The rapid changes of market and outer surroundings have caused a dynamic and highly volatile business environment for the enterprise. Manufacturing organizations are seeking efficiency gains by competing via fast time-to-market and low production cost. An Autonomous Agent Network(ANN) Based Manufacturing System model is introduced, as well as the mathematics expression for the components of AAN model. The optimization algorithm based on evolution algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem of the model. Simulation results show that the architecture model and its optimization algorithm are effective to the problem.

Micro-grids are the key technologies known to solve challenges such as increased electric demand, fatigue electric installations, electrical leakage and pressures and opposition from environmental advocacy groups. The current article is presenting an improved optimization algorithm based on a differential evolution algorithm to achieve the optimal response for managing distributed energy resources in micro-grids. The simulation results show that: 1) The final cost of network management in systems based on the agent is very favorable compared to a network regardless of the agent and also are economically much more useful and effective in coordinating various energy sources. 2) The results of the proposed algorithm are much better in comparison with the results of the Fireflies optimization algorithm, a differential evolution algorithm and the particle swarm algorithm. This comparison proves the high performance of the algorithm.

The “Sponge City Construction Technical Guide” mentions the method for decomposing and implementing the annual total runoff control rate: volume method and model simulation method. Through research, it is found that the two are based on the control detailed planning level in decomposing the scale parameters of LID facilities. The indicators to each block are allocated through repeated tests through experience and trial calculations, resulting in a lack of scientific rationality in the process and results of the indicator decomposition, and because the Guide is still in the trial stage, there are few researches on the decomposition of runoff control indicators represented by SWMM. Therefore, with the help of MATLAB’s constraint optimization module and SWMM hydro-hydraulic model, this study proposes a complete set of decomposition ideas and methods for the decomposition and implementation of the annual runoff total control rate in the special planning of sponge city, and the index decomposition process through relevant cases Elaborate.

Abstract The need for adaptation to rapid changes in the business environment, both on the part of employees and employers, implies dealing with new challenges, acquisition of new knowledge and skills and assumption of new roles and responsibilities. The base for companies is the availability of qualified human resources, which is ensured by the human resource management department mainly through an effective process of employee selection. The paper is oriented at the analysis of the current state of focus of organizations operating in Slovakia on systematicity and complexity of the selection process, the existence of an effective internal labor market and the regularity of development of used selection tools in the context of technological progress and changes in labor market requirements in regions of Slovakia. Results of the survey on (n = 343) enterprises show a positive trend, an increase of more than 10 percent in the orientation towards improvement of the process of employee selection, but on the other side it also confirm an increase in disparities between individual regions of Slovakia, some regions (Eastern Slovakia) progress much slower than the developed ones (Bratislava).

This paper presents an optimization method for optimal engineering structure design. An interface procedure is essentially developed to combine the intelligent optimization algorithm and computer aided engineering (CAE) code. An optimization example is carried out to minimize the interlaminar normal stress of a laminate which affect the delamination failure of a laminate via arranging the stacking sequence. The analytical solution is calculated to validate the accuracy of optimization results.

Decentralized multi-project environment is very common in modern times, and the dynamic resource control problem for this project environment has attracted more attention. Traditional optimization method for multi-project based on the centralization in decision making does not suit for solving this problem any more. In this paper, we analyze the distributed decision making process for the dynamic resource control in the decentralized multi-project environment, and present a multi-agent system model for this problem. Using combinatorial exchange based on market, we design a negotiation mechanism to cope with the time disruptions in the stage of project execution. Computational results show that the combinatorial exchange mechanism could solve the problem effectively and has a powerful controllability for the different weights of the multiple projects.
