Ultrasonic strengthening separation is a contactless separation technique, it is widely used in industrial processes, environmental assessment, biochemical analysis, clinical diagnosis and other fields. In this article, we deduced microparticle clustering in Z and X direction Coordinate equation, discussed in detail the various factors influencing particles equilibrium position in the liquid medium.

Stationary cultures of Claviceps purpurea (Fr.) Tul. grown 50 days on a liquid medium containing mannitol, ammonium succinate, and salts produced small amounts of ergot alkaloids.Ergometrine, ergometrinine, ergotamine, ergotaminine, ergocornine, ergocorninine, ergocryptine, agroclavine, and penniclavine were identified by paper chromatography of culture extracts. The selection of strains, the composition of the medium, and the length of the incubation period appeared to be important factors influencing the production of alkaloids.

Research on factors influencing diagnostic credibility has not been widespread. In this study, agreement ratings for a clinical diagnosis were compared for two groups of students receiving supervision from differently credentialed hypothetical supervisors. Implications of these findings are discussed relative to preparation practices and improving clinical practice. As 190 students who had completed either less than one-half ( n = 112) or more than one-half ( n = 78) of their programs in 9 institutions gave mean ratings of about 5 on a 10-point scale, they did not differentially rate diagnostic credibility of the hypothetical supervisors having credentials as psychiatrists, doctorate-holding counselor education faculty, doctorate-holding psychologists, and doctoral students holding master's degrees in counselor education.

Ultrasonic standing wave (USW) manipulation of suspension microparticles separation has attracted wide attention due to its non-direct contact, being harmless to the particles, easy to manufacture, low energy consumption and high separation efficiency. USW is widely used in industrial processes, environmental assessment, biochemical analysis, clinical diagnosis and other fields. In this article, particles stress and movement process is analyzed, meanwhile, aggregation and separation of the particles is discussed respectively and the future direction of development is pointed out.

Soft-soil has obvious rheology character, it will induce subsidence distortion, landslide etc serious geotechnical engineering and geologic disasters, and make severe threaten to stability and security of projects. The initializing shear stress and viscosity of sullage soft-soil are tested under static load, and the influencing characteristics are analyzed of which the percentage of clay and water affect the rheological parameters. The mechanism of which the percentage of clay and water affect the rheological parameters are opened out by using the theory analysis and technology of structure micrograph..The research results have have theoretic and practical significance for us to analyse changing disciplinarian of rheological parameters, reinforce soft-soil foundation, raise bearing capacity and whole strengthen of soft-soil.

Pollen germination is useful for the estimation of pollen viability. For three cultivars from the Explorer™ series, Champlain, Nicolas and Frontenac, a liquid medium with a pH of 5.6 and a saccharose concentration of 15% provides optimal germination conditions. Four flower stages were determined and evaluated according to the following scale: flower bud at stage 0 (closed bud), stage 1 (closed petals but open sepals), stage 2 (bud with petals three-quarters open) and stage 3 (fully open flower). Pollen germination was higher when the pollen was collected at stages 0 and 1 for Champlain, at stages 1 and 2 for Frontenac and at stage 2 for Nicolas. Based on the results of the evaluation of pollen drying techniques, it is recommended that pollen be dried for 24 h in darkness before use in crossing. Key words: Rosa, rose, rose breeding, pollen harvesting, pollen drying, pollen germination test
