Information and knowledge-seeking vary among users, including home care nurses. This research describes the social, cultural and behavioral dimensions of information and knowledge-seeking among home care nurses, using both survey and case study methods. Results provide better understanding and appreciation of nurses’ information behavior.La recherche d’information et de connaissances varie selon les usagers, y compris parmi les infirmiers et infirmières des soins à domicile. Cette recherche décrit les dimensions sociales, culturelles et comportementales de la recherche d’information et de connaissances parmi les infirmiers et infirmières des soins à domicile, en utilisant les méthodes de sondage et de l’étude de cas. Les résultats offrent une meilleure compréhension et connaissance du comportement informationnel des infirmiers et infirmières.

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Keywords: Reward; Punishment; Discipline; Learners Pemberian stimulus dari pendidik berupa pemberian apresiasi dan hukuman akan sangat mempengaruhi cara berpikir dan tingkah laku peserta didik dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan karakter yang sudah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. Desde o lançamento da obra Designing Social Inquiry (1994), de King, Keohane e Verba (KKV), cresceu o volume de publicações a respeito de inferências causais na metodologia de pesquisa em Ciências Sociais. Um desses livros é Causal Case Study Methods: Foundations and Guidelines for Comparing, Matching and Tracing, de Derek Beach e Rasmus Brun Pedersen (2016), autodenominados integrantes da geração de pesquisadores pós KKV. Causal Case Study Methods tem dois objetivos principais: analisar os diferentes desenhos de pesquisa e métodos utilizados para fazer inferências causais; e propor um conjunto de diretrizes de como utilizar o método de process tracing. O livro apresenta importantes contribuições na definição de mecanismos causais e ferramentas de transparência analítica, nas pesquisas.

Creativity is a person's ability to produce new compositions or anything that is a new foundation and previously unknown by the creator. Creativity is the ability to think to achieve varied and new results and the ability to be applied both in the fields of science, sports, literature and other fields of life can be used with creativity. Development of creativity to develop skills to combine creative power with experience, insight, and relationships with the environment for the better. Interpersonal communication theory that discusses the stages of interpersonal relationships, factors that influence interpersonal relationships. The purpose of interpersonal communication is to create motivation. This motivation is the ability of a coach in building the motivation of the players at Conan Futsal Academy. By using interpersonal communication, coaches use personal assistance to build players so they can help in training. The methodology in this study uses qualitative case study methods. Data collection obtained by interview, observation and literature study.Kreativitas adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menghasilkan komposisi baru atau gagasan apa saja yang menjadi dasarnya baru dan sebelumnya tidak dikenal oleh pembuatnya. Kreativitas adalah kemampuan berpikir untuk meraih hasil yang variatif dan baru serta memungkinkan untuk diaplikasikan baik dalam bidang keilmuan, keolahragaan, kesusastraan maupun bidang kehidupan yang lain dapat berkaitan dengan kreativitas. Pengembangan kreativitas proses untuk mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengkombinasikan daya kreatif dengan pengalaman, wawasan, maupun hubungan dengan lingkungan menjadi lebih baik. Teori komunikasi interpersonal mencakup tahapan hubungan interpersonal, faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan interpersonal. Tujuan komunikasi interpersonal tersebut untuk menciptakan motivasi. Motivasi ini merupakan kemampuan dari seorang pelatih dalam membangun motivasi para pemain yang ada di Conan Futsal Academy. Dengan menggunakan komunikasi interpersonal pelatih menggunakan pendekatan secara personal untuk membangun motivasi pemain agar dapat semangat dalam berlatih. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang didapat yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan.

<p>Technological developments and digitalization in all sectors including the industrial sector force all industry players to follow if they want to survive. Behind the digitalization that targets all aspects of transactions, as a Muslim, there are basic rules that must still be used as guidelines, including not forgetting the aspects of sharia in dealing with it especially in the current era of globalization. This study will examine how e-commerce business as part of the industrial revolution synergizes with Islam which is implemented in the form of simple Islamic financial planning. Using ethnography studies and adjoining case study methods this study investigates two participants as micro-entrepreneurs who implement e-commerce. The results of the study prove that micro-entrepreneurs in the e-commerce business have implemented Islamic financial planning in a simple way through the allocation of specific budgets for worship needs such as zakat, infaq and alms in their financial planning.</p><p>Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi di semua sektor memaksa semua pelaku industri untuk mengikutinya jika ingin tetap bertahan. Di balik digitalisasi yang menyasar semua aspek transaksi, sebagai seorang muslim ada aturan dasar yang tetap harus dijadikan pedoman, di antaranya tidak melupakan aspek syariah dalam bermuamalah apalagi di era globalisasi saat ini. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana bisnis e-commerce sebagai bagian dari revolusi industri bersinergi dengan Islam yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk perencanaan keuangan Islam secara sederhana. Menggunakan studi etnograpi dan metode studi kasus yang berdampingan penelitian ini mengobsevasi dua partisipan sebagai pelaku usaha mikro yang menerapkan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro dalam bisnis e-commerce telah menerapkan perencanaan keuangan Islam secara sederhana melalui pengalokasian anggaran khusus untuk kebutuhan ibadah, seperti zakat, infak dan sedekah dalam perencanaan keuangannya.</p>

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Covid-19 on the trend of elementary school children learning and playing that recognized by their parents. This research uses case study methods and qualitative research approaches to gain information on the effect of Covid-19 on the trend of playing and learning. For confidentiality identity, respondents were given the initials R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and up to R20. The interview was conducted by asking the respondents one by one. the results showed that the level of achievement had decreased and there was a new learning trend. Online learning causes students and parents to adapt to this learning model. In addition, playing games on cellphones has also become the most favorite games during this pandemic.
