AKTUALISASI SEMANGAT KEBANGSAAN DALAM MENYIKAPI WABAH COVID 19 DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 1 PURWOKERTO

This research aims to get actual and factual information about the actualization of the national spirit in responding to the covid 19 outbreak at Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto Junior High School. The research process uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. This research was conducted on the learning process of Pancasila Education and Citizenship (PPKn). Subjekresearch is the principal, teacher PPKn and student. The findings in this study show that; 1) Students do not yet have a complete understanding of the concept of national insight, but implicitly in the process of learning PPKn, teachers always build a climate of togetherness and help each other. This condition can actually be understood if the seeds of the national spirit have appeared. The selection of varied learning methods is used by PPKn teachers and IPS teachers, which support the national attitude of students. PPKn and IPS learning carried out contributes considerable in shaping the national spirit of students in school which is characterized by the direction of achievement of learning success that not only looks at cognitive aspects, but also emphasized on affective and psychomotor aspects, especially those that are charged with national values. 2) Strengthening the organization with the foundation of the spirit of nationalism based on state ideology and Muhammadiyah values. Through a strong organizational commitment, the spirit of nationality flows in students. 3) The practice of the student's national spirit is realized through its participation in scouting activities (Hizbul Wathan/ HW scouting), flag ceremony activities, sports competitions, and regional arts events are a form of stimulation in developing national values in students and not spreading hoax news about the covid 19 pandemic.

ESTABLISHMENT OF A SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUND THROUGH INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTION IN REALISING OPTIMISATION OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Investment can encourage the acceleration of a country's development. Foreign investment improve country's economy either with partial or complete control by the asset owner or depending on international agreements used in determining the scope of investment. However, several factors hinder the entry of foreign investment in Indonesia. To overcome this, government with parliament through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation emphasise the legal politics of forming a quo law-oriented towards improving the investment climate in Indonesia, one of which is the establishment of the Indonesian Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF) under the name Investment Management Institution or Lembaga Pengelola Investasi (LPI). The purpose of this study is to see how the government's political will in attracting foreign investment is through the establishment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and the legitimacy of using the SWF model in the Investment Management Institute (LPI). This research uses a combination of juridical-normative and comparative case study methods. The juridical-normative method is carried out by identifying library materials. Through the comparative case study method, the research will analyse the formation and concept of SWF in India and Russia. This study found that, the LPI plays a vital role in infrastructure financing on national strategic projects and can encourage increasing national foreign exchange. Also, the exact source of institutional funds originates from foreign investors as in the Indian and Russian state mechanisms.

ACQUISITION OF ARABIC AS A SECOND LANGUAGE IN EARLY CHILDREN IN ISLAMIC KINDERGARTEN

It is believed that memorizing the Qur’an would be able to improve the acquisition of a second language, especially Arabic language, particularly for early childhood. This is because children have quite sharp hearing, so they quickly acquire Arabic language as their second language. The language acquisition is done by listening and kinesthetic methods. For this purpose, the study aims to describe the process of acquiring Arabic in early childhood at Daarut Tahfidz lil Athfal Malang. Researchers applied descriptive qualitative research and case study methods. Data obtained by observation and interviews. The results showed that learning activities to memorize the Qur’an can accelerate language acquisition in early childhood who previously had not been able to pronounce sentences perfectly. At the opening and closing of the lesson, the teacher in the class always reminds the mufradât (vocabulary) that has been delivered, so that it will strengthen their memory in Arabic language. The research is expected to provide an overview of the importance of providing Arabic language learning from an early age in order to strengthen Islamic teachings from an early age.

INPOWER-CARE Sebagai Implementasi Community Relations pada PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU (Studi Kasus Program Mitra Binaan Omah Kreteg Anggana)

INPOWER-CARE programs as the implementation of Community Relations is the fostered partner of Omah Kreteg Anggana, this activity aims to develop skills and welfare for the community, especially around the company by promoting the Suralaya locality, namely sambal kreteg. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and development of the INPOWER-CARE program of Omah Kreteg Anggana's fostered partners as the implementation of the Community Relations program. This study used a qualitative approach with case study methods and data collection techniques by conducting observations, in-depth interviews with four informants, documentation and literature. The results of this study indicate that the Division of Public Relations and Community Development PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU in implementing the program, Community Relations, namely by maintaining relationships with the community by conducting socialization needed by the community and establishing intimacy with the people who participate in the program. Meanwhile, in developing the program of Omah Kreteg Anggana's fostered partners, they carried out institutional strengthening in accordance with the RENSTRA and RENJA. With the implementation of this program, the relationship between the company and the community is getting closer and mutually beneficial to one another.

Aspects of Expanding the Interaction between the State and Civil Society

The aim of this study was a holistic analysis of aspects of expanding the interaction between the state and civil society on the example of the experience of foreign countries, namely Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, and Poland. The research involves such methods as sociological analysis, systemic and case study methods, structural and comparative methods, as well as the dialectical method. The factors of expanding the interaction of the judiciary as a representative of the state, which protects the rights and interests of civil society, were identified in accordance with the results of the study. As a result, conclusions were drawn on the need for the judiciary, as a representative of the state, to use methods to expand the interaction between the state and society, in the person of every citizen. The use of those factors in relation to such interaction will further help increase public confidence in the state, which will ensure effective protection of the rights and interests of society.

GURU SEBAGAI FASILITATOR DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING [TEACHERS AS FACILITATORS IN OVERCOMING STUDENTS' LEARNING DIFFICULTIES DURING ONLINE LEARNING]

<p>During the Covid-19 pandemic, online learning became a new way of teaching and learning which utilized electronic devices, especially internet networks. However, in practice, online learning often encounters obstacles. With online learning, teachers need to know the causes and indicators of these difficulties. Efforts can then be made to alleviate them, namely that teachers become facilitators of online learning activities. In their role as facilitators, teachers can provide their students with supportive learning resources and media, encouragement and motivatation, and time outside of school hours to help students understand well. In this case, the author used a literature review and case study methods as the basis for preparing research instruments with the purpose of this paper being to explain the role of the teacher as a facilitator in overcoming learning difficulties of students during online learning. The author is aware of the limitations that humans have so the learning difficulties that students experience can be seen as an opportunity for teachers to serve those students. Teachers are also required to be more responsible for themselves and their students as a form of gratitude to God. The author suggests that the teacher as a facilitator can continue to learn to better understand the various strategies in overcoming learning difficulties and have a sense of responsibility towards students.</p><p><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Dalam masa pandemi seperti ini, pembelajaran daring menjadi cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan perangkat elektronik, khususnya jaringan internet. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran daring sering mengalami kendala. Dalam pembelajaran daring yang dihadapi, guru perlu mengetahui faktor penyebab dan indikator kesulitan belajar daring. Kemudian, upaya dapat dilakukan yaitu guru diharapkan mampu menjadi fasilitator dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Dengan perannya sebagai fasilitator, guru memberikan pelayanan berupa menyediakan sumber dan media pembelajaran yang mendukung, serta memberi semangat dan motivasi, serta meluangkan waktu di luar jam sekolah agar dapat membantu peserta didik memahami pembelajaran dengan baik. Dalam hal ini, penulis menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dan studi kasus sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan instrumen penelitian, dan tujuan penulisan <em>paper</em> adalah untuk menjelaskan guru sebagai fasilitator dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar peserta didik selama pembelajaran daring. Penulis menyadari akan keterbatasan yang manusia miliki, sehingga melalui kesulitan belajar yang peserta didik alami dapat dilihat sebagai kesempatan untuk dapat melayani peserta didik. Guru juga dituntut lebih bertanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri maupun peserta didik, sebagai wujud ucapan syukur kepada Tuhan. Saran penulis adalah agar guru sebagai fasilitator dapat belajar terus untuk lebih memahami berbagai macam strategi dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab terhadap peserta didik.</p>

Globalization, Academic Migrants and Education: Case Study of Palestine Scholars in India

The Israel-Palestine conflict is one of the most complex issues in nature; the issues of sovereignty, territorial issues, and much more are still unresolved in the Israeli-Palestine conflict. More specifically, this ongoing conflict had affected the Palestinians' life, identity, psychology, and development. A thorough literature review reveals that there is an absence of scholarly research in the area of academic migration of Palestinian scholars about the educational challenges in Indian universities. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. The researcher used field study and Snowball Sampling methods to select the study samples. The in-depth perception of six cases was analyzed on the issues of their stay in India, educational challenges in universities, a pedagogical transaction in the classroom, and the different cultural contexts (of their home country and destination country). The study revealed the academic disparities they face about language were problematic, and this hampered the conversation. Critically understanding the international scenario and position of the Palestinian scholars, this research study will contribute to the development of an empathetic understanding of the students from different conflict zones.

Eco-friendly materials in interior design of Pecel Solo restaurant

In Indonesia’s major cities, as well as in Solo, the phenomenon of the growth of restaurants with concepts that present the atmosphere of the past is growing. Pecel Solo testaurant was chosen because, in addition to being a one-of-a-kind building in Solo, it also has a touch of Javanese ethnic. A research that will be observed in the study is how to use ecologically friendly materials in the interior of the Pecel Solo restaurant. The use of environmentally friendly materials in space-forming elements and space fillers is the focus of this research. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with case study methods, with analysis departures from field observation data that pertains to the appearance of the interior. The research found that using environmentally friendly materials in the interior design of Pecel Solo restaurant is a style of sustainable interior design. The research is also intended to serve as a model for using environmentally friendly materials in restaurant interior design.

Strategi Komunikasi Politik Tim Kampanye Daerah Joko Widodo – K.H. Ma’ruf Amin Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam Pemenangan PILPRES 2019

This study aims to discuss how the Regional Campaign Team (TKD) Ir. Joko Widodo - KH. Ma'ruf Amin of East Java Province in formulating the strategy of the East Java TKD funds of local officials, Jokowi's volunteer network and East Java kyais and political figures to win the Candidate Candidate No.1.In this study several resource persons stated that the role of all elements of society and figures and clerics and in the 2019 presidential election were very compact and effective, especially with the many issues of ethnicity, race and religion, which were used to attack incumbent Joko Widodo. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods and case study methods, with data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The purpose of this research is to describe the Strategy of the East Java Regional Campaign Team Joko Widodo - KH. Ma'ruf Amin and Jokowi Volunteers during the Presidential election, therefore the East Java TKD strategy is an opinion leader to determine the Getter vote and become a political mediator to various parties who have an important role to increase votes in East Java. CURRICULUM REFORM IN EAST TIMOR: CURRICULUM MATHEMATICS PRIMARY SCHOOL

This study aimed to analyze the newly developed math curriculum taking into account the views of teachers and students. Curriculum analysis is realized in three dimensions; (1) Classroom management – the physical and emotional environment of the classroom, the role of teachers and students, and interactions, (2) Instructions – objectives, planning, implementation, methods and techniques, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation, and (3) Strengths (and benefits) and weaknesses (and limitations). Qualitative case study methods are utilized with literature reviews. The responses collected from the sources are the content that is analyzed, and then the code is categorized. These findings suggest that some changes have been made and reflected in the implementation of the classroom, and the student-centered approach has been incorporated into the instruction. On the other hand, some difficulties arise during implementation due to a lack of infrastructure
