In recent years, music teaching in higher education has developed quickly, and attracted more and more attention. However, there is not yet a mature method to evaluate the education and teaching (ET) effect of music teaching in colleges. To solve the problem, this paper combines modern information technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) to design and realize a FCE system for assessing the ET effect of music teaching in higher education. Firstly, the functional and non-functional requirements of the system were analyzed in detail. On this basis, the overall architecture and functional modules of the system were designed and realized. Application results show that the proposed system operated stably, and met the needs of ET effect evaluation. The research results are of theoretical and practical significance to the promotion of information-based teaching evaluation, the enhancement of management efficiency and quality, and the improvement of ET effect of music teaching in colleges.

Based on the characteristics of the large state-owned central enterprises, this paper refers to an index system which can be used for evaluating their social responsibility fulfillment degree. It includes several procedures, such as determining each index weight by using G1 method, constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and verifying the feasibility through applying to an example. This research has effect on the scientificity of assessing their social responsibility fulfillment, and helps government and society to supervise and control the enterprises.

Machinability of ceramics is a comprehensive behavior resulting from the interactions of several factors. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system was applied to establish a model for machinabilities of several dental ceramics, including zirconia, empress feldspar, empress toughening leucite and lithium disilicate glass. The hardness (HV), fracture toughness (KIC) and elastic modulus (E) of ceramic samples were used in evaluation model with different weighted indexes. The ceramics could be thus divided into 4 groups of “easiest”, “easy”, “difficult” and “most difficult”, based on evaluated results. Lithium disilicate glass belongs to “easiest”, empress feldspar and empress toughening leucite are at the “easy” level, and zirconia is “difficult” to be machined compared with other counterparts. The evaluations by established model are well supported by the practical machining experiments while these dental ceramics being undergone cutting. This implies that the derived evaluation model is an easy and simple way to estimate machinability of dental ceramics.

Nowadays, with the leap-forward development of computer technology and the transformation of information technology management concepts, China’s construction industry is quietly entering the era of refined management. Accurate estimation and cost control have become among the key considerations of the construction industry. For the calculation of engineering quantity, there are already many software devices that can be used for the calculation of engineering structure quantity, which means that the incorrect operation of personnel has been reduced to some extent, improving the work efficiency and measurement accuracy. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of computational missing, computational errors, inefficiency, data loss, and repetitive system in traditional computing based on the advantages of BIM computing system, which provide a reliable basis for cost forecasting and control. At the same time, using BMI calculation system to solve the problem of steel reinforcement in construction engineering, as well as the use of personnel, the existing calculation software still needs a lot of time and energy. We proposed a comprehensive evaluation study of reinforcement calculation in domestic construction engineering BIM calculation system based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper first summarizes the BIM calculation system of construction engineering, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system as an important evaluation index system in domestic construction engineering BIM calculation system, through the judgment of various factors affecting the actual effect of the calculation system, and uses the fuzzy evaluation system combined with a case to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed research. Therefore, through the above research and experiments, it is concluded that the research method of this paper solves many problems in the process of engineering structure reinforcement calculation and provides a good reference method for the establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of reinforcement calculation, as well as providing an effective validation for the widespread use of BIM technology in the construction industry. Finally, it is also beneficial for users to comprehensively evaluate the BIM calculation system of the construction industry and provide a basic reference condition for different industries to use and choose BIM calculation systems.

Application and research of GIS in the slope engineering is one of the hot topics in this field. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of slope stability based on GIS was researched. It developed and set up a multi factor slope fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system by using slope database and can quantitatively classify and evaluate the slope stability in a quick and efficient way. This system can be at work on slope data management, inquiry, statistics and spatial analysis. It evaluated the fatality and vulnerability to the slope of a large scale coal mine as an example.
