Analysis of Slab and Beam’s Moment Influenced by Stiffness Ratio

In this paper ,taking industrial factory building , the size of 33 * 19.8 m2 for example, analyzes Integral reinforced concrete floor system under the loads by Finite element analysis software ANSYS. In the calculation process, beam element is beam4, slab element is shell63, Changing the line stiffness ratio of beam and slab, main beam and secondary beam, researches of moment on the main beam and the secondary beam by means of line stiffness ratio. It is showed that , when the value of line stiffness ratio is more than 10, mid-span moment is fewer obviously with the Increasing K ; when the value of line stiffness ratio is between 2 and 5, mid-span moment is fewer, too; when the value of line stiffness ratio is shorter than 2, mid-span moment does almost not changed.

The structure of the closed square storage bunker main, secondary beam are designed in detail, and has carried on the simulation using finite element analysis software ANSYS, results show that the main structure of the design to meet the design requirements.

According to uncertainty of the design parameters for large span truss of installing wave-maker, in order to avoid the waste of materials,the truss is analyzed based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS to find out its weaknesses and various parts of the deformation. On the premise of ensuring the intensity and stiffness, the weight of the truss is reduced by adjusting its sizes and selecting different profiles, so as to achieve the optimization of the truss of installing wave-maker.

Using domestic MFSP membrane as a medium of energy conversion, a kind of MFSP actuator was designed. The dedicated test equipment was constructed for experimental research, and the experimental results were given. The strip and circular MSFP membrane were analyzed qualitatively to obtain the deformation characteristics of membrane by finite element analysis software.

This technical note demonstrates two methods of incorporating the experimental stiffness of spinal motion segments into a finite element analysis of the spine. The first method is to incorporate the experimental data directly as a stiffness matrix. The second method approximates the experimental data as a beam element.

Took a type of ceramics for daily use vertical type high pressure grouting machine as the object of study, study the stress and strain of its upper and lower mould plates. Established their 3D model by CAD software Pro-E, and then import them into finite element analysis software to analysis the value and distribution of the stress and strain. The analysis results can provide some reference for design, and have some engineering and practical value.
