In this paper, vibration information of rolling bearings under 5 working conditions, including normal bearings, bearings with wear and tear on the outer circle or running pulley and so on, are collected. Obtained the relationships between parameters of service life of bearings and changes of time, such as the amplitude range, the frequency domain, and the energy around wavelet packets. Summarized a more detailed regular pattern for bearings wear and tear.

With higher requirements on energy-saving and environmental protection of diesel engine in the modern times, the loads on main bearing and connecting rod bearing of diesel engine are continuously increased, and also working conditions are even more critical. Bearings are the key moving parts of diesel engine, and play an important influence on reliability, service life and other performances of diesel engine. Therefore, the reasons for fatigue damages to its bearings greatly affect fatigue life. In traditional designs, effects of the problem are studied few. In this paper, therefore, this problem is studied for discussing the formation reasons and solutions for it theoretically.

The shorter service life of sizing crusher tooth is a difficult technology problem. At present the coal classification used in crushing machine, due to poor working conditions, despite the use of wear resistant surfacing electrode to improve the wear resistance of broken teeth, broken teeth, but not to the average life of six months, the subject of study was significantly improve the life of the crusher tooth. To improve the service life of sizing crusher tooth, some research has been done, through system analysis and test some result can be concluded.

To avoid the open problems of the leading wheel and get a more rational structure, the paper uses PRO / E and the finite element software to analyze the leading wheel of JKM-3.25/4 multi-rope friction hoist. The results show that in the leading wheel the rib plates between the channel steel and wheel hub are removed or added the same ones will have little effect on the overall force situation, and only affect the stress of the weld bead. To solve the problem of open weld of rib plates, can consider the rib plates to be removed. When the radial angle between support wheel and drum is bigger than 6°, the overall force of the leading wheel is affected seriously. But when the radial angle is 5°, the amplitude of stress fluctuation is the minimum, which can improve the leading wheel working conditions and increase the service life of the leading wheel. Therefore the suggestion is to take the radial angle of 5° when to design the new multi-rope hoist. Study conclusions provide the theoretical supports for the leading wheel of multi-rope friction design and technical renovation.

In economic construction, there are many large and important machinery and equipment. Some equipment will continue to work in a harsh working environment, so many and various failures will occur. Rolling bearings are one of the widely used parts in rotating machinery. They are generally composed of inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and holding. The frame is composed of four parts, the failure of the bearing is particularly important, and its safe operation has a vital impact on the entire equipment, Feature extraction is the key link in the subsequent identification of fault types, Although feature extraction in the time domain and frequency domain is effective, it is also necessary to find new feature extraction methods in new areas. On the basis of the snowflake image obtained by using the principle of SDP(Symmetrized Dot Pattern), a method for extracting fault features of rolling bearings based on image processing is proposed, and the snowflake standard map for different working conditions is constructed. The number of snowflake images under different working conditions is different. The binary matrix of the test image is compared with it, and then classified and identified. Finally, the algorithm is validated, and the ideal result is obtained to verify its rationality and effectiveness.

This article is devoted to the study of the issues of identifying the optimal working conditions of a teacher of a higher educational institution and the significant characteristics of the style of his activity (in particular, the peculiarities of the style of self-regulation) allows us to identify the factors that prevent the development of professional burnout. The significance of the work also lies in the possibility of using the results of the study both in the process of preventing professional burnout of teachers, and in conducting scientific research on such topics. The research materials can become the basis for educational work. In this regard, an experimental study is becoming relevant, the purpose of which is to study the influence of professional burnout on the individual style of pedagogical activity of a higher school teacher.

To increase the service life of hybrid rolling bearings, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT together with Cerobear GmbH, Hegenscheidt-MFD (A Member of the NSH Group) and Schmitz-Metallographie GmbH successfully qualified and implemented the hard rolling process in the process chain for manufacturing hybrid rolling bearings. By inducing residual compressive stresses in the bearing running surface, the service life has been demonstrably increased. The work was carried out as part of the funded research project „Hard Rolling of Bearing Rings“, which was supported by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE).
