Based on context-input-process-product (CIPP) model, this paper proposed an evaluation system of the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship in high vocational education schools, and applied the proposed system to evaluate the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship in an example school H. The research findings of this study revealed that, on the one hand, it will greatly improve the quality of cultivated talents if the talent cultivation objectives are kept in line with the requirements of employer companies, the apprenticeship system is built according to the law of student growth and development, and there’re good apprenticeship project resources, support and management; on the other hand, it will have an adverse impact on the effect of apprenticeship projects if students’ employment willingness has not been fully motivated, or the implementation environment is poor for the apprenticeship, or the tutors in enterprises change frequently. Based on these findings, this paper proposed a few countermeasures for improving the talent cultivation quality of modern apprenticeship, that is: fully consider students’ appeals and boost their desire for employment; forge a team of enterprise tutors capable of and good at teaching; improve the quality of apprenticeship projects for junior year students; deepen the integration between industry and education and provide strong guarantee for both school education and enterprise training.

PurposeOne of the priorities of the health system is community health promotion. In this regards, proper development of programs and plans is needed to create a responsive system which leads to health promotion. The aim of this study was to identify the requirements for developing non-communicable disease (NCDs) programs based on CIPP (context, input, process and product) model.Design/methodology/approachThis is a qualitative study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 40 experienced informants in the field of NCDs. The interviewees were selected bases on pre-determined criteria which then were completed by snowball sampling. Analysis was carried out using a content analysis approach that led to identifying program development requirements in four dimensions of context, input, process and product.FindingsTwenty-nine requirements of developing program were categorized in four domains of context, input, process and product. These requirements comprised of pilot studies, the existence of appropriate needs assessment, evidence-based programs, promoting organizational culture, adequacy of resources, identification of stakeholders and comprehensive cooperation and existence of an appropriate evaluation system.Research limitations/implicationsSince this study was performed through a qualitative method, it is possible, some prerequisites of program development may not be encountered. But the extreme effort has been made to perceive diversity and different aspects.Originality/valueThe first study was in the field of appropriate requirements for program development in the context of a centralized health system in a developing country.

The present study examines the evaluation models of strategic management (SM) programs in business academies and evaluates a sample program based on Stufflebeam's context, input, process, product (CIPP) program evaluation model. When evaluation studies used in Turkey were scrutinized, Stake's countenance model and Provus's discrepancy model were also discovered; however, the CIPP Model has generally been used. Further, this study explores (1) the history of SM education and (2) SM education within the perspectives of business academies, (3) a sample of SM education developed by a private education consulting service and (4) a theoretical background and a practical method to evaluate the program of business academies.

Diabetes Gymnastic program is a system organized by a clinic in implementing Social Insurance Administration Organization for Health (thereafter called BPJS Kesehatan) and proactive approach conducted in integrated manner by involving patients developing some diseases, one of which is type-2 diabetes mellitus, to achieve the optimum quality of life with efficient and effective healthcare service.CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation consisted of Context, a basis of evaluation aiming to provide reasons in setting out the objective. Input is an evaluation aiming to provide information to determine how to use thee available components including human resource, infrastructure, cost, and procedure. Process is an implementation of activity planned in the field and Product is to measure the success and to interpret the achievement of program’s objective specified.  This research aimed to find out and to describe the background of program creation, program benefit, program development procedure, patient admission, infrastructure feasibility, costing/funding, implementation, monitoring, progress and output of diabetes gymnastic program in Imron Medika Primary Clinic. The study was evaluative qualitative research using descriptive method with CIPP model. This research attempted to describe the reality existing concerning a condition found objectively. Basically this study discussed the concept of diabetes gymnastic program implemented in Imron Medika Primary Clinic. Techniques of collecting data used in this study were interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The procedure taken in analyzing the data of research included: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) conclusion drawing/verification. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation technique. Sampling technique employed was purposive sampling one. From the result of research, it can be seen that all aspects have been implemented well, but there is still some problem in input aspect related to the program development procedure not consistent with the specified one. In addition, there is still a debate in input aspect due to different ratings from the data sources leading to less comfort to some certain parties. What is still doubted in process aspect is the program progress that could not have been assessed entirely because the program is still too premature to be assessed from health point of view.
