With the wildly application and development of CAN bus technology in the electric vehicles domain, the majority of domestic automobile manufacturers will introduce CAN bus to more and more cars, and the techniques and methods of testing these cars also need to be updated and developed. The traditional means of detection and diagnosis, cannot fully meet the need of the cars' production test, maintenance and diagnostics of body distributed control technology. In this paper, a scheme of the system with a portable computer is establish for the practical application to the EOL CAN bus test, and then design and research of the testing system software are followed. To develop establish the system scheme, we study in depth and explore test methods and management, and design two test modes which are manual monitoring mode and automatic monitoring mode in view of the practicality and re-usability of the test system. In the process of system software development, we program in LabVIEW, make a research and optimization of Microsoft office accesss database connection for both software, and design user interface program of database maintenance and management finally.

Commissioning not only verifies practical performance of the test system in the aspects of testing, data processing and others, but also feedbacks the reference information to enhance and improve the stability and re-usability of the system based on CAN bus.

At present, the college English testing system has become an indispensable system in many universities. However, the English test system is not highly humanized due to problems such as unreasonable framework structure. This paper combines data mining technology to build a college English test framework. The college English test system software based on data mining mainly realizes the computer program to automatically generate test papers, set the test time to automatically judge the test takers’ test results, and give out results on the spot. The test takers log in to complete the test through the test system software. The examination system software solves the functions of printing test papers, arranging invigilation classrooms, invigilating teachers, invigilating process, collecting test papers, scoring and analyzing test papers in traditional examinations. Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of this paper through experimental research. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

Testing the parameters such as state of charge (SOC), temperature and current of power battery under different running status is very important to adjust control parameters of system in time. A battery test system based on LabVIEW is designed. USBCAN-II produced by ZLG is used to bear the communication tasks of CAN bus. Two AC motors and inverters are used as energy converters and they are mechanical parts of the system. Inverters communicate with PC software via 485 bus. The PC software based on LabVIEW is used to display, store and analysis the error of the data received. After a detailed test, it is shown that the system has the advantages of accurate and rapid detection, reliable operation and outstanding scalability.

The updated edition of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard introduced significant changes to the structure, terminology, resource requirements, processes, quality management system of testing and calibration laboratories. New requirements were established for the organization of laboratory activities – a process approach and risk-based thinking, which provides for a reduction in part of the prescriptive requirements and the introduction of requirements based on the analysis of the performance of actions. In accordance with GOST ISO IEC 17025-2019, the laboratory must authorize personnel to perform specific laboratory activities, as well as guarantee their competence. This article discusses the organization of the competence management system for the personnel of the laboratories of the organizations of Transneft system using the laboratory information management system (LIMS). The model of the process implementation has been described. It has been established that the competence test system allows you to regularly monitor the skills and knowledge of laboratory workers both in terms of the elements of the Quality Management System and in the applied measurement (test) methods. The personnel responsibility matrix implemented in LIMS regulates the powers and functionality of employees, ensuring that employees are allowed to perform work in accordance with their competence. The functions implemented in LIMS made it possible to automate the management of the competence of laboratory workers in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and other regulatory documents.

This paper presented the scenario of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics test system with the programming idea of the modularization. Based on LabVIEW, the IDCTMV simulated test software and subjective evaluation software were designed and developed. The subjective evaluation results and operation performance data including the reaction time of crews, the rate of errors, and the rate of over reports were tested by the simulation of the integrated display and control terminal for the typical operation procedure, which solved the problems of lacking test methods for the study of the IDCTMV Human-Machine Ergonomics.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) which is a novel coronavirus. There is a constant increase in number of positive cases for COVID-19. The objective of this review is to study technology tools and sensors available for detection and diagnosis of COVID-19. COVID -19 pandamic has created surge demand for essential health care instrumentation, medicines along with technology and tools for proper control and management of corona virus. Diagnosing and screening of COVID-19 is possible using nucleic acid testing and CT scans. In this study, we have described Field-effect transistorbased graphene sensor and Plasmonic Photothermal(PPT) biosensor for highly accurate SARS-CoV-2 detection. A dual-functional localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) biosensor combining the photothermal effect and plasmonic sensing transduction is used for SARS-CoV-2 viral nucleic acid detection. FET based sensor for COVID- 19 used a graphene channel coupled to the SARS-CoV- 2 spike antibody with the efficient gating effect of the FET through phosphate -buffered saline (PBS; pH 7.4) buffer as the electrolyte covering. The aqueous solution-gated FET system detects SARS-CoV-2 based on electrical signal due to changes in channel surface potential. Industry 4.0 technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of things(IOT) have helped in early detection and diagnosis. AI can build an intellegent platform with neural network for automatic monitoring and prediction of the spread of virus.IOT can assist in diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 patients and can help in setting in advanced clinical work. Industry 4.0 technologies improve the working efficiency of the health care professional and provide better solution.
