Road construction has negative side effects on the environment, including reduced non-renewable natural resources, increased emissions, construction waste, reduced productive land and damaged ecosystems. To minimize this problem environmentally friendly efforts are needed in the implementation of road construction. One of the efforts made is to use the concept of greenroad. This concept can be applied at every stage of the implementation of road construction, especially at the stage of road construction and maintenance. This study aims to assess the application of greenroad criteria in construction contract documents using the Content Analysis method. While the case study examined is the Payakumbuh City Road Rehabilitation / Maintenance Contract document in 2016, 2017 and 2018 with a contract value above four billion rupiah. Greenroad assessment criteria use PUPR Minister Circular Number 04/SE/M/2018 concerning GreenRoad Ranking Guidelines. In this guide the assessment of greenroads is grouped into five categories, 35 subcategories and 84 criteria. The categories are Conservation of environment, water, air and nature (KL), Provision of transportation and community (TM), Construction implementation activities (AK), Use of materials and natural resources (MS), Pavement technology (TP). The criteria contained in each subcategory have a weighted value. The maximum total value possible in this scoring system is 100. While the greenroad ranking system is divided into four levels, represented by the number of stars. While the greenroad ratings for contracts in 2017 and 2018 are 2 stars with 15.01 each. The increase in value in 2017 is in the AK category with a value of 3.36 in 2016 to 5.46 in 2017. While the opportunity to add green road criteria to the Periodic Road Rehabilitation/ Maintenance contract can be applied in the GCC (general terms of the contract) and technical specifications as many as 26 criteria. The search for environmental preservation and conservation of natural resources gives rise to new concepts and viable technical solutions on the path to sustainable development. In this context, this study’s main objective is to analyse the influence of recycled concrete aggregates (RCAs) on the development of pervious concrete, whose use as a floor covering represents an excellent device to mitigate the urban soil sealing phenomena. For this, mechanical and hydraulic tests were carried out, in addition to microstructural analyses and the assessment of its environmental performance. The results obtained were compared to reference studies also involving the incorporation of recycled aggregates. A pilot-scale case study was conducted, involving a parking space lined with pervious concrete moulded “in situ”. In laboratory tests, permeability coefficients and mechanical strengths compatible with the literature and above the normative limit for light traffic were found. The case study demonstrated higher permeability than in the laboratory, but the flexural strength was lower, being indicated only for pedestrian traffic. The environmental assessment showed that the RCA represents a positive contribution to the environmental performance of pervious concrete. Still, attention should be given to the recycled aggregate transport distance between the concrete plant and the RCA treatment plant.

На основании научных исследований впервые разработан проект национального стандарта ГОСТ Р Табак жевательный. Общие технические условия, который после утверждения и введения в действие будет использоваться для идентификации этого вида некурительной табачной продукции. The identification signs of smokeless tobacco products: of chewing tobacco and snus are considered. A method for determining the fractional composition of chewing tobacco has been developed. On the basis of scientific research for the first time developed a draft national standard GOST R Chewing tobacco. General technical specifications. After approval and entry into force, this standard will be used to identify types of smokeless tobacco products.

Water functions are very diverse for humans for daily needs such as drinking water, bathing, agriculture, development, aesthetics, and lower temperatures. Palembang is a lowland area dominated by wetlands, tidal swamps, and rivers. The types of houses on stilts on the banks of the Musi river are limas, Gudang, and Chinese stilt houses which are always associated with the water environment. The construction of roads replacing the role of rivers has realized people that the water environment has an important meaning for the house on stilts. The research objective was to explore the meaning of the water environment from various aspects for residents, stilt houses, and their environment. This research method is a case study with data collection through interviews, observation, measurements, and taking photos. Data and findings were analyzed and juxtaposed with images in the field. The road construction has eliminated part of the function of the river and influenced the change in orientation of the house on stilts. In conclusion, respect for the water environment including rivers has decreased, causing the quality of the river to decline, and the house on stilts cannot take advantage of the existence of the water environment optimally
