The Hugh Williamson Gait Analysis Laboratory is a world leader in the analysis of walking disorders in children. Using state of the art equipment, highly specialised staff are able to determine why children walk the way they do. Knowing this, it is then possible to plan treatment individually for each child. Gait Lab aims to make thorough and reliable measurements of children’s walking ability in an efficient and friendly manner. It provides considered interpretations of these measurements to referring clinicians and conducts research to advance the understanding of human walking. This paper introduces The Gait Analysis Laboratory Content Management System, a contemporary approach using a Content Management System for surgery and research alike. The system provides the ability for surgeons to edit data and extract specific reports for research using the Internet from any location and at any time. The CMS has the functionality to save patient details, create referrals and make appointments, information which can be used for specific reports, during the surgery process, and for research around the world.

SAP Learning Journeys are a key element for providing a guiding path and framework for SAP users and implementation professionals to learn and stay current in their SAP product expertise. They also form a double bridge between the worlds of learning and technical documentation. On one hand, the Learning Journeys themselves are stored and maintained in the DITA content management system used for technical documentation, and then rendered both in the SAP Learning Hub and SAP Help Portal. On the other, the Learning Journeys allow the inclusion and referencing of technical documentation content into the learning offering modelled with the journeys. In this paper we will provide an account of how SAP Learning Journeys are managed and rendered, and what their evolving role is in the world of user enablement.

Since the University of Zurich required all departments to use the same content management system, a makeoverof our Main Library’s website was planned for 2017. Following Steve Krug’s book Don’t make me think, revisited,we reduced the contents and tried to build an easy to understand and straightforward navigation for the users. Toverify our concept, we arranged “do-it-yourself” usability tests. Three test sessions with three persons each weresufficient to find out what had to be improved on the website, and were more helpful than hours of discussionamong the team. Usability testing helped us to understand our customers' search behaviour and expectations fornavigation. It was also entertaining and a novel way of interacting with our customers.
