The technologies of visualization and semantic can help the human and the machine to understand the information well. This paper chose Yahoo financial website as data source, the reused stock representation with the aim of capturing the users interest is designed after studying the different visual analytical tools. The visual stock information system (VSIS) was developed to provide uncomplicated and interactive model analysis of the stock data. Its visualization model included five independent components - visual interface with search agent, intelligent data made up of ontology data, a global information and function data, transaction data, non-transaction data and stock information. Finally, the system was implemented shown in the graphic interface; the user can browse a visual stock with a variety of cognitive tasks such as stock information retrieval, stock data analysis and summarization of stock information on a real time.

AbstrakBank Sampah Bantur Berseri merupakan tempat menabung dimana seseorang  menggunakan sampah sebagai tabungan dan sampah yang ditabung dikonversikan menjadi nilai uang. Sampah tersebut sudah ditetapkan harga oleh petugas bank sampah. Permasalahan pada bank sampah Bantur Berseri adalah petugas masih sering kerepotan dalam hal transaksi tabungan dan pembuatan laporan.Selain itu harga sampah dan jenisnya sering tertukar karena sering berubah. Petugas juga kesulitan dalam hal pencarian data nasabah serta tidak adanya backup data yang baik pada tabungan nasabah. Pada penelitian ini solusi yang diusulkan yaitu pembuatan sistem informasi pada tabungan bank sampah Bantur Berseri agar dapat membantu pengelolaan data transaksi nasabah sehingga adminstrasi lebih teratur, pencarian data lebih mudah dan arsip laporan lebih rapi. Pengembangan sistem menggunankan metode prototype.ttAbstract Bantur Berseri Waste Bank is a place to save where someone uses garbage as savings and the waste that is saved is converted into money value. The waste price has been set by the garbage bank officer. The problem with the Bantur Berseri garbage bank is that the officers are still often troubled in terms of savings transactions and reporting. In addition, the price of garbage and its types is often confused because it changes frequently. Officers also have difficulties in finding customer data and there is no good data backup on customer savings. In this study, the proposed solution is the creation of an information system in the savings bank of Bantur Berseri bank so that it can help manage customer transaction data so that administration is more organized, data search is easier and the report archive is neater. System development uses the prototype method.

Abstract Actin exists in monomeric globular (G-) and polymerized filamentous (F-) forms and the dynamics of its polymerization/depolymerization are tightly regulated in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. Various essential functions of nuclear actin have been identified including regulation of gene expression and involvement in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks (DSB). Small G-actin-binding molecules affect F-actin formation and can be utilized for analysis and manipulation of actin in living cells. However, these G-actin-binding molecules are obtained by extraction from natural sources or through complex chemical synthesis procedures, and therefore, the generation of their derivatives for analytical tools is underdeveloped. In addition, their effects on nuclear actin cannot be separately evaluated from those on cytoplasmic actin. Previously, we have generated synthetic bicyclic peptides, consisting of two macrocyclic rings, which bind to G-actin but not to F-actin. Here, we describe the introduction of these bicyclic peptides into living cells. Furthermore, by conjugation to a nuclear localization signal (NLS), the bicyclic peptides accumulated in the nucleus. The NLS-bicyclic peptides repress the formation of nuclear F-actin, and impair transcriptional regulation and DSB repair. These observations highlight a potential role for NLS-linked bicyclic peptides in the manipulation of dynamics and functions of nuclear actin.

Finally, we described abstract of the station models (user interface) and mechanism about the station models to the user interface.

AbstractThe life of the lanting shop merchant along the Nagara River can be seen from the life of the people who use the river to perform the activities of daily life. The development of the era has changed the mindset of people to have a modern life by making business.This study aims: (1). Analyzing Portrait of Life of WarungLanting Traders in Daha Subdistrict of HSS Regency. (2) Analyzing Social Interaction of Warung Lanting in Daha Sub-district, HSS District. This research uses qualitative method. The data source was chosen by purposive sampling. Data collection with observation techniques, interviews, documentation.Testing the validity of data researchers using data triangulation, ie triangulation of sources and time trianggulasi and use extension of observation.The result of this research is life of warung lanting can be seen from physical condition and function of shop of warung lanting include owner's name, building size, origin, business type, age of building, stall status, shape and duration of business in Daha Subdistrict which make lanting stall by forwarding river as place of business. The identity of the lanting stall owner is the owner's name, owner's age, education level, occupation, number of family members, other home ownership and buying and selling process. Pengujian keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan trianggulasi data, yaitu trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi waktu serta menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kehidupan warung lanting dapat dilihat darikeadaan fisik dan fungsi bagunan warung lanting meliputi nama pemilik, ukuran bangunan, asal mula, jenis usaha, umur bagunan, status warung, bentuk dan lama usaha di Kecamatan Daha yang membuat warung lanting dengan mendepankan sungai sebagai tempat usaha.Identitas penghuni warung lanting yaitu nama pemilik, usia pemilik, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, jumlah anggota keluarga, kepemilikan rumah yang lain dan proses jual beli.Hubungan ekonomi pedagang dengan pedagang dalam menjaga pelanggan dan pembeli dalam meningkatkan usaha untuk memberikan persaingan terhadap usaha yang berada di daratan.Kata Kunci:  Potret kehidupan, warung lanting

The calculation subsystems of the power quality intelligent information system will face many types of monitoring data source, and when different data sources provide data for calculation subsystem, it does not need to change algorithm but need to change the way how to get the data needed; then how to make the calculation subsystem does not alter with the change of data provider becomes a necessary demand;Aiming at the problem this paper put forward a set of solutions, which are dependent on dependency-injection, to help the calculation subsystem in multiple data source supporting.

In all vertebrate species, estrogens play a crucial role in the development, growth, and function of reproductive and nonreproductive tissues. A large number of natural or synthetic chemicals present in the environment and diet can interfere with estrogen signaling; these chemicals are called endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) or xenoestrogens. Some of these compounds have been shown to induce adverse effects on human and animal health, and some compounds are suspected to contribute to diverse disease development. Because xenoestrogens have varying sources and structures and could act in additive or synergistic effects when combined, they have multiple mechanisms of action. Consequently, an important panel ofin vivoandin vitrobioassays and chemical analytical tools was used to screen, evaluate, and characterize the potential impacts of these compounds on humans and animals. In this paper, we discuss different molecular actions of some of the major xenoestrogens found in food or the environment, and we summarize the current models used to evaluate environmental estrogens.
