Poverty is a complex and multidimensional problem that links several dimensions. Statistical method that can explain the relationship between one latent variable with others is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The purpose of this study is to create a structural model of the relationship between education, health, economy and poverty in Indonesia in 2017 by using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach (SEM-PLS) based on predetermined indicators with the results of 11 valid indicators. Based on the model obtained, health has a significant positive effect on education, health and education have a significant positive effect on the economy and the economy has a significant negative effect on poverty. Segmentation based on the relationship of latent variables in structural models can be overcome by Finite Mixture Partial Least Square (FIMIX-PLS) so that it can identify poverty areas in each province in Indonesia with more homogeneous characteristics. The best segmentation result is number of segments (K) = 2 obtained based on the criteria of AIC, BIC, CAIC and Normed Entropy (EN) with an EN value of 0.964 which means the quality of segment separation is very good. Papua and West Papua provinces form one segment in segment 2, while 32 other provinces form one segment in segment 1.Keywords: Poverty, Structural Equation Modelling, Partial Least Square, Finite Mixture, Segmentation.

Performance measurement is essential for any organization. Performance is a measure of success in achieving organizational objectives. The results of performance measurement as a reference for management to do the planning organization. The budget is the target organization's performance to be achieved in one period to come. Evaluation of budget execution is performed to determine the occurrence of budget deviations, by comparing the budget with the realization. Budgetary performance evaluation style have an important role in assessing the implementation of the budget. Budgetary performance evaluation style is considered appropriate to evaluate the performance of subordinates, because the subordinate approval of budgetary performance evaluation style is seen as an important element of the relationship between budgetary performance evaluation style with the performance of subordinates as reflected in the attitudes and behavior of subordinates that shows job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship style of performance evaluation of the budget based on budget constrained style (BCS) on performance by measuring the job satisfaction of employees within the College of Yogyakarta.Analysis tools used for testing the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis showed that: The style of performance evaluation of the budget (GEKA) were statistically significant positive effect on job satisfaction (KK). Job Satisfaction (KK) were statistically significant positive effect on performance (K). While the budgetary performance evaluation style (GEKA) statistically have no effect on performance (K)

PurposeThis paper aims to examine the effect of employees’ emotional labor on work engagement and boundary-spanner creativity based on the job demands-resources model from the perspective of salespeople. Design/methodology/approachTo analyze the data, a confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling procedure using LISREL 8.5 were used. Next, the conditional process modeling was fitted to test the moderated mediation hypotheses. FindingsThe analysis results showed that deep acting has a positive effect on work engagement, whereas surface acting has a negative effect, indicating that work engagement of sales representatives is differently related to each factor of emotional labor. Second, work engagement of salespeople has a positive effect on boundary spanner creativity. Next, entrepreneurship has a moderate effect in the relationship between emotional labor and work engagement with customer stewardship and has a positive moderating effect in the relationship between work engagement and boundary spanner creativity. Practical implicationsConsidering the positive effect of boundary spanner creativity on work engagement, it is important to maintain interaction with customers, including adaptive behaviors and customer orientation, as customers’ demand increases. The individual competence and capability of salespeople such as entrepreneurship are directly related to interaction with customers, so when the right strategy is defined for each type of entrepreneurship of salespeople, it will create a positive corporate culture and lead to performance improvement. Originality/valueCompared with most studies, more direct factors of emotional labor were assessed to detect positive effects in this study. More specifically, when salespeople were forced to fake their feelings, they were more likely to recognize stress or burnout due to emotional dissonance between what they really felt and what they had to express to comply with organizational regulations.

Whereas the pivotal role of trust in the adoption of e-government was highlighted in prior research, attention was rarely paid thus far to investigate the role of post-use trust and its impact on citizens’ continuous-use intention of e-government. This study develops a comprehensive model, which consists of antecedents of post-use trust, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and citizens’ continuous-use intention of e-government, to explain how interactional, government, and environmental factors influence citizens’ post-use trust as well as how post-use trust influences citizens’ continuous-use intention. Using data collected from a survey of 1867 citizen users living in one direct-controlled municipality and four high-population cities in China, this study tests the proposed concept model using structural equation modeling. The results show that trust in government, trust in the internet, service quality, and information quality have positive effects on citizens’ post-use trust. Factors that do not determine a user’s post-use trust are the perception of privacy and security, as well as system quality. Another finding is that citizens’ post-use trust does not directly influence their continuous intention to use e-government. Post-use trust will impact continuous-use intention through whether or not citizens find using e-government useful and satisfying.
