Supply chain management is a new and evolving paradigm for enterprises to cope with international competition and to improve global logistics efficiency. The suppliers’ performances affect not only supply chain execution results but also the profit capability and business survivability. However, suppliers’ performance assessment always involves a large dimension of supplier behaviors. Information on supplier behaviors is often difficult to be accurately demonstrated as quantitative data. For this reason, the study employs a 2-tuple linguistic variable to perform the initial evaluation and final assessment while keeping track of both linguistic information and data, which can avoid a tied result. Additionally, the modified linguistic ordered weighted averaging (M-LOWA) operator with maximum entropy is used to derive the maximum aggregation value under the current business strategy to reflect on the criteria. The focal company can then rapidly rely on the assessment results to represent the performance of suppliers and provide integrated information to decision makers. This study draws the complete framework for the issue of supplier performance assessment without limitations on categories of variables and scales.

A supplier has become one of the main factors that influence the success of a company's supply chain activities. Supplier assessment is vital as suppliers have different performance. This study aims at assessing supplier performance using the integration of ANP and TOPSIS methods. Supplier performance assessment was based on supplier criteria indicators. Weighting criteria used ANP used to determine the most significant influence criteria of supplier performance.Furthermore,  TOPSIS was also employed to obtain supplier preference. Eight criteria and twenty-five sub-criteria were used for the supplier performance assessment.  The three highest sub-criteria were specification of quality, the flexibility of order changes, and production capacity. The priority results for suppliers were sorted from the highest to lowest ratio values.

The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

Sustainable packaging design plays a strategic role across several industries. Using the Italian market as the perimeter of the analysis, this paper aims to broaden the knowledge of corporate attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors toward sustainable packaging along the entire supply chain. A mixed-method approach was used, integrating qualitative and quantitative data collected from 33 in-depth interviews and a survey on a sample of 462 companies. The results revealed that a challenging goal will consist of reconciling technological advances and marketing instances, and that the entire supply chain should be synergistically involved in packaging sustainability. It was also found that larger companies consider sustainability as part of a broader business strategy, whereas smaller ones possess a tactical vision. The study provides valuable insights to better comprehend and manage a complex ecosystem such as that of sustainable packaging.

This article is an advanced approach to picture fuzzy set through the application of cubic set theory. For instance, we establish the idea of the picture cubic fuzzy sets (PCFSs) theory and define several operations for PCFS. Also, presented some weighted aggregation operators under picture cubic fuzzy information, so called picture cubic fuzzy weighted averaging (PCFWA) operator, picture cubic fuzzy order weighted averaging (PCFOWA) operator, picture cubic fuzzy weighted geometric (PCFWG) operator, and picture cubic fuzzy order weighted geometric (PCFOWG) operator. Further, we study their fundamental properties and showed the relationship among these aggregation operators. In order to determine the feasibility and practicality of the mentioned new technique, we developed multi-attribute group decision -making algorithm with picture cubic fuzzy environment. Further, the developed method applied to supply chain management and for implementation, consider numerical application of supply chain management. Compared the developed approach with other preexisting aggregation operators, and we concluded that the defined technique is better, reliable and effective.

This study aims to meet the theoretical needs in answering the problem of the role of the marketing function on the dynamic capability that involves the role of multi actors through engagement. In particular, the study discusses the capabilities of SMEs’ business strategy in the offline to online market. The population of this research are owners, managers, and owners and managers of SMEs in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the integration of the supply chain into engagement can address the problem of the role of the marketing function that connects marketing and operations. Supply chain engagement is also able to moderate employee engagement to dynamic marketing engagement but not significantly moderate customer engagement. Meanwhile, the basis of integration as a dynamic capability in market knowledge has a significant effect on the multi-actor engagement consisting of customer engagement, employee engagement, and supply chain engagement. Summary statement of contribution: Our research builds on the three elements of multi-actor engagement that are significant against dynamic marketing engagement. The main finding of this research is that the concept of novelty can answer the proposition with the result that dynamic marketing engagement can improve business performance.

Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has appeared to be important in business practices in order to survive in the competition. Sustainable performance assessment, that includes economic, social, and environmental aspects need to be given due attention by the business players in order to understand the position of the company so that it can fulfill customer satisfaction. In this research, each of the aspects is measured using different methods. The Economic performance assessment is represented using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model that helps in measuring the success of a supply chain operation. It uses 15 indicators deemed relevant in the Make-to-Stock production typology that is distributed into five performance attributes. The economic assessment is then obtained through these performance attributes that result in 97.5% in agility, 92% in cost, 78.2% in reliability, 72% in asset management, and 40.67% in responsiveness. Meanwhile, the social performance assessment is directed at employee's welfare. Questionnaires are distributed to 30 employees to measure company's commitment to address their social issues. It results in a perfect score as 100% in fair salary, annual allowance, and training, while health insurance and safety equipment only cover 70% and 30%, respectively. The environmental aspect is noticed on the wastewater management, since it mainly contributes for company's waste. The assessment lies on the liquid contamination test and is compared to the maximum standard level, set by the government. Environmental assessment shows 76.8% in acidity, 71.93% in Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), 33.15% in temperature, and 0% in both Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD). While this research is focusing on improving the performance in the supply chain process (Economic aspect), which is the worst assessment in the economic aspect, which is responsiveness, it is selected to be improved to reach an optimum performance. Therefore, the operation-overlapping approach is applied in the scheduling of the production process to improve company’s responsiveness, which is from 40.67% to 60.67%.
