is an evaluation aiming to provide information to determine how to use thee available components including human resource, infrastructure, cost, and procedure. Process is an implementation of activity planned in the field and Product is to measure the success and to interpret the achievement of program’s objective specified.  This research aimed to find out and to describe the background of program creation, program benefit, program development procedure, patient admission, infrastructure feasibility, costing/funding, implementation, monitoring, progress and output of diabetes gymnastic program in Imron Medika Primary Clinic.The study was evaluative qualitative research using descriptive method with CIPP model. This research attempted to describe the reality existing concerning a condition found objectively. Basically this study discussed the concept of diabetes gymnastic program implemented in Imron Medika Primary Clinic. Techniques of collecting data used in this study were interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The procedure taken in analyzing the data of research included: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion drawing/verification. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation technique. Sampling technique employed was purposive sampling one.From the result of research, it can be seen that all aspects have been implemented well, but there is still some problem in input aspect related to the program development procedure not consistent with the specified one. In addition, there is still a debate in input aspect due to different ratings from the data sources leading to less comfort to some certain parties. What is still doubted in process aspect is the program progress that could not have been assessed entirely because the program is still too premature to be assessed from health point of view.

In the State of Kedah Darul Aman, efforts to guide the muallaf are formally carried out by the Center for Islamic Guidance Abdul Halim of Kedah (PUSBA) under the administration of the Kedah State Islamic Religious Council. PUSBA conducts guidance classes on the basic principles of Islam in an effort to ensure that they can remain in Islam by practicing its true teachings. A question arises on whether this guidance also helps in increasing their knowledge and in appreciation of the Islamic principles. This paper will analyse one of these principles, in terms of prayer guidance. The study uses the Context, Input, Process, Product Evaluation Model (CIPP) which focuses on process evaluation, through the exploration of the practice of prayer teaching among members of the PUSBA community. This study is qualitative and employs face-to-face interview techniques in data collection. The results showed that there are two forms of guidance programs, the monthly program for four months conducted at PUSBA, and another open weekly program for muallaf who could not attend the monthly program. The teaching method of prayer guidance is carried out in the form of lectures, demonstrations, exercises, questionnaires and techniques concurring with the level and ability of the trainees. This study proposes that a more in-depth study of this teaching process be conducted to better understand the teaching process, whose additional inputs gained will further enhance the teaching process at PUSBA.
