This study determined the limitations of current distance video teaching, including unsynchronized audio/video, lack of interaction, and broadband occupancy. The theoretical basis and supporting technology for developing an audio-triggered courseware teaching system were discussed. The corresponding system was designed and developed. The author applied this system to teach a course on Guzheng specialty at the Department of Music and designed a control experiment to verify the effects of this system. Results show that the effect of audio-triggered courseware teaching is significantly superior to that of a traditional distance video teaching system. When students cannot attend classes, using the audio-triggered courseware teaching system may be a preferable option.

In order to improve vitality and efficiency of teaching in music, with the multi-sensing, immersion and interactivity feature in the virtual reality (VR) technology, the VR system can solve the low cross mutual inductance and low efficiency in traditional music teaching. An online error identification algorithm was proposed in the paper. The teaching performance was evaluated with dimensions and confirmatory factor analysis. The results indicate the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning and learning efficiency has been greatly improved with teaching system.

The development status and defects of the current distance education are pointed out, the theoretical basis and support technology to construct virtual classroom are demonstrated, and a virtual classroom system under mutual competition environment is proposed and realized. With the teaching of industrial art course as the example, the development and application of virtual classroom system in the course of industrial art are discussed, a control experiment is designed, the effect of virtual classroom system is verified, and it is concluded that students of virtual classroom group are easier to master the logic reasoning skills and abstract theoretical knowledge. Overall, the virtual class has a better effect than the real classroom and distance listening.

Under the global epidemic situation, offline face-to-face teaching has not adapted to the current teaching environment. Using computer technology to carry out online assisted teaching has become an inevitable choice for music teaching in colleges and universities. Offline teaching also has many disadvantages, such as single and backward teaching methods, poor sharing of audio-visual resources, and inconsistent teaching contents. The survey found that music teachers urgently need an online teaching platform to enable teachers to obtain effective, standardized, and comprehensive teaching resources anytime and anywhere so that students can enjoy high-quality music teaching resources as much as possible. Based on these requirements, the development of online music teaching system under B/S architecture has an important practical significance.
