This paper defines the components of component assembly from the selection and instantiation of component, defines the component connection from the component interface, and defines the component assembly from the component event mechanism and the deployment based on the container, flexibly using component assembly operational characters in component assembly, so as to put forward the component assembly frame based on XCM. The assembly frame provides the unified description mechanism for component assembly, thus effectively solving the interaction problem in the component assembly process.

Component description and component composition are one of key technology of CBSD and software reuse. At present the different components depend on different component description model, which determines how to construct a single component and specific interaction and component assembly standards, and to generate interactive problems limiting component composition. The paper presents a model of component composition based on XCM, which to define components from the component selection and instantiate and to describe the connections from the component interface and to provide a mechanism of component composition from the components of the event and based on the deployment of the container. The XCM component composition model not only provides a unified description mechanism, also effectively solves the interaction problems.

In this paper, we study for the theory of component technology and the workflow technology and method of component composition of component and component library, based on the principle of workflow technology and the component composition technology, the method to study and put forward the component assembly based on workflow technology system structure. Using this method to separate business process logic and business process implementation, under the condition of without modifying the specific function component, by redefining process model to accomplish system function change or improvement of system performance, make the enterprise can according to the business process dynamically build enterprise information system, changed the enterprise's business and process to adapt to the traditional software development model.

Evaluation method of assembly yield in three-dimension single-station assembly process is presented based on Number-Theoretical Net (NT-net) and 3DCS. Firstly, based on the analysis of fixture deviation affect assembly deviation under arbitrary layout, the three dimensional single-station assembly deviation model under arbitrary layout is developed. Then, the principle of generating good lattice point (GLP) based on NT-net method is introduced. Afterwards, taking fixture locating variations which are sampled using NT-net method for input vectors, the samples are substituted into assembly deviation model of dimension variation propagation in single-station assembly processes to get output vectors. The statistics for qualified sample is accomplished, after comparing output vectors with the variations of measuring points on component. Assembly yield in three-dimension single-station assembly processes is gained when qualified sample divided by total sample. Finally, a real case in sheet metal assembly is given as an example to calculate the assembly yield in three-dimension single-station assembly processes. The result is validated by 3DCS.

Software development method based on component is currently a popular software production technology, its core around the component development and assembly technology. But how to combine the practical application requirements implementation based on component composition software development process is a worth studying further. According to the development of component technology, put forward a kind of network learning platform development framework based on component assembly, and study the website of component development and assembly method, apply this technology to the development of our online learning platform, results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

One of the important turbine components to consider in its manufacture is the runner and turbine casing components. The large number of parts that must be welded and the use of tools that do not meet functional requirements causes some problems during the assembly process, the problem is due to the difficulty of obtaining straightness between the disc and runner shaft where both components occur run-out deviations that exceed the allowable tolerance, as well as casing component assembly where almost all of the joints undergo a simple welding process and use of aids causing a very large dimension deviation from the specified tolerance. The use of very simple tools will cause difficulties in controlling the dimensions or uniformity of the shape during the production process. For this reason, a fixture that is suitable for the runner and turbine casing is needed to get the assembly process that matches the specified geometry tolerance. This research makes the fixture design to be used in runner assembly and turbine casing assembly with the assembly method is carried out in stages. The design is done in five stages, namely the stage of problem statement, the stage of making needs analysis, the stage of gathering information and ideas, the stage of making temporary designs and the stage of making the final draft.  Fixture manufacturing is done in two stages, namely ordering materials (purchasing materials) and making fixture components. The final result of making runners and casings using a fixture is able to reduce the aberration in the runner and turbine casing components by producing run-outs at runners of 2.0 mm and the straightness of the casing straightness of 1.6 mm, but have not been able to achieve deviations from the targeted one mm.
