For sustainable management of marine geological resources, a geological knowledge base is being built for the Belgian and southern Netherlands part of the North Sea. Voxel models of the subsurface are used for predictions on sand and gravel quantities and qualities, to ensure long-term resource use. The voxels are filled with geological data from boreholes and seismic lines, but other information can be added also. The geology provides boundary conditions needed to run environmental impact models that calculate resource depletion and regeneration under various scenarios of aggregate extraction. Such analyses are important in monitoring progress towards good environmental status, as outlined in the Marine Strategy Framework Directive. By including uncertainty, data products can be generated with confidence limits, which is critical for assessing the significance of changes in the habitat or in any other resource-relevant parameter. All of the information is integrated into a cross-domain, multi-criteria decision support system optimised for user-friendliness and online visualisation.

SUMUT Bank is one of the Banks in Indonesia with the name of the company PT. Regional Development Bank of North Sumatra. The North Sumatra Bank has branches in each region in North Sumatra both in the district and in the sub-district, and each of these branches is led by a branch leader or branch head. The head of this branch is responsible for the reversal of the Bank being led. The best and most accomplished branch heads deserve more and more awards. The selection of the best branch heads is selected transparently and structured in the hope that it can be a motivation for all branch heads to be able to further improve the quality and service of the Bank they lead. Making the best branch head selection done manually will take a long time and tends to be less transparent and structured. One solution so that the implementation of the selection can be carried out easily and quickly, it requires a Decision Support System that can provide consistency of assessment. In this study the method used is the VIKOR method (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje). This method makes cracking on alternatives based on criteria that have been determined with an ideal compromise solution or the best solution, so that this system can later be beneficial for the SUMUT Bank to get the title in determining the best branch head. Keywords: Decision Support System, North Sumatra Bank, Branch Head, Vikor

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Based on the results of the rank of produced output that is the names of the principal performer. Keywords: Head Of School Achievers, Decision Support System, VIKOR Method

The selection process for Student Language Ambassadors at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so the selection process is less precise and the resulting decisions are less satisfactory for the students' Language Ambassador participants.  In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Exprom II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final grade or to find the value of the Student Language Ambassador ranking. Thus the Decision Support System is needed so that it can help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining Student Language Ambassadors. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for selecting Student Language Ambassadors using the Exprom II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making decisions choosing Student Language Ambassadors and the decisions determined are satisfactoryKeywords: Decision Support System, Student Language Ambassador, Exprom Method II

Wastewater pipeline leakage is an emerging concern in Europe, especially with regards to the potential effect of leaking effluent on groundwater contamination and the effects infiltration has on the management of sewer reticulation systems. This paper describes efforts by Australia, in association with several European partners, towards the development of decision support tools to prioritize proactive rehabilitation of wastewater pipe networks to account for leakage. In the fundamental models for the decision support system, leakage is viewed as a function of pipeline system deterioration. The models rely on soil type identification across the service area to determine the aggressiveness of the pipe environment and for division of the area into zones based on pipe properties and operational conditions. By understanding the interaction between pipe materials, operating conditions, and the pipe environment in the mechanisms leading to pipe deterioration, the models allow the prediction of leakage rates in different zones across a network. The decision support system utilizes these models to predict the condition of pipes in individual zones, and to optimize the utilization of rehabilitation resources by targeting the areas with the highest leakage rates.
