The quality of classroom education is essential to the construction and development of departments and colleges, and a mirror of the teaching level and quality of teachers. Project-based learning (PBL) tries to create problem scenarios for learners, and encourage them to think deeper and communicate more. Inspired by PBL, this paper analyzes the existing evaluation index systems (EISs) for classroom music education in colleges, and summarizes the application of PBL in music teaching. Besides, a novel EIS is designed and constructed for classroom music education. The results show that: PBL stresses the changes of learners through the learning, and enables teachers to combine pre-, in-, and post-class methods to comprehensively evaluate the music literacy of students; PBL exerts a positive effect on students’ learning. The results lay a theoretical basis for reforming the EIS of classroom music education.

To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

The evaluation system about comprehensive quality of music graduated students was introduced in the paper. The methods of AHP were proposed to optimize evaluation system model. Meanwhile, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive quality of music graduate students is established. Then, the model was established and the solving was given according to the construction of evaluation index system principles. AHP is proposed to establish the weight of evaluation based on the receipt questionnaire survey from related experts. In the end, a example provided demonstrates the application in choice of the best student and it was proved that methods proposed is efficient to solve the optimization problems about the more complex, more fuzzy the decision management.

Abstract Objective To construct the evaluation index system of general medical graduates' competence,provide the basis for improving the comprehensive quality of general medical graduates and promoting the further reform and optimization of the training program of general medical talents in colleges.Methods Two rounds of expert consultation by Delphi method were used to determine the evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence. AHP was used to calculate the weights of all levels of indicators.Result The evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence is constructed with 3 primary factors, 9 secondary factors and 32 tertiary factors. Delphi results showed that the positive coefficient of experts was 1 and the authority coefficient was 0.858. Index system weight results showed that the weights of knowledge, skill and quality were 0.1532、0.4207 and 0. 4261 respectively. Among the second-level factors, the top three weight coefficients were professional ethics (0.2614), community practice(0.1526) and communication skills (0.1308).Conclusion This study constructed the evaluation index system of general practice graduates' competence, which can be used as the basis to evaluate the ability of general practice graduates and provide guidance for the cultivation and evaluation of general practice talents.

To promote the preparation of technical standards for the quality of detection and evaluation work of the Yangtze River Dike reinforcement project completion and acceptance, this paper summarizes the quality check method of reinforcement works of the main dyke of Yangtze River. In the combination of the standard, design document and practical working condition, the quality check and evaluation index system for different construction contents are put forward. In order to evaluate the quality of the air passenger service objectively and accurately, based on analyzing the characteristics of comprehensive evaluation of service level, and applied the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of need, the evaluation index system of air passenger service quality has been built from six aspects, such as objective, economy, service, quickness, comfort and convenience. The evaluation index weight vector is determined by means of the improved analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy theory is used for comprehensive evaluation, and the model is analyzed through example. The results show that the evaluation system can effectively reflect the level of air passenger transport service quality and reduce the influence of human factors.
