The romote intelligent home system design based on WAVECOM Q2406B Module and ARM7 S3C44B0X was elaborated, GPRS technology was used to realize remote control, RS485 bus technique was used to net the home system, and embedded system was used to establish the developing platform of Home Intelligent controller which can realize intelligent management and control of home applications. Partial hardware electric diagram and software flowchart were provided. Field using indicates that this system is economical and flexible.

Intelligent control is a new direction of industrial automation. An intelligent control system is composed of algorithm, software and hardware. SoC is one of the best embedded system hardware. SoC may get some new progress for intelligent control. In this paper, intelligent control, SoC and some intelligent controller based on SoC are discussed. The new controller can be the smaller and more reliable.

Along with the wide application of single chip computer and ARM technique as well as the development of communication technology, GPRS general grouping wireless service is attached with more importance by people in the current romote smart home system. The romote smart home system design based on TC35i Module and S3C2410X was elaborated, GPRS technology was used to realize remote control [1,2] , RS485 bus technique was used to net the home system, and embedded system was used to establish the developing platform of Home Intelligent controller which can realize intelligent management and control of home applications. Partial hardware electric diagram and software flowchart were provided. Field using indicates that this system is economical and flexible.

Based on craft features analysis of vacuum casting, this paper concluded that the automation level and control precision of control system are key influencing factors for products quality of vacuum casting. So the purpose of this paper is to resolve these disadvantages of existing control system of vacuum casting equipments. This paper designed a new full automatic intelligent control system which adopts two-level distributed structure. The system is consisted of motor control subsystem, vacuum monitoring and control subsystem, and bubbles detecting and eliminating subsystem. According to the function requirement of control system, this paper described selection and configuration of hardware and function implement of software in detail. Finally, this paper designed and realized a new automatic detecting and eliminating method of bubbles based on vision sensor technology, and presented an intelligent controller model based on Wavelet Neural Network (WNN) for motors. The experimental prototype of vacuum casting has been developed and a large number of experiments have been carrying on. These new controlling algorithms have being tested. The control system integrates vision sensor, intelligent control, microcomputer interface and imaging processing technologies, so it possess high precision, efficiency and flexibility and has a good market application prospect and high economic value. It will be breakthrough for precise rapid tooling.

Through the market investigation was designed based on the environmental monitoring system, intelligent control system and simulation system of security system, intelligent Home Furnishing system, this system uses CC2530 and sensors to build a ZigBee network, and realizes the remote monitoring through GPRS module, configuration of the PC software for the system, realized the function of intelligent furniture system through the actual test, that, the system is stable and reliable, practical.

This paper proposes multilevel architecture for an intelligent control system for the complex chemical energy technological process of yellow phosphorus production from apatite-nepheline ore processing waste. The research revealed that, when controlling this process, one has to deal with large amounts of multiformat and polymodal information, and control goals differ at different levels not only in effectiveness criteria, but also in the structuredness of the level problems. On this basis, it is proposed that intelligent methods be used for the implementation of information processes and control goals at individual levels and the whole system. The artificial intelligence methods underlying the informational model of a control system offer solutions to problems of analyzing control processes at different hierarchy levels, namely the initial level of sensing devices, the levels of programmable logic controllers, dispatching of control and production processes, enterprise management and strategic planning. Besides, the intelligent control system architecture includes analytical and simulation models of processes occurring in the multistage procedure of ore waste processing by a plant consisting of a granulating machine, a conveyor-type multichambercalcining machine, and an ore thermal furnace. The architecture of information support for the control system comprises a knowledge-based inference block intended for implementing the self-refinement of neural network and simulation models. Fuzzy logic methods are proposed for constructing this block. The paper considers the deployment of control algorithms for a phosphorus production system using the Matlab software environment on the basis of a modern complex system development paradigm known as the model-oriented design concept.

The Mitsubishi RV-2JA intelligent robot control system (ISMS) was synthesized using surface electromyographic signals (pEMG). The sEMG signals were recording using the Myo bracelet and transmitted to the intelligent control system via the Bluetooth interface. The IRCS was synthesized in Simulink environment of the Matlab platform. IRCS performs the processing and analysis of sEMIG signals to identify, verify and control the robot using an artificial neural networks.

With the rapid development of the Internet, the remote control technology was demanded more. In this paper, we designed a simple and practical remote intelligent control system, using CGI technology to complete the construction of Web servers and embedding uCOSII as the real-time operating system in Cortex-M3 core processor. By porting TCP/IP protocol stack, users could login in the server to access and control the system via the Internet. Using NRF2401 wireless technology to build a terminal network, the terminal carried out intelligent control with field data collected by sensors. Meanwhile, users could make monitor and control on a control terminal via a Web browser on a PC or mobile. The remote intelligent control system was stable, real-time, low cost, fit for the smart home, industrial remote monitor and so on, so it would have a better application prospects.

In this paper, a measure and control system in steel-making hot stove of ferroalloy mine is presented. The system can measure the temperature of the level surface of aggregate and outlets for discharge by using infrared instruments. We estimate the temperature of the part between bottom and surface, using fuzzy reasoning and expert system. The practice indicated that, applying the intelligent control system is suitable and successful by using computer. We foresee that this technical achievement will have a broad prospect for application.

This paper developed a intelligent control system that can fertigate according to crops’ requirements. At first, the overall composition of this system was expounded. It used kingview 6.55 and measurement and control center software as the development platform, and HORNER OCS as the core controller, and it constructed agricultural fertigation control system. The communication module is GPRS DTU, and the system pressure adjustment was achieved by frequency converter. Secondly, related technology such as communication protocol, port mapping, dynamic DNS and peanut shells software was introduced. The system software development, database design and public based on the Internet was completed. The system test results show that the system was fully function, stable running, and met actual demand of water and fertilizer management in agriculture.
