This paper presents a Structural Equation Model (SEM), focuses on the moderating effect of culture similarity on the knowledge sharing and innovation in Virtual Enterprise (VE). Data are collected in some small and medium-sized enterprises. Totally 227 valid questionnaires were collected, and use Smart PLS for statistical analysis. Empirical results show that the effect of the use of IT on knowledge sharing increases with higher culture similarity; meanwhile, the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation increases too.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kompetensi karyawan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai mediator. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antar variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini di antaranya knowledge sharing, kompetensi karyawan, dan dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan tipe analisis deskriptif-kausal. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan budaya organisasi sebagai mediator masuk dalam mediasi parsial yang mengakibatkan perubahan atau penurunan nilai pada variabel knowledge sharing terhadap kompetensi karyawan. Budaya organisasi membuat knowledge sharing terhadap kompetensi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung menjadi tidak signifikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi masih belum mampu memberikan pengaruh mediator yang baik. Accountants who work in a company that adopted an excellent corporate ethical value are believed to have a higher idealism orientation of ethics. This study empirically examines the role of ethical behavior to influence the positive effect of corporate ethical value toward an accountant's idealism. By using a web-based survey, this study spread 100 questionnaires to accountants in Indonesia. The statistical analysis that is used for this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. This study result shows that there is a positive relationship between corporate ethical value and idealism, moderate by ethical behavior.

This study investigated the influence of organizational climate and attitude toward knowledgesharing on knowledge sharing intention. The populations in this research are all administrativeemployees in Padang State University. Technique of sample analysis is proportional clustersampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale. Convergent anddiscriminative validity were used to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Partialleast square (PLS) was chosen as the structural equation model (SEM) analysis methods to testthe hypotheses. The findings of the research are: (1) organizational climate has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention, (2) organizational climate has significant effect onattitude toward knowledge sharing, and (3) attitude toward knowledge sharing has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention.Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi dan sikap berbagi pengetahuan terhadap niatberbagi pengetahuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan administrasi diUniversitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional clustersampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Konvergendan validitas diskriminatif digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner.Kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS) dipilih sebagai model persamaan struktural (SEM) untukmetode analisis pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) iklim organisasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan, (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap sikap terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, dan (3) sikap berbagi pengetahuanberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan.

This research aims to analyze the dimension of corporate social responsibility (consisting of legal and economic) and its relationship to psychological contract, as well as the psychological contract that has relation to knowledge sharing. The object of this sample is employee’s PT Television Transformation Indonesia (Trans TV) in Jakarta. To test the hypotheses, this study distributed 265 surveys. Among these, 10 surveys were excluded because of incomplete responses. A total of 255 surveys were Analyzed by using the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result shows that legal CSR and Economic CSR has no relation with psychological contract, but the psychological contract has significantly, the positive relation to knowledge sharing. Further research can take another sample from the different media industry.
