In order to evaluate the credit status of the insured enterprise, from the perspective of guarantee companys risk management, according the evaluation indexes of the evaluation agencies both at home and abroad, this research constructs the credit guarantee evaluation index institutions used by themselves, and determines the weights of evaluation indexes by using FAHP. At last, this research designs the enterprise credit evaluation model based on the BP neural network and verifies the feasibility of the model through the demonstration analysis.

Aiming at the problem of credit evaluation of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in China, a credit evaluation system based on machine learning is proposed. A total of 17 indicators are selected from five aspects of solvency, profitability, operation ability, growth ability and R & D ability. Finally, 11 representative indicators are selected. Then through BP neural network algorithm to build a credit evaluation model, training and Simulation of the credit rating of science and technology-based SMEs. The results show that the evaluation model has good generalization ability, and can effectively evaluate the credit of science and technology-based SMEs.

Historic districts represent an important characteristic of Beijing and are also a crucial carrier of Chinese historic culture. However, they are significantly affected by the rapid urban constructions. Thus, it is of great significance to maintain and promote the public space in historic districts. This paper uses a multisource data superposition method to select the evaluation index of public space. The AHP was also used to complete the single-level and total-level ranking and calculation of evaluation indexes. Finally, based on the DEA model, a vitality evaluation model of Beijing historic district public spaces was developed and its validity was verified through a case study of the Wanping historic district.

Teaching quality evaluation plays a key role for universities to improve its teaching quality and becomes a hot spot research field for related researchers. In this paper, we established the evaluation model of teaching quality based on BP neural network. Firstly an evaluation index system of teaching quality is designed. Then, according to the system we design the structure of BP neural network, determine the parameters and give the algorithm description. Finally, we program and verify the validity of the model in MATLAB environment. The experimental results show that the model can evaluate teaching quality practically by the evaluation index.

At present, the evaluation of regional economic growth effect, the consistency test results of evaluation indexes are not accurate, which leads to the phenomenon of “pseudo regression” in the evaluation model, so the application of discrete mathematics in the evaluation model of regional economic growth effect is proposed. Based on the selection principle of regional economic growth effect index put forward in the literature, the evaluation index of regional economic growth effect is determined to measure the location entropy existing in the evaluation index; to deal with the difference of evaluation index data, KMO test and Bartley sphericity test are adopted. Besides the evaluation index layer of economic distribution standard, the test results show that the evaluation index data is suitable for factor analysis method. The evaluation index weight is calculated, and the regional economic growth effect evaluation model is established to evaluate the regional economic growth effect by using the compactness of the combination of discrete mathematics and data and the characteristics of its discretization.

Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

Based on the complexity of the evaluation index for supplier selection in green supply chain, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system in green supply chain and presents BP neural network model to select supplier with evaluation indexes as BP neural network's input and the outcome of DEA/AHP model as BP neural network's expected output. It can be proved that the model can effectively select suppliers in green supply chain by simulation experiment with LIINGO 9.0 and MATLAB7.0.

In this paper, the system engineering theory research logistical equipment safeguard ability assessment method, and established the equipment support of the evaluation index system, using BP neural network can to approximate any nonlinear system advantage, based on the BP neural network of logistics equipment support capability evaluation model for logistics equipment safeguard the ability to provide a new method. The simulation results show that this method can ensure objectivity.

Fuzzy mathematics were used to evaluate the comprehensive property of fabrics in this paper. This is because fabrics are good or bad is a feeling of Physiology and psychology, used fuzzy mathematics to evaluate its comprehensive properties is objective and accurate. First, the evaluation indexes are selected according to the required performance of sporswear fabrics, and the Fuzzy mathematics was used to establish comprehensive evaluation model, then the comprehensive property of four sportswear fabrics were evaluated based on this comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation result indicated that polyester cover cleancool fiber structure fabric has the best comprehensive property, this comprehensive evaluation results pruved that this developed sportswear fabric has excelltent comprehensive properties,and it is suitable for making high quality sportswear.
