Cage culture is one of the major forms of aquaculture now. For ensuring the product quality, it is necessary that the status of water environment is estimated. Aiming at the issues of high cost and the difficulty of arrangement cables, intelligent remote monitoring system based on wireless communication technology is developing, and wireless remote program update technology is brought in for adapting to different aquatic products. The system has advantage of wiring easily and networking conveniently, and has wide market prospects.

<p style="margin: 1em 0px;"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: medium;">To realize the remote monitoring and intelligent management of the home environment, intelligent home remote monitoring system is developed based on the Internet of things technology. By using RF transceiver chip and GPRS technology, a smart home system scheme for wireless networks is established. The hardware and software design of sensor nodes and GPRS wireless communication base station is completed. Sensor nodes are used to monitor the acquisition of field data. Based on GPRS technology, the wireless communication base station realizes the uploading of monitoring data. The wireless communication between the node and the base station is realized by radio frequency transceiver chip SI4432. The results show that the system reaches the aim of expected design function. Therefore, it can be concluded that the system can meet the intelligent monitoring of the home environment.</span></span></p>

A mobile remote data monitoring center based on Android operating system is developed for the water environment monitoring system via wireless sensor network (WSN). The monitoring center collects the sensors data from the WSN based on C/S mode. The SQLite is adopted in database module to achieve high memory speed and efficient operation management. Dynamic graphical displays are accomplished to show the topology of the WSN, the state of the nodes and the real-time and historical water environment parameters of the sensor nodes. The experiments show that the software of water environment remote monitoring system, based on mobile devices of Android operating system, can conveniently satisfy the requirements of data collecting and monitoring for water environment monitoring system based on WSN.

AnyHeart is a single-piece, implantable biventricular assist device. This electromechanical BVAD has a moving-actuator mechanism. To monitor the status of AnyHeart from anywhere at any time, a portable personal digital assistant (PDA) monitor and web-based remote monitoring system were developed. The PDA local monitoring system has replaced bulky personal computer monitoring systems. The web-based remote monitoring system has several functions such as data collecting, storing, and posting through the internet. Basically, interventricular pressure (IVP) is a parameter indicating the filling level of the blood chambers of AnyHeart. The pump output can be estimated using IVP, which is acquired noninvasively from AnyHeart. With the proposed method, we can estimate the pump output with a small margin of error.

In this paper, the remote monitoring system based on WINCC and GPRS is introduced. Status data of field devices collected by Siemens S7-200 PLC is transferred to the data center through GPRS wireless communication network of China mobile and field devices are controlled by PLC receiving commands from the host computer. So, production efficiency and economy benefit are improved greatly.

This paper presents the remote monitoring system for data-center based on GSM/GPRS Network. The System real-time monitors the data-center room temperature through ZigBee wireless network, and gets the air conditionings and servers running status through the serial port, and achieves communication to administrator through SMS-Modem and GSM/GPRS Network. This system enables administrators can easily understand the status of the data-center room and remote control the data-center room anytime and anywhere.

According to the requirements of the PV station remote monitoring system, such as big information flow, far distance transmission, high-performance, this article has designed a remote PV station monitoring system based on CAN bus and GPRS with mechanical properties. After lucubrated CAN bus and GPRS communication technology, this article details the hardware circuit of the slave computer, the communication protocol of CAN bus and the design of communication network. It has solved the problems that bad real-time, low degree of automation, few nodes can be accommodated, weak anti-interference ability which exits in the past design of PV station remote monitoring system.
