According to the technology requirement and existing problems of the key working parts (punching device) of the peanut mulching film and punching planter, the punching device of the peanut mulching film and punching planter was designed adapt to first mulching film and then sowing. It was introduced the structure and working principle of the punching device, and the punching mechanism are studied. The trajectory of the punching parts was analyzed in the punching process, and the parameter equation of the punching profile was established. On the basis, the main structure parameters of the punching device were analyzed and optimized. The study provides reference and basis for the design and development of the peanut mulching film and punching planter.

This paper simulated the virtual master shaft based on the analysis of the working principle and the existing problems of the hydraulic press brake as well as based on the application of the virtual shaft algorithm in motion control, which directly drive the synchronous system of the hydraulic press brake. We established the model of the virtual master axis and the model of the hydraulic press brake which based on the virtual shaft algorithm, and simulated the models in Mat lab. We obtain the better effect in the accuracy and combination property.

<p>This paper introduces the structure and working principle of biomass fuel hot stove, and analyses the existing problems in the combustion process. Simultaneously, the paper proposes the optimization about the wall high temperature of the hot stove, which is the main issue in the hot stove.</p> <p>Biomass resources in China is very abundant.only the amount of resources of agricultural wastes (such as straw) each year is equivalent to 3.08 tons of standard coal. The biomass briquette is compressed with loose, amorphous materials, such as straw, rice husk, sawdust, wood chips, into a shaped, denser solid fuel with the method of mechanical pressure. It has the advantages of small size, high density, easy storage and transportation, combustion stability, long cycle, high combustion efficiency, low contaminant levels in ash and flue gas. It provides an effective way to solve the energy shortage in rural areas and straw burning problem fundamentally[1].</p>

Direct metal sintering rapid prototyping mechanism is complex, including many kinds of transmission systems. Spreading powder device is important to direct metal sintering rapid prototyping mechanism. Based on grasping the working principle of the device, through the study of spreading powder device of direct metal rapid prototyping machine, grasp the process of spreading powder and the main structure of the device, and fabricate the simple model of the transmission system. In order to determine the necessary condition of how the spreading powder device functions, the dynamic parameters of the transmission system must be calculated, and the operation performance of the stepper motor must be checked. Then the precision and the processing quality of the finished part can be improved.

Research status of state monitoring technology for air compressor and existing problems were analyzed, meanwhile, the necessity of designing a remote monitoring system was discussed in the paper. On the basis of analyzing the air compressor’s working principle, a remote monitoring system for air compressors was constructed by King-view configuration software, according to the technology of Ethernet and computer communication. With this system, real-time remote monitoring of compressors’ state and related operation parameters was realized; in addition, the latent faults of compressors on working could be predicted and warned. And that the efficiency of air compressors is improved, and the accidents of air compressors are avoided efficiently.

Chuck is one of the key parts of coal mine tunnel drill, its performance directly affects the performance of the machine. In view of the existing problems of the hydraulic chuck, the structure of the new hydraulic chuck is designed and its working principle is briefly described. The strength of slips is analyzed by finite element method. The calculation results show that the initial design of slips meets the requirements of tunnel drilling rigs.

Dual clutch transmission (DCT) combines the advantages of AMT and AT. This paper selects a certain type of dry DCT as the study object. The structure and working principle are introduced. A shift dynamic model is established to analyse the five phases of shift process. The oil line diagram of the electro-hydraulic control system is provided, and then the characteristics of the proportional solenoid valves which are critical control components of DCT are studied. The analysis results provide theoretical basis and guidance for the design and development for DCT.

With consideration of the good configuration of Tesla tube and its perfect performance used in micromixer and micropump, an integration of micromixer and micropump, a novel type of piezoelectric micromixer has been designed. In order to improve the performance of the micromixer, analysis on structure parameters of the Tesla tube, and the optimization on it is the chief work in this paper. Firstly, a novel type of piezoelectric micromixer with Tesla tubes and piezoelectric actuator has been designed, and its structure and working principle were described. Secondly, the numerical analysis on the micromixer with prearranged parameters was carried out to analyze its pumping and mixing performances. Thirdly, an optimization on the structure to improve its performance was carried out. The values of three main structure parameters of the Tesla tube, K = W1/W3, L1 and L2 were changed to analyze their effects on λ and σ which stand for pumping and mixing performances respectively, then two groups perfect values of those three parameters were selected for optimization. Finally, a perfect design scheme was selected to be structure of mixer; numerical analysis was carried out on it in application of dynamic mesh model. Two fluids arrived perfect mixing after 0.4s with the value of Reynolds number 200, at driven frequency 100Hz, middle displacement amplitude of piezoelectric actuator 15μm. This result demonstrates that, pumping and mixing performances of the piezoelectric micromixer were validated, and its working performance has been improved with the optimization on Tesla tubes, which can be reference for study afterward.

According to exist technical problems and requirements of the air-suction peanut precision mulching film and punching planter, the new air-suction peanut precision dibbler of the planter’ key working part was researched. It was introduced the composition and working principle of the dibbler. According to functional and technical requirements of the dibbler’ main parts, the structural design and analyze were done. The dibbler mainly consists of roller body, cavitations’ components, transmission system, and the air suction metering device. In the peanut growing typical region, field trial of the dibbler showed that overall performance is relatively stable, each component are operating smoothly, and the operating indicators can better meet the technical requirements.
