With the wildly application and development of CAN bus technology in the electric vehicles domain, the majority of domestic automobile manufacturers will introduce CAN bus to more and more cars, and the techniques and methods of testing these cars also need to be updated and developed. The traditional means of detection and diagnosis, cannot fully meet the need of the cars' production test, maintenance and diagnostics of body distributed control technology. In this paper, a scheme of the system with a portable computer is establish for the practical application to the EOL CAN bus test, and then design and research of the testing system software are followed. To develop establish the system scheme, we study in depth and explore test methods and management, and design two test modes which are manual monitoring mode and automatic monitoring mode in view of the practicality and re-usability of the test system. In the process of system software development, we program in LabVIEW, make a research and optimization of Microsoft office accesss database connection for both software, and design user interface program of database maintenance and management finally.

To solve the problem of testing BMBS (BLOW-OUT MONITORING AND BRAKE SYSTEM) vacuum booster performance, a double-station and on-line test system for BMBS vacuum booster was designed. It adopts high-speed data collection method and computer control technology. This system can test the performance in non-BMBS condition and BMBS condition. The test items mainly include dynamic characteristic and sealing performance under each condition. The double stations are independent and have no interference with each other. The system fills up the blank of performance testing about BMBS vacuum booster. To verify this system, experiments were conducted with the vacuum booster which installed the BMBS technology. The experiment results show that the system can do well in testing the performance of BMBS vacuum booster in high precision. The sealing performance resolution is 0.01kPa and the pressure resolution is 1N.

The use of CAN bus network on electric vehicles is of great significance, it can not only greatly reduce the costs of electric vehicles, but also increase the driving distance of electric vehicles. The stability of CAN bus load rate and CAN network communication rate plays a vital role to the CAN network,by studying and making use of SAEJ1939, this paper develops a vehicle network topology, then through calculating the bit rate of transfer time to calculate the load rate, combined with using the software named CANoe from the Vector company in Germany to analyse and simulate the sending cycle of each CAN bus node on pure electric vehicles. In this way, this paper analyses the reasonableness of CAN network design of the vehicle body. Finally this paper applies the on-site verification to prove the reliability of simulation results. This study is based on SAEJ1939 agreement CAN2.0B, did not make a study for CAN2.0A, so there are limitations, the findings may not apply to CAN2.0A.

Testing the parameters such as state of charge (SOC), temperature and current of power battery under different running status is very important to adjust control parameters of system in time. A battery test system based on LabVIEW is designed. USBCAN-II produced by ZLG is used to bear the communication tasks of CAN bus. Two AC motors and inverters are used as energy converters and they are mechanical parts of the system. Inverters communicate with PC software via 485 bus. The PC software based on LabVIEW is used to display, store and analysis the error of the data received. After a detailed test, it is shown that the system has the advantages of accurate and rapid detection, reliable operation and outstanding scalability.

The updated edition of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard introduced significant changes to the structure, terminology, resource requirements, processes, quality management system of testing and calibration laboratories. New requirements were established for the organization of laboratory activities – a process approach and risk-based thinking, which provides for a reduction in part of the prescriptive requirements and the introduction of requirements based on the analysis of the performance of actions. In accordance with GOST ISO IEC 17025-2019, the laboratory must authorize personnel to perform specific laboratory activities, as well as guarantee their competence. This article discusses the organization of the competence management system for the personnel of the laboratories of the organizations of Transneft system using the laboratory information management system (LIMS). The model of the process implementation has been described. It has been established that the competence test system allows you to regularly monitor the skills and knowledge of laboratory workers both in terms of the elements of the Quality Management System and in the applied measurement (test) methods. The personnel responsibility matrix implemented in LIMS regulates the powers and functionality of employees, ensuring that employees are allowed to perform work in accordance with their competence. The functions implemented in LIMS made it possible to automate the management of the competence of laboratory workers in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019 and other regulatory documents.

At present, the college English testing system has become an indispensable system in many universities. However, the English test system is not highly humanized due to problems such as unreasonable framework structure. This paper combines data mining technology to build a college English test framework. The college English test system software based on data mining mainly realizes the computer program to automatically generate test papers, set the test time to automatically judge the test takers’ test results, and give out results on the spot. The test takers log in to complete the test through the test system software. The examination system software solves the functions of printing test papers, arranging invigilation classrooms, invigilating teachers, invigilating process, collecting test papers, scoring and analyzing test papers in traditional examinations. Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of this paper through experimental research. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

Tire longitudinal forces of electrics vehicle with four in-wheel-motors can be adjusted independently. This provides advantages for its stability control. In this paper, an electric vehicle with four in-wheel-motors is taken as the research object. Considering key factors such as vehicle velocity and road adhesion coefficient, the criterion of vehicle stability is studied, based on phase plane of sideslip angle and sideslip-angle rate. To solve the problem that the sideslip angle of vehicles is difficult to measure, an algorithm for estimating the sideslip angle based on extended Kalman filter is designed. The control method for vehicle yaw moment based on sliding-mode control and the distribution method for wheel driving/braking torque are proposed. The distribution method takes the minimum sum of the square for wheel load rate as the optimization objective. Based on Matlab/Simulink and Carsim, a cosimulation model for the stability control of electric vehicles with four in-wheel-motors is built. The accuracy of the proposed stability criterion, the algorithm for estimating the sideslip angle and the wheel torque control method are verified. The relevant research can provide some reference for the development of the stability control for electric vehicles with four in-wheel-motors.

With the growing complexity of integrated circuits (ICs), more and more test items are required in testing. However, the large number of invalid items (which narrowly pass the test) continues to increase the test time and, consequently, test costs. Aiming to address the problems of long test time and reduced test item efficiency, this paper presents a method which combines a fast correlation-based filter (FCBF) and a weighted naive Bayesian model which can identify the most effective items and make accurate quality predictions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method reduces test time by around 2.59% and leads to fewer test escapes compared with the recently adopted test methods. The study shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the test cost without jeopardizing test quality excessively.
