To develop new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantation fiber sources, it is very important to evaluate their pulping properties. A comprehensive multi-index pulping-suitability evaluation model is investigated in this paper by considering four fast-growing wood species. First, a new evaluation-index system for kraft pulp was developed based on traditional evaluation-index systems. Then, the membership degree of every index was analyzed to obtain a fuzzy matrix. The proportional contribution of each parameter to the main pulping properties could then be determined. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation model of kraft pulp properties was developed. The model is reliable compared with traditional assessment methods. The results confirmed the feasibility and rationality of developing new wood cellulose resources and fast-growing pulpwood plantations using fuzzy comprehensive evaluations.

Based on the analysis on civil engineering of existing old-age real estate building energy saving, this paper builts comprehensive evaluation index system, and analyzes its evaluation index content and determines the standards. Using grey relational analysis to establish the simplified evaluation index system,and based on artificial neural network, this paper then establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of urban old-age real estate building energy saving, which not only helps to control building energy saving effect, but also helps to guide new old-age real estate building energy saving to carry out, and promotes the development of civil engineering industry.

In this context, firstly, the safety evaluation index system of subway operation is established on the basis of the recognition and analysis of risk factors. Then, the paper constructs the multi-level extensible evaluation model for subway operation safety with the extension method as the core. Finally, Beijing Changping subway is studied as an example. The risk degrees of the line and its subsystems are determined. A new method for comprehensive evaluation of subway operation safety in china is put forward.

According to engineering features of later-period supportive policy on reservoir resettlement, Economic evaluation index system of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement is built to assess the implementation result of reservoir resettlement policy effectively in recent years. Considering the complexity of the evaluation index and the nonlinear characteristics of evaluation process, it is built that the comprehensive evaluation model of implementation effect on later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement based on ANFIS(Fuzzy artificial neural network) to provide the decision-making reference for implementation and improvement of later-period supportive policy of reservoir resettlement.

The implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy is an important component to measure its comprehensive benefits. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to evaluate objectively its implemented performance of patent strategy. From the perspective of sustainable development, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily a comprehensive evaluation index system of the implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy which is composed of a set of 21 indexes on the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of implemented performance of enterprise’s patent strategy with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the constitution of evaluation index system should obey a series of basic principles of objectivity, systematization, science and conciseness and the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor and multi-layer. Therefore, it is effective and feasible to select the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.

Cast-in-place Lightweight Gypsum Wall is a new green wall that industrial by-products are used as the main raw materials and the spot construction is employed by casting in place for construction, which improves the integrity and seismic performance of the wall. Focusing on the cast-in-place light gypsum wall, the body comprehensive evaluation model is established based on the theory of fuzzy matter-element in the background of "Performance", "Technology", "Economy" and "Environment" for evaluation index system. Furthermore, AHP, expert scoring and other methods are used to determine the weights of each value in the evaluation index system.And the principle of comprehensive evaluation is the maximal subjection degree.These will serve as a theoretical underpinning to find the weakness of such walls and explore the market and application prospects.

Based on the investigation of electrostatic flocking enterprises and related existing industry standards, combined with the principle of construction the domestic cleaner production index system, a cleaner production evaluation index system of the electrostatic flocking industry was introduced. The system contained six primary level indexes, including production technology and equipment, resources and energy, pollutants, waste recycling, product, environmental management and 21 secondary indexes. Based on multi-level fuzzy method using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the evaluation index weight, the cleaner production level comprehensive evaluation model was constructed. Applied the model to flocking enterprise A and evaluated its actuality of cleaner production level objectively, to provide references for its development.

In the process of industry-university-research institute cooperation, it is of vital significance to construct a set of comprehensive evaluation index system which can objectively and effectively reflect the performance of industry-university-research institute cooperation for promoting the long-term cooperation among the three parties. This paper regards industry-university-research institute cooperation as an input-output system, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system which includes four first-level indexes of initial input, cooperative process, cooperative output and re-input. On this basis, a reasonable evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the performance of industry-university-research cooperation from three aspects: cooperation scale, cooperation efficiency and cooperation sustainability.

As the consumptive concept increasingly matured, the product quality and the economics of quality has been an important aspect in the economical development. The paper laid emphasis on the research of comprehensive evaluation of economics of quality. It established the evaluation index system that can effectively indicate the conditions of economics of quality, measured the economics of quality comprehensively and quantitatively. A fuzzy evaluation model which can quantitatively evaluate the economics of quality was also built up. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model was also proved by a material example.
